Great location and nice staff”

The pictures shown online are the same as what we came to upon our arrival. Our room was the pool view -- it is a corner room with spectacular view of the mountain - trendy minimalist and very spacious! The receptionist also gave us a huge discount on the island tours, from 1800baht per person, we were given the rate 800baht per person! although of course we went there during the low season. Also the type of room that we got seems to be always fully booked as we were not allowed to do early check-in nor late check-out. The bonus is that the resort is literally a few walks away to the top 5 tripadvisor food place called the Ton Ma Yom restaurant, it is on the same street as the resort. And just 5 minutes away to another top-rated tripadvisor food place called D&E Jungle Kitchen --- the green curry and tom yam are reminiscent of the food we ate at a very luxurious small island resort in Kota Kinabalu --- and it was so lovely that the price of the food was very cheap for the high quality! The Ao Nang beach is about 15-30 minutes walk depending on your pace. All in all we had a great time staying at Ao Nang Miti Resort and would definitely recommend to everyone looking for a place to stay in Krabi!

Clean and Spacious”

We stayed in Miti Resort for 3 nights, for RM370.08 (booked via Agoda), which is cheap. We stayed in Miti Mountain View, which I'm not sure what is the difference from the standard room. Our room is located on the 2nd floor. The room is spacious and clean. So is the bathroom, but no bathtub in our room. The view from the room's balcony is facing the mountain and the pool, but it isn't fantastic or majestic. Location, it's near Ao Nang beach, however if you would like to walk to Ao Nang beach, it would take approximately 15-20 minutes. We rented a motorcycle, so it's ok for us. The resort's located inside a small path, but luckily there's a clear sign displayed on the main road, so it's easy to find. It's not difficult to find food in Ao Nang. There's a restaurant just few doors away from Miti, which I strongly recommend, the food is delicious! Sorry that I can't remember the name of the restaurant. But you won't miss it, it's just few steps away, on the left of Miti. There's also a convenient store right opposite the main road outside of Miti. For more food variety, you gotta go to the Ao Nang main road, which is near the beach. There's also a cheap massage boutique nearby and there's another one which is more expensive on the opposite of the main road. Miti also provide motorcycle rental service. The price is reasonable. Wi-fi is available in the room too (for free), a plus point. The pool is rather small, it would be pretty crowded if it's peak season. Luckily we went during non-peak season, we get to enjoy some quiet time at the pool. They do provide pool towel at the reception. The downside is, the resort doesn't provide breakfast and there's no cafe in the resort. Since food is not a problem in Ao Nang, we are still okay with that. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. Overall, for the price we paid, it is not a bad resort. We will definitely return.

A comfortable hotel with friendly staff”

My stay at Ao Nang Miti Resort is awesome. Although the hotel is situated quite far from the town area, it has a less crowded surrounding therefore we can really rest at the hotel. The staff at the lobby are helpful and friendly, should rate them 100%. They are good in English speaking, visitors won't have issue communicating with them. Furthermore, they are caring to the hotel guests. Hotel rooms are nice and comfy. Cleanliness 100%. Very satisfied. Would be booking Ao Nang Miti Resort for the next time I travel to Krabi.

Amazing Stay!!!”

Staying at Ao Nang Miti Resort was the highlight of our 2000km trip around Thailand. We booked the pool view room which was very spacious & even had a day bed. The facilities within the room were great and in good condition. The views from the bedroom are breath taking. The facilities within the resort are great - We booked Phi Phi Island tours from the resort, hired a scooter, lovely swimming pool & the services we received from the front desk ladies were astounding. Halwa (Spelling) assisted us alot as well as Maprang who even assisted in decorating our room with rose petals since it was my girlfriend's birthday. Absolutely love this place & will definitely return one day!!!

Quiet, Clean & Safe Hotel”

It was a pleasant stay at Ao Nang Miti Resort. Did not regret booking this resort & check in was fast with friendly staff serving us. Its a new resort therefore the facilities around the resort still looks very new. Swimming pool is just nice the size for the amount of occupancy that they can acquire.. Not too big or not too small. Great thing is that the pool has the cliff view.. Supposed to get the room facing the cliff, but they had some problems with the toilet, and we got a free upgrade to a family room with kitchen facilities. Not too bad, but maybe some improvements can be made. Had to shower using the sprayer from the toilet as the water pressure coming from the shower head is too low. Maybe that can be improved... Overall, I would come back for this resort as the price is reasonable and walkable to Ao Nang Beach.

Nice design room, Swimming pool, helpful staff”

Ao Nang Miti Resort is a beautiful boutique hotel. Everything was great here. Helpful staff, easy access location although a bit far from the beach. Easy to get tuk tuk or taxi along the main road. Bike rental available. You can easily get cheap and nice local food just a minute walk to the main road. Just spend 150bath/person for shuttle bus from airport to the hotel. 80bath/person from Ao Nang to Krabi town. Value for money and recommended for all!

Standard room (32 sqm) with the best cliff view!”

Our holiday was from Mon-Fri 17-21 Nov 2014. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an unexpected surprise, we requested for a high floor deluxe room when we did our online booking, but we were given a ground floor deluxe room directly in front of the pool instead (no privacy). We requested from the hotel staff that we cannot accept the ground floor & they helped us to change it to 3rd floor for only 3 nights & the 4th & last night we have to downgrade to standard room, which we gladly accepted. We stayed at the deluxe room (42 sqm) with pool & cliff view for the first 3 nights, the room were spacious. But the 4th & last night we shifted to the top floor (4th floor) standard room (32 sqm) with also the pool & cliff view. Surprisingly the standard room got a much better facing & cliff view than the deluxe (same as what you see at the Miti photo display). We totally enjoy it. The number 1 food review in Krabi "TON MA YOM" home style restaurant is one not to be miss, which is just 100m walking distance next to Miti Resort. As for the motor bike rental, don't get it from Miti hotel ($250 baht), just walk across the main road, they are many dealers with only $200 baht per bike rental. Overall, we rate Miti hotel 9 out of 10. One of the hotel with the best view & design. Simply awesome.

Worth and Nice”

We enjoyed our stay at Ao Nang Miti Resort. Comfortable and clean. Great hotel for price. Would recommend. Located quite a distance from the beach but if you like walking perfect. Great hotel to stay in. Affordable price. Walking distance to aonang beach. We satisfied with all the services they provided. They did a great job and we will pay a visit again.

Fun , food n fair galore ... Love it ”

We were welcomed well. Had 1 room upgraded to a big room n it surprised us n heightened our expectations. Many truths to those reviews we read before we decided to choose this hotel. The rooms are very clean n spacious. The swimming pool is a bonus fr a quick dip. Staff are nice , friendly n helpful.Tho the distance is a lil far to the beach but one can take a tuk-tuk n bargain or take a leisure walk down to the beach n return by tuk-tuk. Many Muslims reataurants all around n good cheap local food. Laundry service available n u dont have to bring many clothings if u plan to travel light. On the whole its a free n easy place to be in. Will come back to Ao Nang Miti n definitely will return to Krabi !!! :)

peaceful and comfy stay”

The resort is far from a luxury resort/hotel, but we got everything that we need right there. We got the mountainview room wherein our balcony faces the cliffs that Ao Nang is famous for. The resort's location is a bit far from the main beach strip of Ao Nang, but close enough for a tuktuk ride or a 20-30 minute leisure stroll along the main street. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. They encourage leaving your slippers before the lobby to keep the hotel building clean. The cute artsy design of the walls is just like in the website pictures. The bed though is a bit squeaky when you always turn around on your sleep, but it's comfortable enough when you're just lying down :) There's a television set and refrigerator in the room as well, which we did not even expect given the cheap room prices. The pool is also a great bonus as well, as most of the other budget hotels do not have their own pool. The pool water was not too cold and is perfect for a nice dip, especially after the island hopping experience. The resort doesn't have its own restaurant, but there are lots of restaurants around the area. We chanced upon Chaba Restaurant right off the street where they serve good food and Thai iced tea. Plus, they offer free shuttle service back to the hotel! :) But the big catch is the really friendly staff in Ao Nang Miti. They have relatively good English and helped us in every way they can. They volunteered to book our tour and airport shuttle for us without hesitation.

Fantastic stay”

It was a pleasant experience. We booked the hotel for four nights, we actually wanted a high floor room but there were no vacancy, so the first two nights we got room which had a nice view as it was directly facing the swimming pool. On the third day we received a good news that we can transfer to the highest floor which had a better cliff view of the mountain. There are lots of halal stalls nearby and also lots of places where you can have your spa & massage at a cheap price. 10-15mins walk to the beach, you can easily rent a motocycle at 200baht per day too. Make sure you try to bargain when buying stuff near the beach as you can actually save 50-250baht just for one item. I think it is better to buy tour packages at the airport itself as the package includes transport which will pick you up from the hotel and send you back once it is finished. My husband & I really enjoyed ourselves at Ao Nang Miti Resort. Hope to visit them again.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Ao Nang Miti Resort! Our pool access room was lovely. The hotel provide a complimentary simple breakfast to start our day. Great hotel, awesome price and all staff we came in contact with were friendly. Will definitely come again.

Stay at Ao Nang Miti Resort was awesome! Love the huge room space and full length windows. 7 eleven and family mart are nearby. Supermarket is further down the street. Lots of food along the streets. Tours recommended by the hotel are priced reasonably. Ao nang beach is 15-20 mins away by foot, around 5 mins if you ride a scooter. Hotel provides rental of scooter service. Overall, a satisfying stay with Miti Resort. Recommended for anyone looking for a budget stay.

We had an excellent stay at the Miti Resort, we arrived Christmas eve and was greeted with a gift on arrival. Staff were all very frendly hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to Ao Nang beach lots of places to eat/drink nearby. we will definitely be returning to this hotel when we go back to Krabi.

AMAAZING”

Stayed 4 nights at Miti Resort and it was more than i asked for. location was perfect. Alot of halal food around the area. The pool was so clean and awesome. The room was huge with bathtub and balcony. The view was breath taking and all under $50 a night! Definitely a must go if you're looking for a cheap stay at Ao Nang. There is also a bike rental and activity bookings through the counter. Very efficient staff too. Will return again!

Perfect location, friendly staff and awesome view!”

Check in was fast, got a room on the 3rd floor with a view of the cliffs! Staff were friendly and helpful with the booking of tours and renting of motorbikes. Entire resort was clean and comfortable, small little pool was good enough! Hotel is located about 15mins walk from Aonang beach, but since I had a motorbike, the distance was not an issue. restaurant in Aonang, Tom Ma Yom was just behind the hotel. Authentic thai food at competitive prices. Overall it was a lovely stay at Aonang Miti Resort! Will definitely be back if I am in Krabi again! *Only downside was the low water pressure in the shower, but not much of an issue to me.

Quiet, relaxing stay at MITI resort”

I had a pleasant stay at Miti resort. Staff always answered any questions and were happy to give advice about the local area. They informed me about a local government bus which runs between Ao Nang, Krabi Town and the bus station which is only 60Baht, which is cheap compared to the minimum of 150Baht. The hotel is a great location for local street food, fresh juices and the 7.11 if you don't fancy dining in restaurants every day. There are an abundance of places to eat out that said! I would recommend this hotels mainly to couples who want a quiet stay with the option to experience the night life, massage and treatments, shopping and Island hopping which is very close by (15 minute walk). I stayed as a solo traveller and seemed to be the only one at the resort and I would say hat if you want to meet fellow travellers you are better off at one of the hostels. That said, I met some solo travellers when I did a day trip to the Islands so you do have the option of meeting people if you make an effort, and can come back toa more luxurious hotel rather than a hostel. I would recommend, good price and good staff.

We booked the miti-pool side room, and it looked really nice, with the Ao Nang Cliff view through the window of the room. The hotel are just what we saw on the website and look exactly like it. Hotel are very close to Ao Nang town, just rent a motorbike and u can reach the town by 5-10 minutes. Good service with a smile. A small tip: for those who wanna rent motorbike to explore the town, i suggest just rent from the hotel as they provide good service, the price are just same as outside, and the bike will be sent to the hotel.

Friendly small hotel”

We stayed at the ao nang miti resort last week and had a very nice stay at this small hotel. The hotel is newly build and everything still looked new and fresh. When we checked in the hotel staff helped us to the room and asked us if needed any more assitance with any trips we would be making. Overal experience was good in this hotel, only down point ( if any ! ) the shower was not good, there was only cold water or extreme hot, I thiink there must have been a problem with the temprature switch. I told this to the staff, and they changed the room for us.

Great, clean room, friendly staffs, great service”

The staffs helped me a lot in my maiden visit to Krabi. The room is very clean and very well-cared of. There's a pool at the resort, so whenever you're feeling hot from the walk around Aonang you know that there's a way for you to cool off before retreating to your room. But the location of the hotel is very far from Ao Nang Beach, and required 30 min of walking. If you have rented transport then it is okay. I went from my hotel and back using Tuk Tuk, which is about 100 Baht each way, so, If you want to save up, you might want a nearer hotel to the beach. But if you wanted adventure and looking around more of Ao Nang Krabi by going around, then this Resort is what you're looking for. Oh, and there's a halal restaurant nearby. Of course as it is a restaurant, it costed a lot more than the stall food, but equally tasty.
