Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is good size and very clean and comfortable.
The free computer downstair is a bonus.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Yaya Residence and totally recommended.

Is was far away from town. This is a good thing and a bad thing.. Is is expensive to get into town. But you don't have all the noise from the parties.

Amazingly clean room and friendly staff

I selected this hotel on the basis of agoda reviews. The hotel was clean and very near to the beach. There was a mosque Noor-ul-Huda adjacent to the hotel. Lovely mosque is a great convenience for the Muslim travellers. Hotel is highly recommended.

We have been in patong many times so we can really recommend this hotel. Location is great, near the beach and close to the nightlife.Staff is excellent, the rooms are clean.

Perfect location a few minutes walk to the beach. Everything is very good, the clean rooms, the service, free internet - WiFi and the nice staff.
I can really recommend this hotel.

we really enjoyed our stay. the location is only about a five minute walk to the beach. the staff are very friendly. when i had an ear infection, yaya, the owner drove us to phuket town to see a doctor. our room was small but comforable and clean.

phuket is one of attractive destination for tourist all over the world, especially patong.
i had a very nice stay in this hotel that is in center of patong area. manager is very good. workers are always smile. good service ...
breakfast is not so much but good. i can order some more and free soft drink everyday ...

just about perfect

we stayed 3 nigts in yaya, booked superior room for about 30gbp per night, hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly with a smile, in the lobby you have a pc where you can sufr the interet if you dont have any ipad or laptop. overall i would highly recommend this one, it has everything you need, location is great and do not be afraid is on far side of the beach becouse patong town is not so big anyway, you can basicly reach the other side of the beach in 10-15min with a relax - slow walk.
for this price this hotel is unbeatable, just tv could have a bit more usefull channels (only 2 in english i think )

we stayed for 3nights and it was the nicet hotel we have stayed in, in the 3 weeks we was in thailand. the hotel is a new building so every thing is fresh and clean. the personal was very help full and nice. the hotel was 5 in wake from the beach but it was a 40 min wake down to the big shoping street you can allways take a tuk tuk down. but know that the tuk tuk driver dont know where yaya is then you go home so you will have to direckt them. but it was a great stay and we would go back ther next time we are patong.
