Great location in a no frills hotel

Pleasant it is in a great location. Difficult to communicate with staff English is not the first language. Telephone did not work for duration of stay. Clean and bright but certainly a no frills hotel. Pretty basic really.

Great location
great location, close to tube stations, close to local restaurants and pubs. walking distance to Buckingham Palace

The room was fine, large enough for 3 people and fairly clean. The only problem was we were next to the elevator machinery which made sleeping through the night impossible if other visitors were using it frequently.

Stay somewhere close to zone 1 and 2 underground stations, the money you save on the tube (which can be pricey) can go towards a nicer hotel.

Good location, small spotless rooms

while the rooms are small they are adequate for the business traveller on his own. all facilities were available. the hotel was extremely clean and well maintained and the reception was efficient and pleasant. very well placed for the city visitor. will use it again.

Lousy internet
The staff's friendliness, the accessibility from Victoria Station

I booked the hotel for a business trip.
The hotel room is small and of little walking space. The hotel room does not provide free complimentary internet services. Due to my work, I need to use the internet and when I wanted to purchase a day usage of internet. The front desk service crews are not as helpful to provide assistance when I had problem with the purchase. In the end I only bought 1 hour. However, the internet speed sucks. I cannot even access dropbox and Hotmail smoothly.
The breakfast next day is so-so. Nothing much nice or too bad.

very small room,no shampoo,tooth paste..

this is my first time met, no telephone,shampoo, tooth paste, no a fridge..if I need some help or service, I must to counter ask. other thing, when I reservation, the check in time is pm 2:00, the check out time is 12:00, but the counter knock my door ask me check out, the time is 11:00.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Quaint hotel but small rooms
Very close to Pimlico and Victoria stations

A single room is very small with just a twin sized bed. The hotel is clean but in need of renovations. I had room 41 on the third floor and while there is an elevator, there are still stairs to climb because the room is kind of located on a split level. It was difficult to navigate a heavy suitcase along a narrow staircase.
The breakfast was adequate, but nothing special. The breakfast room is small and filled up very quickly.
The staff were friendly and very pleasant to deal with.
My only real complaint is that they give you one very thin pillow and although the bed is comfortable, the thin pillow isn't and I woke up with a sore neck.
Great budget hotel, wonderful location.

Victoria Inn
The whole street comprises hotels and frankly they all look similar and if you do not look hard enough, you will miss Victoria Inn. But room was adequate - small but clean .

It takes some effort to find the hotel as the facade is not too different from the row of hotels on the street. Rooms are small but clean. The lift is miserable and tiny and you can barely fit in. Breakfast leaves much to be desired. The entrance was cluttered with mattresses and owners do not appeare too bothered by the mess ? Is it value for money - perhaps I guess by London standards. One probably has few choices if visiting London on a budget ?

地點近地下鐵路站，地區坐落酒店區位置，建築物為經典風格，早餐豐富，味道不錯，唯欠熱類食物，員工友善，有禮貌，房間整體衞生、乾淨。只是房間空間較為小，未必可容納大型行李，商務旅遊較佳，有暖氣裝置，寧靜舒適。
