Booked a staycation here since we attended a wedding nearby. Surprised to see that they had 3 pools which were all clean and aesthetic. Food at restaurant was good and fairly priced, they had a plenty of choices available. Room was clean and had complete amenities. Our only issue was there was so much stairs haha, not very senior friendly. They had parking in front of the property. Location wise, it was near Robinsons Antipolo and there are trikes in the area. Grab is another option, but it was not easy to book and can take som time. Overall, had a good experience.

The cleanliness is top-notch, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. “Get an architect next time”
Let me start off this review by saying that the service of the place itself is fine. Well maintained, good and accommodating staff, and good food. It's right behind the waterfalls and its got a lot of outdoor pools to choose from. That being said, I don't believe my concerns can be easily addressed as they seem to not meet some architectural standards. Firstly, the place is a mountain resort, and while building codes say you need to have a service elevator for these kinds of establishments, they dont have any so this is a bad choice for seniors, pregnant women, and PWDs. They were kind enough to allow us to park at a gate much closer to the rooms - meaning fewer stairs to climb - but still there were stairs. Secondly, for the stairs themselves, none of the risers were up to code. They were either extremely steep or extremely short which is a trip hazard for anyone. They dont have enough railings either. Thirdly, the room leaves much to be desired. The door is so thin that we can hear other visitors opening and closing doors or talking in hallways. The handle to our shower came off because the previous visitor didn't report it (but it made me wonder if the staff who cleaned the room before we used it even cleaned the the bathroom enough to check those things?). And lastly, the tiles in and around the pool are not anti slip rated (R11). My family kept slipping on the tiles which is like the worst place to have an accident.
