Central location, big rooms and very friendly staf
Good location, very friendly staff, good breakfast, travelers desk with turists information

The staff was very friendly. We didn't like the two-persons shared duvet on the bed and they provided kindly an extra duvet. Also when I lost my room-card I had a new one free of charge.
The tram M4 going to Alexander Platz and the bus 200 going to the western part of Berlin stop just outside the hotel so it is easy to get around

Concierge, cleanliness, and comfortable

The stay was fine - it was about 10 minutes-ish to the nearest underground station, but there were bus stops very close and trams (although we never found out where they went). The concierge was fantastic, making suggestions, reservations and generally being lovely.

Decent hotel without being amazing
The M4 tram and the 200 bus stop right outside, so it is very convenient to access by public transport

The hotel served our main purpose - a bed for the night. It is located a few stops on the metro from the center of town and is easy to find. We had a blocked shower on the first night but the staff fixed it the next day. The internet is not free, in fact it is around 12euros per 24 hours: I would not have stayed at this hotel if I had noticed this at the time of booking.

Excellent location, within easy walk of Alexanderplatz, and 30 minute walk to Brandenburger Tor. Good comfortable room, excellent restaurant and room service.

FABULOUS STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
BREAKFAST BUFFET,ROOM DESIGN/SIZE,LOCATION.

Had an excellent stay at this Hotel the staff were very helpfull and informative for the attractions / sightseeing all public transport and recommendations on fabulous restaurant's in the city, the hotel provided information on any of the tours available throughout our stay, the rooms very clean and the bed was comfortable and of good size.
The breakfast was second to none....excellent!!!!!.
