"I said before I left the hotel that, luxurious can be found anywhere but friendly staff all the time is difficult to find and keep. Hassan was the first one to welcome us. We were in the mood of talking and he was interactive, smiling , friendly, and very helpful. Although there was a customer waiting for us but he did not hurry us up or distracted. He was fully focusing with us until we are done. The house keeping Nevein, from her first moment entering the room she was keen to make us feel home, with a smile and genuine feelings of care. These employees are treasure to any business. Keep them and dont let them go. Thank you"

"i’m very disappointed, this is my favorite hotel in beirut and i always book directly through them. i booked this stay through your app and choosed grand deluxe room with balcony, when i reached i was surprised that you booked me a standard room. but what is written in the confirmation is grand deluxe. they told me that this is completely your mistake booking me the wrong room and they refused to give me the the room that i wanted because it’s not their mistake."

"- My stay was very pleasant at Saifi Suites. The rooms are designed in a very modern way and very clean. The location is Superb and close to beautiful Down Town Beirut. - If you are a Breakfast person and plan to stay for more than two days then you would be disappointed as the breakfast is very minimal and the same every day. The Front Desk staff are helpful but will never greet you unless you be the one to greet first. "

"Checkin with a warm welcome & a smiling face from Mr. Samir. He made sure we have quick checkin and also asked us to get back to him anytime we need to have any queries on going around Beirut or other information. The room was beautiful as you will expect from Radisson Blu standard. Had great selection of breakfast compared to other hotels of same standard in stayed in Beirut. The restaurant Manager Mr. Nabil did great job by taking care of the everyone himself and making sure of the details if everyone is served well. Overall had a great stay. "

"This was a perfect hotel in the heart of all that is happening in Beirut. It is walking distance to Beirut University and other tourist attractions. There are food outlets right at your door step plus a sunset bar and a little cafe for morning coffee and some breakfast. This is independent to the hotel. For a solo female traveller in Beirut it was a great place to base myself. "
