The staff were great as was the location on Ave. Paulista-near everthing.
Clean and modern rooms.

There is a real traditional Brazilian food restaurant just one block away. Go out the hotel go right cross one or two streets and it is right there. You get a debit card and you choose the food you want then they weigh it. Great system.

very nice hotel but little bit noisy because of downtown area and many young people gathered and talk loudly on the street.
I wanted to go to convenience store after arriving to hotel later afternoon, but hesitated because of these guys.
Room service is also finish 23:00.

Was a very nice hotel luxury entrance and professional personal. The rooms was a bit small but the bed was really comfortable. The restaurant and the breakfast was superb. The personal was really friendly and helpful. A lot value for the money.

they want to charge me with some tax that actually was already included and i had to attest that the hotel was wrong.
not clear information about parking procedure, what caused a huge discussion with parking service and a big waste of time. i had to go back 2x to the reception to clarify it and nobody came to talk to the impolite "car parking man", to explain that was their mistake.
terrible!!!
and wake-up call does not work!!! what a luck i had my own alarm clock, just to be sure...

Location, Location, Location!
Close to Rua Augusta, the popular spot for nightlife

Not only is this place close to Rua Augusta(one block), it is also on Avenida Paulista near Consolacoa, so it is within walking distance of the MASP, Museum of Art, Sao Paulo. The facilities are top class and, as a smoker, it is one of the only hotels that I found that had smoking rooms, still! The room is well-furnished and comfortable and, although it may be a business hotel, I fely comfortable walking in wearing jeans and feeling dishevelled after travelling overnight by bus.

We enjoyed our stay the only two things that need improvement are 1 - a kettle would be appreciated in the room.
2 - the reception desk were were limited in information.
