great location, small and dusty rooms
close to shopping malls, great food

The food
Char koay teow and ice kacang are very good
And the room service is 24 hours
Very near to shopping malls and also eatery...but the food at the mamak is pricy
Walking distance to almost everywhere
Good bellboy service
Dislike
Unfriendly receptionists especially when you check in early morning or late at night
Stuffy rooms
Hard to get public transportation

Central, value for money hotel
Location- walking distance to mall, shops and eating places

Overall had a pleasant stay in the hotel. Location and price are the main points. Bed is comfy too with LCD tv. Air con could have been cooler. Service was good and check in/out fast

Awesome location...not very friendly staff
Walking distance to food stalls and malls.

I enjoyed the stay in the hotel, very nice room, affordable and i love the toiletries....they were very generous. thank you. But i was very disappointed with service by some of the supervisors, who were very friendly towards the guest before me but then gave me a very unhappy look when it was my turn.
Food....lovely! i love the char kuay teow and the ice kacang....best combination. thank you
i really don't mind going there again, if i didn't have to meet the same staff.

Toiletries are generous
Very good porter service
Clean rooms but run-down toilets
Can be improved:
Rude/ arrogant manager
Staff are amateur but friendly, most don't even know a lot of things (we had to wait about 20 minutes to check in when usually its just less than 5 minutes, they're not sure of the opening times of swimming pool),even where to get cars for rent.

Central hotel, good rate but a bit dated
Central location, next to mall , shops, friendly staff

Stayed a couple of nights so we can accept the condition plus the location was a plus point as we wanted to be near in town area, near the popular haunts for food.
