โรงแรมไม่ติดทะเล ต้องเดินไปประมาณ1กิโลเมตร จึงถึงชายหาด เมตรพนักงานบริการดี ราคาไม่แพง มีkids club และสระว่ายน้ำที่ดีเหมาะสำหรับครอบครัวที่มีเด็ก คุ้มค่าราคาที่จ่ายไป แต่ห้องค่อนข้างเล็ก เดินออกไปนอกโรงแรมไกล หาร้านอาหารใกล้ๆอร่อยยาก

A fantastic hotel, great value for money and close to top quality restaurants and the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff-nothing was too much of a problem. The buffet style breakfast was vast. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good value, but very family orientated

Surin beach is wonderful, and this hotel is positioned perfectly to access the relaxing beach and excellent bars and restaurants of Surin in the evenings.
However the hotel is very much family orientated (and therfore NOT relaxing at all) and gave the impression of being very full. Everything was over run - the pool was packed, the breakfast area was chaos

Lovely hotel with a peaceful and quiet enviroment

we were warmly greeted on our arrival. Check in was efficient and quick and was told that they upgraded our room to a junior suite.The room faced the swimming pool and offered a pleasant view.The beach is only a three minutes walk and is clean with a good count of restaurants.We enjoyed our stay at Puket.

The hotel is a good 4 star family hotel. You can tell that it is managed by a large chain and comes with professional service, if you are tolerant with some language issues. Surin beach is one of the best in Phuket from my perspective. Get a suite, it is worthwhile to have more space.
