Excellent Resort ”
My husband and I came here for a quiet and relaxing babymoon, and this resort was perfect for that! We got the Jacuzzi suite and we were lucky that the room is beach-facing, and had a beautiful view of the beach! Room was well-cleaned, comfortable and modern with a big balcony. All the hotel staff we came across were very friendly and helpful in answering whatever questions we had about tours or resort activities. Location couldn’t have been more perfect for a beach resort - the beach was literally right there! It’s a private beach so it wasn’t crowded either (unlike the beach in Ao Nang). They had a good breakfast selection (breakfast restaurant view was again, incredible!). There are a few other restaurants along Tubkaek beach worth checking out as well, in addition to the resort restaurant, so you do have options. In terms of water activities, they have kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding, which was fine although I thought they’d have a wider range of water activities. If you’d like a bit of action or shop for souvenirs, you can easily get into Ao Nang, about 20-30 mins from Tubkaek, either by car (1000baht/return trip) or renting a motorbike from the hotel (350baht for 24-hour rental period - we did this and it ended up being SO much fun!). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Anyavee Tubkaek Beach Resort and are very excited to come back!

Stunning location at this beachfront hotel”
The hotel is north of Krabi along the quiet Tubkaek Beach. For those who want a peaceful restful resort the location is perfect. The hotel is beach front, the white sand beach and water are clean and clear with long tail boats for hire to visit the stunning islands that are visible from the resort. Our room with sea view and jacuzzi was spacious with amazing views, near the newer pool area. We used the pool near the beach bar and restaurant on the beach. It was nice but in need of desperate refurbishment with only one ladder to get in and out, and tiles that are falling off the sides. The staff were lovely and very helpful and the hotel has a massage and spa centre. Breakfasts on the balcony with views across to the Hong Islands were delicious with varied choice of dishes. We ate dinner at the Beach restaurant and also at several restaurants at nearby hotels. The restaurants at Anyavee was better value and many varied dishes to pick from. If only they would fix the pool this hotel would be perfect.

Really Nice and Relax Hotel”
We spent 3 days 2 nights at the Anyavee Tubkaek Beach, which was really great hotel if you want privacy, quiet, relaxing holiday with a few steps away from pool and very close to the beach. We are 4 adults with 1 kid. On arriving at the hotel, we were upgraded from 2 deluxe rooms to 2 jacuzzy suite rooms with free internet access (not quite stable speed), that was really impressive. During our visit was not crowded .We had a wonderful, relaxed stay at this hotel. I loved the design features in the rooms, and the landscaping throughout created a tropical garden paradise feel ,the bedrooms are very comfortable, king size bed with cool pillows, great bathroom with double sinks, rain shower, fantastic jacuzzy bath and separate toilet. We spent most of our days chilling out around the swimming pool and walking on the beach. The beach was lovely, the sea water was really clear, we really enjoyed going into the sea here. Sand on the beach is relatively soft compared to other beaches in nearby areas. Staff service is excellent. For breakfast there was a buffet with a large selection of fruit and cereals. You could also get eggs cooked to order and there were pastries and bread. The buffet was good for me since I love fruit.

Value for money”
Tubkaek (Thap-kaak) is a fairly secluded beach. It's not exactly clean, but it is very nice with white, powdery sand, beach that slopes gently into the sea and the view was just amazing. We also got to enjoy this magnificent view, in particular the sunset, from our room as we had booked the sea view jacuzzi room. The room itself was really spacious, and had a kitchenette which came in very handy for our takeaways. The jacuzzi worked, in spite of reviews that said it didn't, but we did have to clean it thoroughly of leaf debris etc before use. It was placed on the balcony so you could have a bath whilst soaking up the breathtaking sunset. Breakfast was good but there is room for improvement in terms of variety. There were two (or three?) pools on the property and since this was the low season, we more or less had them to ourselves. Let me see, what else? Oh yes, there was a blackout in the early hours of the morning the second night we were there. It got really warm so my husband rang reception several times but there was no answer. The power came back on after some time (can't tell after how long because I drifted back to sleep). There was another brief blackout during our stay. In a nutshell, for the price that we paid, Anyavee Tubkaek was an absolute bargain and the room, view and ambiance made our 3D2N stay a truly mesmerising experience. We would go back there in a heart beat!

Very Nice Resort~ but location's kinda far”
Was there early June and unfortunately i forgot about the south west monsoon season that was hitting Krabi.. Nevertheless, enjoy my stay at Anyavee Tub Kaek as the rooms were lovely and the staff were superb. However, if you are looking for a very Happening stay.. you might want to stay in mainstream areas like Aonang.. Tubkaek is more for those looking for a chill-lex holiday without all the buzz

Re-visit After Few Years”
Tubkaek is an exclusively quiet beach, soft sand, clear water. Beach Front resort. Renovated rooms. We stay with kids in Family Room this time. First visit we travelled as couple staying in sea view outdoor jacuzzi room. Room price is reasonable but compared to few years back the price is very much hiked up now. Beach chairs provided. Gym facilities not complete. The kids enjoyed its swimming pools though. Beach front restaurant 50m from sea. Good view with Hong islands in the backdrop. Thumb up to restaurant staffs, the two sisters Khun Fa Ti Moh and khun Sa Bi Na. One packed us beach towels for our snorkelling trip. One served us cold towels and water when we returned from an exhaustive boat trip. Really appreciate their service and thoughtful gestures! Along the stretch of Tubkaek, there are few high end resorts with alternative restaurant options, two local seafood restaurants and beach massages. A few long tail boats at beach front for hire, just hop on to go island hoppings.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff”
We had a week in the Panan Hotel, Ao Nang, then our second week at the Anyavee Tubkaek. We loved both hotels, but the Anyavee was almost perfect. There are just 4 hotels and 2 restaurants along this beach, and nothing else for some distance. We ended up dining in our hotel for 6 of the 7 nights, partly because of the lovely beachside location, partly because the staff were so friendly and efficient, partly just to watch the sunset, and partly because of the number of G&T's and Thai Mojitos we consumed during the 2 hour Happy Hour. The hotel is lovely, breakfast is great, the views beautiful, and the staff were so attentive and just lovely.

Return Visit - Better than expected”
This was a return visit having visited -Anyavee last year for two nights but only 1 day. On returning to Krabi we did not hesitate to book the Jacuzzi Room again and we were not disappointed. I did feel sad to see the big tree hacked away due to all of the negative comments about the partial sea view. They took a lot of efforts to build the one villa around the big tree but they were forced to trim it extensively. Yse we had a better view, but this is a nature holiday and surley people should understand these things. Breakfast offered a good selection of international and Aisian dishes and I did not hear anybody complaining. We also enjoyed drinks at the beach restaurant and we had dinner there twice. We also ate at the two hotels adjacent to Anyavee and had good food at both of these places as well. Please NOTE: There is nothing near this hotel and you should only go there if you want to relax from the hussle and bussle of Phuket or Au Nong. Taxi to Au Nong cost BHT 500 with KrabiShuttle and I would highly recommend them. This is a great place to relax on the beach, take a long boat to the nearby islands.

Amazing Honeymoon Stay!”
The staff made us feel very comfortable the whole week. They immediately upgraded us to the jacuzzi room because it was our honeymoon and it was very nice. The room was very clean and my wife and I are sticklers about this kind of thing. On our first day at the beach I cut my thumb pretty badly in the sea and the staff responded excellently. They quickly helped to stop the bleeding and got me a taxi to the hospital. The rest of the week they checked up on me to see how I was doing. The Anyavee has the best beach compared to the Amari, the Sunset, and the Boutique. Not rocky with soft sand and the best mood lighting at night. We tried the restaurants at the Boutique and the Sunset and they were comparable but we felt like the Anyavee had the friendliest staff by far. We were also expecting the Boutique's food to be very good but it did not really meet our expectations. We would definitely recommend the Anyavee and we hope to come back one day. We really liked that the resort was more isolated and away from the very touristy Ao Nang area. We rented a motorbike which allowed us to venture into town for some meals and groceries without paying a ton for taxis.

Relaxing stay at Tubkaek”
Hotel is on Tubkaek, consider quiet beach further away from the busy area. It was very relaxing stay with hotel atmosphere. This comes more handy when we can hire longtail boat at the beach in front of the hotel, which ll take roughly 30 mins to get to Ko Hong. We ll definitely stay at Anyavee hotel again for our next Krabi vacation.

Luxurious and great view”
Really enjoyed my stay at Anyavee Tubkaek Beach Resort. The room is nice and very spacious with a great view of the beach and sea. The hotel looks like a palace.

Lovely hotel, but dont expect too much ”
the anyavee hotel on tubkaek beach has some of the nicest rooms that i've seen in krabi. especially in the new wing, the rooms with the sea view are the best as they have their own outdoor jacuzzi and sea-facing beds. there are 2 pools, neither are spectacular but they are about average. the beach by the hotel is wonderful, except the fact that there are no waves to play with. if you want to bake on the beach, or swim in the waters, then its just perfect.

Beautiful Beach Hotel, Excellent service”
The hotel is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Krabi. One of the few hotels with a private beach front and with affordable prices. The Tubkaek beach is very private, very beautiful and very nice if you plan to get away and not to be in the crowded place like Ao Nang. The room, the facilities, the ambience was spectacular. The service was superb. The prices were very reasonable. However, hotel food especially breakfast is not very impressive. Even sunny side up eggs were over cooked. Dimsums tasted like they were frozen and got reheated. Sausages were just bad. Fruits were poorly picked and presented. And since the hotel is an escape place, it is very far to get into the city to find restaurants.

Very good”
Anyavee is situated on the lovely Tubkaek beach which is about 20 minutes from Ao Nang by taxi (expect to pay about 600-700 baht each way). We enjoyed the resort for a relaxing day by the beach and pool but then moved back to Ao nang city to do daytrips to Railay etc as it was cheaper and closer. You can do the tours from Anyavee Tubkaek but would either need to get the taxi to and from town or pay the much pricier tour price from Tubkaek beach. The pools and beach were amazing with lounge chairs available to use. The restaurant was fine and there are other resorts along the beach if you want to try somewhere else. Room was spacious and tidy and the shower was great. Only downside is that they only have filtered water available at breakfast so you have to keep buying it. Since you're likely to be in the sun by the pool or ocean all day it would have been nice if the water was available all day to ensure people stay hydrated. We would stay here again as we had a great time.

Great resort and staf performance ”
My stay at the Anyavee Tubkaek Beach Resort was good. It's just very remote from the city and should you like to go to the city you may want to reconsider this resort. The resort is coming to age, but it is still a good place to stay. Staff was really friendly and I give a special shout-out to May the Deputy Manager who reaches out to each guest. Things I was not too happy about was that I was supposed to be fetched from the airport by the hotel, but nobody from the hotel was there and after calling the hotel they manage to arrange some transportation. Despite the aforementioned, it is a nice place to stay and to relax. I can recommend it to couples and families with young children.

A Wonderful Place to Retreat”
Anyavee was an absolutely beautiful resort with friendly staff. It is perfect if you want to stay at a resort for retreat. The breakfast is wonderful, the pools are nice, and the ocean view is beautiful. If you want to stay near shopping and tourist attractions, do not stay here. It takes about 30 minutes to Aonang and an hour to Krabi City. However, most island tours you book will arrange transportation from there for you. I wanted rest and retreat after being super ill, so was very happy with my stay at Anyavee. When ordering in the restaurant there, the Thai food is delicious but the Western food a bit bland. Order the Thai dishes. The servers are also friendly and good to talk to.

Best time in Krabi Anyavee Tubkaek beach hotel ”
The hotel is in a big expansion job that supposed to be finished by March of this year. With this will make this hotel the biggest in the Tubkaek area. The beach is the less "rocky" of al the others I was able to see. But normally you should hire a boat to go to the nearest island with the most beautiful beaches I've ever saw. The food is good, but if you are not a lover of spicy food you need to tell them. Pool area and public areas are really beautiful and clean. Employees are nice and very colaborative. The rooms are nice and clean. depend on which room you select. So far I know that they have two types of room the deluxe room and the bungalow type room. Both are really nice. Is far from the nearest towns but they can call you a taxi. I think the concept of the hotel is to be far from noise and crowded places but as near as possible to the town, where you can find a big variety of restaurants, a public market, night clubs and in general a lot of services. If you like a peaceful place to be, this is the place.

Great escape ”
having stayed in this area on our honeymoon in 2008, we were once again drawn to tup kaek beach, which we love for it's peaceful setting, looking out at the karsts in the andaman sea and loving the beautiful sunsets and warm sea. this was a low season stay and so the staff outnumbered the guests and they were willing, happy and attentive. bit of monsoon rain but it was welcome to freshen up the surroundings. definitely worth the effort to find this place - about 1 hr drive from krabi, with good uncongested roads, but with very slow drivers (not a bad thing)

A beautiful retreat ”
If you want to enjoy the scenery, and beaches, of the Krabi region, but want to avoid the crowds then Anyavee at TupKaek is a good choice. However the downside of that is that unless you are happy to pay hotel excursion prices, or hire a bike, you are a bit isolated - though there are a few other eating / drinking options along the beach. The hotel is new, in fact parts are still under construction, so clean and new, though there are cheaper options around - but you get what you pay for. We would be happy to stay there again.
