Nice hotel, perfectly placed.
idealer starting point for short trips to Macau, Shenzhen or Guangzhou.

Very friendly and helpful hotel staff.
new, modern and clean hotel.
The rooms are a bit unusual but well, nothing is missing!
Good restaurant, good breakfast.
Zhuhai is a "small" but very lively city with good air and plenty of opportunities for exploring the surrounding area.
A beautiful place to the bustle of the big city to escape a little bit at the same time within reach of the sights that Las Vegas made famous.

Lots of restaurant close by and easy transportation choices. I was disappointed with Front Desk reception staff attidute. Maybe this staff is overworked, she was rude and unprofessional. I was checking out and in the middle of working on my check out process, she went and did other stuff and left me waiting for 15mins, without saying anything. then when she was back to continue on the check out, she was very rude when i asked a question about my room deposit.

Convenient hotel close to the border

The hotel is very close to the border. It takes only 5 minites to Macau. The hotel escalator can go straight to the large underground shopping area. The hotel is famous in Zhuhai and taxi drivers know the hotel very well. The check in process is fast, but the check out is slow. The lobby staff were a bit cool, but the housekeeping ladies were polite. Room is small but clean. The breakfast is fair only, don't expect too much. With this price, the hotel doesn't worth a real 5 star. However it is the best one when one need a hotel close to the border.

Total disaster!
none, suspected there are hidden camera in room.

In the short span of 90 minutes which I was not in the room, they managed to break in and took all my monies, ie. RMB. US$ and S$. I can feel when theft was reported, the repond from the staff and law enforcent officer was like putting on a show.
Totally disgusted!
