This is NOT a pleasant place, touts itself with photos that misrepresents the place. Walls are covered in black marks, carpet is many, many years passed replacement date, bathroom NOT clean. Balcony dirty. Bedroom door wont close because the bed is too big for the room! Given that the place was dirty when we got there it was an insult to see a sign over the kitchenette advising us that if we wanted the place cleaned it could be arranged for $35!! They want the trappings of a hotel (they have a bar fridge arrangement with exorbitant prices) but don,t want to provide clean towels etc. They even want to charge you $1.50 for a roll of toilet paper. The end came with the sign below the air-conditioner advising that if we wanted it on it would cost $5 per day. Avoid this pale there are a million places in Surfers most are much better than this and the price isn't even all that cheap.

Nice looking apartments with short walk to cavill

Was a nice clean apartment building but found it inconvenient when I checked in late on a sunday that the air conditioning in the room can only be accessed by paying a fee to reception to get the remote!! This was not mentioned in their ad. If you book in when there is no one there it is inconvenient to have to call someone to activate something as simple as airconditioning

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Apartment was nice, quiet and large with all needed appliances.
However, it wasn't very clean; just clean enough for the low price we paid for it I'd say. And a bit worn out.

Very good for budget travellers. Good location in Surfers Paradisde, just 4-5 minutes walk to all shops, restaurants, clubs, main beach etc. but in the same time away from the noise and party rioters.

Short walk to the hub of Surfer's Paradise.
Central to all you ever need, Well equipped, very clean and quiet.

clean and tidy self contained apartments just a very short walk across the bridge to surfer's. very central to everything you need including transport, shopping, restaurants, bars and nightlife. evelyn and rob will help you with travel questions and are well informed to help with any queries.
no elevator on the premises so walking shoes a must.
great small local resort, perfect for singles or families. relax by the pool if a day of rest is required or a 24 hour bus service will get you to where ever you want to go.
no restaurant on site but deliveries to your door are available or 5 minute walk to your choice of thousands!

Beware!! Nothing is for free, and friendly people offering you the chance to scratch and win prizes are only doing so to entice you to one of many hotel, resort or holiday accommodation ownership opportunity packages and a lengthy sales, video presentation lasting 90 minutes or so. If you can be bothered attending you will pick up a weeks free accommodation to one of the many resorts around the world, or maybe it will be very cheap theme park tickets of your choice. People are everywhere!!

Friendly service with a very warm welcome
Good value for money in close procimity to Surfer's attractions

greeted by a very warm and welcoming smile on an extremely wet day. accommodation was compact but sufficient for our needs. the full kitchen and laundry facilities were marvelous and suitable for family requirements. good security and undercover parking. located away from the tourist hotels yet within easy walking distance to major supermarket, cavill avenue and beach attractions. thought the apartment was a little tired and could do with a refreshing coat of paint. if you are on a tight budget, i would recommend the karana palms resort.

The apartments were spacious and comfortable. We were missing some stuff in the kichten at arrival but the manager went to the supermarket and fixed it right away. She was very friendly and helped us to book certain activities. Location is good, about 7-10 minutes walk to the beach and a large supermarket if you re thinking about cooking your own food. Great stay!
