Hotel Impressive
New Hotel in the central of Medan

Actually, I'm very impressed with this hotel. I booked only one night online and extend another 2 nights. The atmostphere in the room is very good but not outside. The ABF is quite good but is not good for long stay because it's quite the same as the past day. Please disturb customers during they stay in the room by knocking the door but call to the room. I think I will repeat this hotel.

Terrible hotel with poor service
Only the location is central, nothing else

One of the worst hotels i have ever stayed at in Medan. This was supposed to be second only to Marriot Medan i was told, but alas, besides good check-in staff at the counter, nothing else is up to even a 3-star standard : Very slow lounge service (incl checking bills), housekeeping and room service is almost 0-standard, non-adjustable acir-con rooms, etc. u name the bad things, they prob do it there in Aston Medan.

this hotel is nice, the food in the reataurant is delicious, having swimming pool and jazucci and also the room is really clean and nice.. i really enjoy staying at this hotel. i would stay here again next time..
