พนักงานเฉพาะบนแพตั้งใจบริการดี ห้องดี แต่เปิดแอร์แค่ทุ่ม ถึง หกโมงเช้า จ่ายห้องล่ะ 20000กว่าบาท ต้องนั่งร้อน ตลอดบ่าย ร้านอาหารไม่มีแม้พัดลม นำ้ที่แพมีตะไคร่เหลืองลอยเต็ม เหมือนนำ้ สกปรก ไม่มีการดูแล อาการทั้งเมนู และคุณภาพ ไม่ใช่ที่คิดไว้ดูlow กว่าที่คิดมาก จองผ่านAgoda ไม่ใช่package ดูเหมือนเป็นส่วนเกิน เพราะ ไม่มี เรือ รถ ไปส่ง ออฟฟิตติดต่อไมได้ ผ่านไป 2 3 ช.ม ถึงจะได้ ต่องโทรเข้าแผนกบ/ช แค่จะถามว่รลงเรือยังไง ราคา5ดาวแต่ทุกอย่าง2ดาย เสียดายเงินอย่างมากมไม่กลับไปอีกแน่
อาหารราคาค่อนข้างสูง แต่จานใหญ่ วิวสวย บรรยากาศดี พนักงานยิ้มแย้ม ราคาสูงไปหน่อย

Breathtaking views. Wonderful staff. Food was surprisingly bad especially considering the inflated prices. The Thai dishes were not good, Pad Thai was overly sweet, egg was on the side along with a pile of sugar, no peanuts, no bean sprouts. Green Curry was only cucumbers and boiled chicken.
This was incredible!! It’s a bit of an effort to get too but is totally worth it. One of the best travel experiences I have had. We had 2 nights which I feel is the min amount of time to make the most of the beautiful park. The staff were so good with our children and made us feel so welcome.

We stayed for one night The experience was amazing, the sleep on the water, kayaking, the staff were nice and the food was great! Less for children as there is no WiFi and no place to “run away” Only disadvantage- you can hear through the walls

Khao Sok was definitely a little hidden gem of Thailand. Loved our stay. 5rai family couldn’t have been more welcoming and pleasant to be around.

A really nice experience. Absolutely recommend it. Wonderful and friendly staff. Very good food, nice stay, good variety of guided tours and activities available. We had terrible booking experience with Khao Sok National Park, so do your booking directly or through Agoda etc, and you still will be able to book activities when you arrive, or contact them directly. Sent them email, but it should be no problem to join in the tour. We were there in March, so you may need a reservation in full season.

Don’t get me wrong it’s a nice place but for what they’re asking a night I expected more, saw a cockroach in bathroom, no personal teakettle for instant coffee or tea, besides a nice view & working AC nothing motivated me to tell others about it.

Super cool experience staying in a floating cabin on a beautiful lake surrounded with views that make you feel like you are on another planet.
What a unique adventure for the whole family! The beautiful scenery, great food, a very good relaxing thai massage along with super helpful staff, especially Nipha who made our kids’ stay special, comfortable and fun. I would say drinks and food were a bit pricey, but worth it.
I was honestly shocked at what this hotel offered for the price they charge. It’s really a 3 star hotel, wooden floating bunker, with horrible breakfast.. the location is nice and the staff is lovely but this is one of the most expensive hotels in all of Thailand 😂 and the accommodation screams $40/night. Please note there are a lot of other fees. 1000THB you need to pay for the boat to even get there.. all of the tours you do if you want to get off the resort is all extra 1,500THB and in plus you need to pay park fee, pier fee, this just didn’t make any sense for me and therefor I can not recommend
The park is an absolute must, and 500Rai is definitely the place to go. It may be a bit more expensive to stay here, but well worth the price. From the location, cleanliness of the room, to the great staff, it’s definitely the way to go.
Special 5* for the service, and the restaurant in such location ♥️ We had a great time, thank you Ps: bring your ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

It’s such a great experience waking up directly on the water. This is hands down the best hotel on the lake. Staff were very nice, accommodating. Service was incredible.My only wish was that the bathrooms were updated. They were very clean, but very old.

Everything in this place is plus 5stars!!! But I have to say the staff is amazing!!! There is a young lady, her name is Nott (I don’t know how to spell it): OMG!! She is the best!!! Always happy and helping everyone!!! I’m planing come back in my next trip just for her.

If you have any concern about comfort and luxury on this lake, then just stay here. Comfortable. The view is unbelievable and the staff are lovely. The food is very expensive and of decent quality.

The location and view are unbeatable.. but could be better in terms of food provided (as you can’t eat anywhere else), services (staff are nice but just lack of training), and no massage available which was disappointing
We reserve non refundable rooms with known that hotel location near The shore of Lake, In real there is only one pier which is far about one or one half hour By long-tail boat which is not mansion in Booking page also the cost of the boat trip it’s overpriced. According to that we ask to refund the 2 rooms we’ve booked unfortunately hotel refund only one rooms, the other room for 3 nights not refundable even that hotels know that information not full details. Avoiding or know all before book
We booked the honey moon suit which was around £700 a night fand we booked 2 nights, i would of been disappointed if I paid £50 a night the pool was full of dirt, the shower had mould the best sheets had dead insects and the curtains had stain on them and we wasn’t provided with any towels to shower, within 1 hour of arriving we wanted to leave but we couldn’t due to boats not operating after a certain time, we left the next morning on the first boat out, all in the trip cost us £1,600 and was a total waste of time would not recommend.
The staff is very polite and professional. The location is nice, you can jump in the water just from your terrace. Free canoe. Nice breakfast. Be prepared for digital detox, since you have only 30 min free wi-fi per person a day. But this is advantage rather than drawback.🙂 However I wish free transfer from the pier and back included in this price. You’ll have to pay extra 4000 batt for private boat to get to the hotel, which includes 2 trips across the lake. Standard price for Khao Sok trips, by the way. And bathroom facilities have to be renovated. Nevertheless, great experience. Thank you!

Very beautiful location the long tail boat is an experience..I recommend anyone thinking of staying should stay at least 2 nights..fantastic
It turned out the hotel is Eco friendly and has no electricity for air condition between 06:30- 18:30 , meaning all day. and there’s no cellular reception at all and no Wi-Fi at the hotel, which is totally fine if I known in advanced and decide that’s what I want, but not to find out when I already arrive to the resort and there’s nothing you can do about it . The hotel rate is much higher than normal and you expect to have transparency about such important things.
Unfortunately no transfer to the lake included in the price , also no dinner and there is no other restaurants in the area.
Honeymooners be aware! Its just a good name for a horrible old and primitive place with a bed impossible to sleep and NO INTERNET AT ALL IN all the Estate. 1.500bht per day satelite www very slow. Only one Stuff speaks english but she is not always there. Thai customers have priorities in all things. Foreign customers are 2nd class. Cheapest bottle of wine 1.900bht - same in the shop 490bht. If You need to go to the main building the boat needs 35 to pick you up. We booked and paid for 2 days and left after 1 night early morning. Do not make our mistake to go there - it looks only on the photos nice…

This is one of my favorite travel trip
The only thing worth about this place is the view and location. We paid the price same as other luxury 5 stars hotels but the room here is definitely not 5 stars quality and in need of major renovation.

We booked Villa 2 nights. We paid a lot but there were not including lunch and dinner which normally who paid much cheaper they got lunch and dinner inclusive. Room feature is way too normal for this price and the foods and drinks there were very expensive. We tried to negotiate with front office there about our lunch and dinner but they couldn't help. In Bathroom in Villa the shower was defect. Btw guest needs to pay for the boat transfer to go to the Resort by them self.
The staffs were very helpful, from the management to the cleaners. Considering its location 1hpur from the pier, the room is comfortable enough to stay for few days. To make your experience better, ask for their help whenever u need it before coming and when u are staying there.
Back to basic experience, without wifi or tv. Had fun time with unlimited lake access and kayaking surrounded with clean freah air. The most important tips here is, please ask the staff time guidelines before coming here eg, what time to gather at their office etc. If u abide with the guidelines, there will be smooth journey. Thumbs up!
Overall the resort is nice but it could be much better. Tried to contact the resort 4 months before arriving to book a private boat, after some reply they then disappeared. Contacted back 2 weeks before & different person replied but again stopped replying. I then had to call them the day before to confirm I had a boat which they said they would contact me back, which they didn’t. Arrived on the day and they booked the boat for us and told us to wait at a designated waiting area near the boats and that they would ring at 11:15. Surprise surprise I didn’t receive a phone call by 11:30 and had to go and find the driver myself!!! Once arrived everything was fine. Evening meal wasn’t great. I had finished my meal by the time my boyfriend had received his. When asked why that was the staff just simply said ‘don’t know’. Seemed like the staff were all young with little experience and needed some leadership and guidance as they were nice enough. Overall was average and won’t be going back
Stayed here with all inclusive. Did one 2 tours out of 3 days staying here, Food was the same everyday. No food menu, no mini bar, no one to take care. It a complete waste of money and even complaining to management about something your right about is wrong to them and they are always right. Avoid and find another place there. Waste of money for sure
We were not informed how to get to this resort. You have to check in at an office in the nearby town, then take the taxi to the Pier (at the dam) * where there is NO ATM*. Have to buy a boat ticket to the resort (to and from)! And have to pay a park fee *CASH ONLY*. and the Resort is also CASH ONLY. So we had to get another taxi to go to an ATM. They say Air Conditioning is in every room, which it is, BUT ONLY FROM 7pm to 6am! Beautiful resort, friendly staff, amazing mountains, awesome kayaking. Would not stay here longer than 2 days in the hot summer.
I don't have any memory of ever posting any negative feed back even though my experiences where not that good. Only here i would like to inform that this resort is far far from being worth the money you will spend. No service, no organization from their office (in land) to their resort on the lake (took us 3h from the time we arrive in the office to the resort), You also must pay 5500THB to access the resort and it was not even able to arrive on time to pick us up. You can only get food from 6PM to 8PM... The first bungalow we've been given was not in good conditions and towels with holes in it... We paid 18000THB for one night not including the boat and i had to show pictures to the staff before they decide to upgrade us to a slightly better bungalow. I could keep going longer but the main point is, you will get the same view to a cheaper resort more authentic like i stayed 2years ago and 4 times cheaper. Not worth it...
