great hotel, great food, great staff
very nice room with porch

we stayed at this place for 6 days and liked it very much: very nice rooms with verandah, much space, nice garden with great pool, very clean, very friendly staff, food in restaurant great...we will be back!!!

Green Haven

i was a bit apprehensive of staying in phuket, and was looking for a quiet hotel. this resort absolutely fits the bill !! - i was so glad i'd selected baan sai yuan - it was absolutely beautiful - the bungaloes are spaced adequately apart from each other, in a beautiful setting of tropical greenery throughout the resort. it was an absolute peaceful haven in phuket - one needs to rent a bike though (or car), as its a bit far to walk to the restaurants and the beach, but one can do this for a very cheap price, and then one has the option of lazing around the pool (beautiful), sitting on the balcony (front and side balcony for each bungalo), or taking a short ride to the beach, shopping or a restaurant. i drove around a bit, and found that the naiharn beach and naiharn area were my favorite of all those i visited, so i was very glad i'd booked this hotel for my last days in thailand. the staff were very friendly and helpful ,and i would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. it is about an hour from the airport and from phuket town, and again, very very peaceful

Secluded hotel with great service
Pool, food, spacious rooms

beautiful grounds. large rooms and a lovely pool. a bit far away from everything. you have to take a taxi to get to the beach or town. the food at the cafe is fantastic.

Lovely hotel but remote location

If you planed to stay the hotel and enjoy the sunshine and swimming pool, it must a good choice to choose this hotel. But if you still prefer convenience .better to think about kata or patong beach

Nice hotel with good facilities

this is a great little spot close to all amenities and has a wonderful outlook to the pool. There is plenty of space and the rooms are serviced daily.

i fell in love with the place. it has great ambience and away from bustling cities. the staffs are very friendly and i felt welcomed. when you arrived at the hotel, don't be alarmed by a dog. he guards the place. he'll bark at first but after that he is friendly
the hotel is also near to tesco (supermarket) so it's easy for you to get food and necesssary items. food is good too. the hotel is also near to bars - easy access to nightlife.
overall, i have no regrets staying at the hotel. i will come back again there if i were in phuket.

Lovely setting and friendly service

No complaints. We would definitely recommend to friends/family and will probably book up again should we ever visit Thailand in the future.

Don't bother spending more than a day trip visiting the Phi Phi islands. You will regret it as the islands are saturated with tourists and generically charmless aiming to cater for this mass tourism.

Nice spacious room sadly pool was out of action
Individual bungalows, spacious rooms, clean.

Lovely rooms, with a lot of space and detached/semi-detached from the other bungalows so it's quite private in the actual rooms. The pool was out of action which was disappointing as the weather had been very hot and the pool is always a good place to chill out.
Transfers from the airport are expensive at 1000 baht one way, so it may be prudent to see if you can find an alternative.
