Near SM Cebu, some tourist spots.Downtown Cebu is very accessible from the hotel.

It feels safe since it was always guarded by a security guard at the front desk. Within walking distance from SM shopping centre makes it a good choice for shoppers. A 24hr convenience store is located next door for basic needs like snacks and water. Overall basic, cheap and value for money.

A Budget-Friendly, Client-Friendly Hotel

Express Inn surpassed my expectations of a budget hotel. We got there early so our room wasn't available yet, however staff offered to put us in one of the available rooms first to rest then transferred us to our room by lunch time. Hotel is walking distance from SM, and a jeepney ride away from everything. You can ask he receptionist for the jeep routes to take to get to your desired location.

Staff let me check in about 1100....great staff very attentive and immaculately dressed. The stay was let down by the poor...almost virtually non existent wifi....the whole day I hardly received wifi on floor 3...I could only get connected at reception...was so annoying esp when it was Bank Hol in UK the next day, and having to send emaile etc...Staff said their iphone connected ok...I did manage to get connected in the end...but only if I stood or sat at the door....Just a little whinge but overall good place to stay...staff were superb. Room was immaculate and the bed amazing.x
