room of very low standard
none, room was small, bathroom, was small, and the water from the shower went everywher, there was also a terrible smell at times from the bathroom

Stay was average, and considering the price paid, I got 10 time more value in goa, kerala and Mumbai, as a tourist, I do not recommend this hotel. there was also a terrible smell at tim3s from the bathroom. we had to keep the bathroom closed most of the times

Good location busin hotel wth unprofessional staff

I am staying this hotel for last 10 years....but this stay may be the last in this hotel just because of the rude/insensitive/non courteous behavior of the GM of the hotel!
He didn't care about the relationship we are having with the hotel for last 10 years.
Disappointed!

great location .. half hour drive from airport

room service was great..great location and friendly staff. clean rooms. i have stayed in this hotel before.the bathroom was much cleaner last time this time..bit disappointed about that. not a great view from the bedroom window just construction buildings. breakfast buffet was okay. i just stayed for one night since i had a transit flight. the hotel does provide taxi service to airport which is really good. the positive thing about this hotel is that you can stay for 24 hours. if you arrive late you dont need to check out at 12pm

A decent standard and convenient place to stay. PCs in the Business Centre could do with updating though this is not unusual in my experience. WiFi in room was good enough.

Main advantage is the location where the hotel is situated though size of hotel and rooms are small .Rooms are neat and clean, food is above average, size of rooms are smaller comparing to the price you pay. Tariff is kept on the higher side. Power supply not constant. Air conditioning was not proper (probably because of continous power failures).Exhaust facility in toilet is poor. Still service can be improved.
