Pleasant Stay”
We very much enjoyed our stay at Araya Beach Hotel Patong. The property was quite clean and the design of the lobby and overall hotel displayed a chic vibe. Not only that, but the Turkish restaurant associated with it is fantastic. Due to this, there is quite a lot of Turkish and Russian guests. The room was also rather lovely with no huge complaints. Something to know for Western travelers is that the AC only turns on upon entrance to the room. You must use your key card for general power in the room, but I will say that I lost my key late at night and was helped promptly and charged nothing. The rooftop pool is pretty discrete with a nice view of Patong. The rooftop seems to have multiple uses, but while I was there it was simply just for the pool. There is a pool as well as a somewhat warmer pool (idk if it was supposed to be a hot tub?) adjacent to it. Also, expect the English at the front desk to be horrendous, but that's representative of Thailand as a whole.

Convenient location to downtown and the beach”
I found the Araya Beach Hotel Patong to be a delightful hotel. Just a few minutes from the beach on foot. mini-markets close buy and restaurants and cafes close by, as well as the downtown night life. I wish though for one that is not much into the night life that they had a better selection of channels on their TV system. Evenings became quite boring when wanting to relax in the room in the evening. Helpful staff, room and surrounding areas quite clean. I very nice place to stay.

Great hotel with great staffs”
This is consider a new hotel and it's clean and convenient to go to the Patong Beach which located nearby the hotel with less than 5 min walk. The room is clean and the facility is new. The staffs greeted us with huge smile every time when we enter the hotel. The breakfast has enough varieties for me to choose from and it taste good. I would definitely return to this hotel if I ever travel to Phuket again.

we stayed in araya between may 19-23 2019 as a couple. Hotel was great. value for money.excellent location. very near to beach and also other convinient stores. hotel staff very very friendly and helpful.breakfast buffet was great and had lot of options.there is some wear and tear in the rooms but still ok..manageable.

Best Service and Great Location”
I have stayed with my Family to celebrate Songkaran Festival. We really enjoyed Hotel Facilities, Swimming, breakfast (halal) and must say that the hotel and its room were clean. I had never seen that cooperative and nice staff in any 4 or 5 Star Hotel. Reception staff was so humble, kind and generous. Location was ideal, it is on Patong Beach Road and 4-5 minutes walk to Bangla Street and Patong Beach Point/Entrance. You may find many Halal Food options within 500 meters.

Friendly Staffs, Nice Location and Great Foods”
Travelled with a group of crazy friends and we have enjoyed the time in the swimming pool and the walking distance to the Bangla Street and Patong beach is just less than 5 minutes! Will definitely visit there again while we back to Phuket.

Good coming at a cheap price”
Thought the price is getting more expensive, standard is still there. However the downside was there was a some issue with their water pumping system. Literally out of water for a couple of days, although it did dampen my mood, but i probably still will stay there if i were to return to phuket,patong,

We stay at this hotel 3 times. The first time was only for one night. 2nd time for for 3 nights. Most of the time we were at the hotel only for sleep. It was too noisy. The music were so loud, so we couldn't get much sleep. Wish it could have been more quite. Overall the price are pretty good for the room and services. Great location! The beach are just across the street. Night market are walking distance. Night live entertainment less than 5 min walk.

Staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful. Well located with food of all types and expense easily located near Araya. Breakfast (cold eggs and warm fruit) was only down-side to my 2 week stay. More sun lounges and less clutter on roof / pool area would make this area ideal.

Nice stay with a few hiccups ”
Araya staff Nipa provided top notch services, no matter the time you approach her she always displayed a high level of professionalism. However, I am not certain as to how Wat (male front desk clerk) is afforded representation of this nice hotel. Wat is rude and displays a lack of professional and empathy, at least this appeared true for my entire party of 5 on several instances. Tom (taxi and bellsman) assisted us in every way possible. He went above and beyond. Tom is the #1 reason we would consider this hotel again.

3 Days in Patong”
Although the weather was horrendous for the 3 days that we were in Patong, the hotel was in an excellent location for the beach and for the entertainment. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean, the swimming pool area was a bit run down but the pool water was clean, the breakfast buffet was very good with a good choice of freshly made hot food that was regularly topped up.

Not what we expected”
The hotel not as similar as the photo showed on the internet. The hotel is quite old and the cleanliness is not good. We are quite dissapointed for the cleanliness and hotel condition. My friends had bugbite on their leg and hand when staying in the hotel. But anyway the location is excellent, just located beside the patong beach and very close to bangla road.

If that's the only problem I'm having a good life......”
Take care when booking because they do not stick with refund policy. I had to go back through Agoda for refund. I booked the incorrect dates initially and rebooked within 30 minutes for correct dates. Agoda honoured the cancellation policy not Araya. However, the facilities and location are great. I just wished they'd provide a mat in the bathroom.

Believe me, we have a great experience of living in 5 Star hotels! I were that hotel with my 3 frıend from İstanbul. We enjoyed our holiday, locatıon very good, hotel is new and Rooms are full amenıtıes. Staff is very frıendly.
