Nice beach area - quiet - reslaxing

Inital impression poor due to taxi driver who could not find it and no locals asked knew of it. An established location but in need of some major updating an refurbishment.
The room was dated - tv old - aircon on last legs - decor outdated.
Grounds need considerable attention - poor night lighting for moving room to restaurant - walkways need reconcreting - gardens need developing - pool needs plastering finished in areas .
Despite the criticisms what saves this hotel is the quiet beach location - good restaurant - staff service and friendliness - and it was quiet which made it relaxing.

OK. I think because the resort is so far from everything someone needs to put a lot of money into the hotel, renovate it and turn it into a 5 star hotel and offer free airport transportation and wifi. There are no more hotels that charge you for wifi. Need to make it into a luxury resort where it offers you everything on site. a gym, nicer restaurants, night club with live band better pools for kids...etc.

Had a nice time staying in this hotel.
Staff speak japanese, nice ocean view and nice foods.

Me, my husband and 3 other friends had a nice time staying, we enjoyed the pool. The room is nice too, nice view from the veranda, feel relaxed. Only one thing that we don't like is the bathroom and shower room i don't feel comfortable, we've seen it dirty maybe it's because the room is old already but in every hotel i think that the bathroom must be the most clean and attractive to all customers, sad to say Superior Garden View's bathroom is NOT.

the cost of the hotel was good for what you got
price was good,ocean view, and quiet

overall the resort was satisfactory but the beach was not very good as it was only around a foot deep 50 yards out in the ocean

Nothing worth remembering...
The kids pool and leaving.

Very unpleasant.
On arrival headed to bathroom to find a 4 inch centipede crawling out from behind cistern. Killed that and a few bull ants. No mirror over the sink. Turned on shower and was greeted with a brown stream of water ... so flushed it for 20 mins.... No hot water for the whole stay.
Management milk location and rip you off for taxis and don't allow other taxis in from street (gate is about 500m away from reception)Internet connection was a rip off and hardly worked.
