It was awesome and comfortable.
The service of staff is fantastic. The room is quiet despite centrally located. Pricing is reasonable.

Although the spa shower was faulty upon check-in but the staff was responsive and managed to fix it within half a day despite telling me that it is going to be a 2-day job. They even did service recovery which is a very nice thought of them. They also never fail to ask if I need breakfast and housekeeping service the next day even though I have rejected them upteen times. Their service is worth complimenting. But the housekeeping needs to take note not to leave anything behind after the room is made. The groutings need to be touch up and made good. but overall experience is very good.

RIght in the heart of Ximending

Hotel is clean and nice. Staff was very friendly and reminded us on the cheeck out timing. However, breakfast isn't buffet type and was only given an option of two choices. No qualms about it since it is very near XiMending.
