The guesthouse has a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was also nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The wifi and breakfast are excellent. The only downside to this place is the lack of private bathroom.
Clean, well organised, very helpful owners
Everything was great! The youngish guy was very helpful and attentive! Location was a little out of the way but good if you want to leave the hustle and bustle of the city streets behind after a long day amongst it! Only bad points - lots of mosquitoes in outside toilets and the toilet paper kept running out upstairs quicker than they could replace it! Otherwise great stay!
We really liked our stay here! The staff helped us with finding a tour on short notice and gave us a very reasonable rate on it (which we found out by asking others on the tour what they had paid. The most amazing thing was that my wife's phone had problems and we needed to troubleshoot while hooked up to a computer. The staff let us use their laptop for over an hour to figure out the problem and fix it. Really generous and kind people! Highly recommend!
I have to say this guesthouse was my favourite one in Chiangmai.It's a little far away from the center city,but I like it.It's very quiet at night,and they have a litte fat but very cute cat~The host are an Korean couple.They are very friendly,and patient.It also offer DIY breakfast.It was so nice to get up in the morning,feel the sun light,and make your own breakfast.Simple,but comfotable.
At $30 AUD for a room for 3 the price was right. Although bathroom was shared was kept very clean.
I loved it. The owners and staff are such beautiful people. The guest house is off a little side street so is much quieter than in the old town. Very close to Sat night market and a wonderful vegetarian buffet at the old cultural centre. Also close to airport and immigration (if you need to extend visa). Every day the sheets and towels would be renewed and smelled wonderful. Breakfast is self service eggs/ bread situation. The showers are hot. The aircon is suitably cold. It felt like coming home. Plus only 15 min walk to old town but get a sungtow in the early hours of the am. Nothing is too much trouble here. I would stay again. If you want quiet/ safe/ clean/ a little bit away from action but not too far... this is your place.
It was very average. Wifi was really fast, but the beds were not great and getting into the top bunk was a little sketchy at times. Everything was clean and the staff were nice, but the location isn't the best.

It was slightly out of the old city but its very convenient to locate the place. Most pick up trucks know the location simple by mentioning the address.

I stayed in both dorm and private room, Room was good,clean,tiny and comfortable. Away from loud bar,party area. Dorm comes with a curtain on each bed which keep your privacy better. The friendly landlord couple is very helpful and informative when i had questions. Great value for budget travelers!

It was such a lovely stay at the guesthouse! Kim and Park were super friendly. We even played go-stop together! The other 2 girls who work there are very helpful and attentive as well :) The interior of the guesthouse was very cute and comfortable (we got a room by ourselves). Chiang Mai was wonderful and we would definitely go there again. When we go visit next time, we'll have to stay with Kim and Park again :)
I very much enjoyed my stay here. I stayed there for my entire stay in ChiangMai. It is very affordable and clean. The staff also does everything they can to combat against the mosquitoes. Its a quiet backpackers and not the best place for meeting others, though it is possible if you take the initiative. Some may not like the bathroom as its kind of outside and will have bugs, but there is warm water and it definitely does the job! Beds have individual curtain and light adding to comfort and privacy. Would recommend!
when I arrived they were with a warm welcome. this is a new guest house so very clean. it is small so quite and peaceful. including breakfast. butter style breakfast. very nice warm shower. easy access to airport. close to south gate and saturday market. staff friendly to all guests.
I went to this guesthouse with no exepectation. I was scheduled to stay here only one night so I booked dormitory room. But this place gave me great service. Big tower and indivisual light,electical outlet were provided. I felt much happier the second day than the first day with the bird's singing waking me up and running squirrel on the tree. I will never forget lovely homely feel that I felt in the swing chair with a cup of coffee.
屋子很干净，就是屋里黑，一下雨床非常潮。除去这个之外，都是可以的
离清迈的周六市场比较近～房间装修很好看，房东的服务很棒！早上4:30帮我们叫车去机场～感谢～下回还来住啊 哈哈哈哈
小巧精致，韩国夫妻很热情，早餐很不错，环境也很好，就是床垫不太好，睡着下陷，翻身时声响大
房型太窄啦，窗户被钉死，很闷。公共浴室，想洗澡刷牙什么的有时候人多得排队，位置不是很好，离古城有一定距离。不过服务挺好的，前台的泰国妹纸很可爱！下次订一定要订古城里面的酒店啦！
六人间床位房，屋外环境很好，屋内装修也蛮有风格，人物是韩国人居多，毕竟是一个韩国人开的，啦啦啦，以后还回去的群
感觉还行，比较像民宿，离机场还是有距离得，走路是到不了 ，厕所公共的，洗澡也只有公共的。

人很和善，更适合背包客一些，早餐是自助的，简单但是可以吃到饱，喜欢他们留在床上的欢迎纸条和一些提示语，还可以提供一些一日游等团的预定。感觉如果是单独去跟其他人一起合住会更有意思，另外离周六夜市哇莱路就隔着一条街

宾馆提供DIY早餐，房间干净，WIFI也很快，前台很热情，唯一不足的是房间内有蚊子
非常好，老板一直等我们直到我们chickin 半夜三点多！感动！干净 ！住着舒服！

酒店不大，但房间很漂亮整洁，浴室和卫生间需要共享，早餐是需要自己做的，简单的烤吐司加荷包蛋，饮料有茶，咖啡和各种果汁可以选择。酒店位置离机场比较近，由于是晚上11点才到清迈，预定的时候有说让酒店提供接机不过没有提供，最后是自己拦的Tutu车去的，晚上的费用稍微贵一点100B,另外酒店离周六夜市仅隔一条街，平时那是银器一条街，周六就是繁华的夜市，都是很值得逛一逛的

La propriétaire est super sympa et aux petits soins, bien pour attendre son avion le lendemain car proche (2kms)de l aeroport. Sinon le quartier nest pas top et les matelas pleins de ressorts..mon dos sen souvient encore! Jolie terrasse pour manger ou prendre le petit dej.
Presque luxueux. Tarif un peu plus élevé qu'à mon habitute. Entre l'aéroport et le centre ville.
War relativ wenig los im Hostel, eher kein Platz um andere Leute kennenzulernen.
民宿主人超友善而且樂於助人，民宿地點離古城只8分鐘路程，十分方便，而且民宿內部整潔很有家的感覺！
４０銖就可以借用單車，比老城便宜！ 有天不小心掉了鎖單車用的鎖，老闆很好人的說不用介意，雖然一個鎖十分便宜，但老闆這種風度實在很值得讚許！ 每次回到民宿看見老闆和老闆娘，他／她們都十分有禮和我打招呼，讓我回到民宿都感到十分舒適。

Good place near to the airport, stuff helpful, clean, towel everyday change for free. Not noise, I like it.
