I initially booked Arize Hotel as unlike many hotels in Bangkok they did not charge an extra 1000+Bht for a 11 year old child even though they were using existing bedding. I also picked Arize Hotel as it was about a 250m walk only to Phrom Phong BTS which is only one station away from Asoke BTS Station as it is a very central & good point to travel around Bangkok by public transport. The buffet breakfast was of high standard with many options for varying nationalities. Also I have to make mention of the exceptional service staff that went above & beyond their duties by continually entertaining our 2yr old daughter while we ate breakfast. These staff members really made a big difference & Arize Hotel have an invaluable commodity in then. The hotel pool is of good standard & not too deep so suitable for young children that aren't over confident in water. Wifi was quick & reliable & unlimited in the amount of devices that you could log in at any one time. Overall I was so happy with my choice of Arize Hotel & will definitely stay there next time I'm in Bangkok.

Exceptional”

Arize Hotel Sukhumvit 26, Bangkok is the first one of the Arize Hotel. A small boutique hotel well located. One Suite rooms or Two Suite rooms are the best rooms for reasonable rates. The only drawback is the TV channels which need improvement. Not enough English channels and need more diversity and better quality.

Excellent Hotel, service, and location 👍🏻”

I booked 2 different rooms for 4 nights (28 dec 2016 - 1 Jan 2017 ) The deluxe and the 1 bedroom suite. But after the check-in, the aircon in deluxe room not working so they immediately upgrade my room to 1 bedroom suite. So I stayed in 1 bedroom suite from the very first day - 1 jan 2017. The 1 bedroom is so good, so big, they provide kitchen set with big refrigerator, living room area, rolling door to separate the living room and the bedroom. Very nice The staff also very nice, helped us to find driver to place that out of town. Always standby to help you. The location is very nice. 7/11 right in front of the hotel. A lot of thai massage beside the hotel. Seems like Arize sukhumvit is popular among Japan tourists, so there's lots of Japanese restaurants nearby. Best thing is very near to Bts, just walk to the main road and u will find the bts right away. And if you're cafe-hoppers, this hotel is just perfect, many hipster places nearby. Great Location, near to BTS”

I do have a great stay with my travel mates in their 2 bedrooms Suite Room. You can cook, you can wash your clothes and you even can let the dish washer to wash the dirty plates. The house keeping is doing their best work but I do hope the receptionis can give a broad smile when attending with the customers. Truly convenient when you come using Airport Link. Drop off from Phaya Thai and change to Sukhumvit Link. Alight at Phrom Phong Station will do. Emporium is just 2 blocks away from Arize Hotel. For my next stay, I will choose to stay here again.

Enjoyable stay”

5 of us, which includes 3 adults and 2 children had a wonderful stay in the 2 bedroom suite. The bathrooms come with a bathtub and a separate rain shower/shower head which was much more convenient for families with children and old folks. Having a washer cum dryer in the suite was so convenient and the hotel even provided detergent. The suite was clean and well maintained by housekeeping every day. The traffic around the hotel is also much less crowded compared to the platinum mall/central world/siam area so getting around by Grab was much easier. The hotel is very near to EMquartier where food choices are abundant. The minor downside was that it can get a little noisy in the morning due to construction works nearby. A short walk is necessary to get to the Phrom Phong BTS. Will choose Arize Hotel again in future if we want to stay in the Phrom Phong area. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Super convenient and clean.”

The Arize is the first hotel I've ever booked where virtually all the reviews were positive. Now I know why. The staff are well trained, courteous and were helpful for all my needs, including needing stuff printed out, plus booking me a taxi to the beach on my last day. The room I was upgraded to was a one-bedroom suite and it was amazing. Ultra clean, a HUGE and super comfy bed, plus flat-screen TVs with cable and movie channels in both the living room and the bedroom. They also have a hotpot with coffee and tea. All areas in the hotel also have fast wifi -- I mean, really fast! I was able to download 3 episodes of Breaking Bad onto my iPad for the taxi drive on the morning I left. That's pretty fast. The hotel restaurant is a bit dark at night -- something about the lighting they have there. That's the only thing I would change if I were the manager -- it feels more like a night club than a restaurant due to the lighting. Also, the room service I had the last day was a tad slow...But the Thai food I had was great. The espresso was also decent. And the waiters were attentive and friendly. Kudos to management for the training they've given all of the hotel staff. Although I didn't use the pool, they have one and it looks clean. I did, however, use the fitness center a few times while I was there. It's really small, so forget about getting a weights workout done if there are more than 2 people in there, but it has all you need to do a maintenance workout. It's spotless and the equipment is in great condition. And the treadmills are great -- with 2 flatscreen TVs hooked to cable TV. Nice touch. A special thanks to the night-shift reception crew, in particular to "Beni" for letting me extend my stay. It was an amazingly nicely done bit of customer service that you rarely see these days. Loved my stay at Arize!

Very good”

Arize hotel is very clean and comfortable. I booked 2 twin rooms, and they upgraded to family room for free, so my family really excited. The family room having living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The location is propablly near by BTS Phrom Phong, easy to move to everywhere. Moreover, the hotel is near by Emporium and Emquartier mall, so very convenient for shopping. We had amazing New Year Eve time in the hotel. Thanks Arize, Kate Dang.

Highly recommended”

I stayed in the 1-bedroom deluxe suite and was pleased with the room. It was clean and spacious enough for 2 persons, even if you have lots of shopping bags. The room has a washing machine which is good for those who exercise and want to wash their clothes. Detergent is available at the 7-11 nearby. There is also a Naraya retail store nearby (less than 10 minutes away) and a big shopping mall. What I feel can be improved is the service of the front desk staff. Perhaps they can be more approachable and friendly. Overall, I find the 1-bedroom suite at Arize Hotel value for money and extremely comfortable. Highly recommended!

Excellent Hotel”

A very good hotel, will defenitely stay here again. Stayed in 1 bed room suite for one day as we had a friend, was going to change to a deluxe, but as they were not available they gave us the 1 bed room suite. Was a wonderful trip over all. Wifi was good. Breakfast also good, we did get breakfast one day as the hotel was unable to provide a an extra bed :). Over all the hotel was very clean, biggest point there, staffs were very helpful. Thank you Arize Hotel

Overall Good Hotel”

It was an overall good experience staying at the Arize Hotel Sukhumvit especially their location was very strategic, near Emquartier and Emporium which is next to BTS Phrom Pong Station. I also love the bed which is sooo comfortable that I could not get myself out of the bed. We also used the washing machine which is working fine. The only thing that I would appreciate is that perhaps the Hotel could provide us some detergent for washing the plates and cutlery that we used.

Location and Value for Money”

Close to the Phrom Phon BTS station and very short walk to Sukhumvit. The staff are very professional and the rooms are nice, if showing a bit of age and “just put a screw in it” maintenance. We stayed here on our last visit three years ago and will stay again. If coming in on the airport train, get off at Phaya Thai and transfer to the BTS there to avoid the traffic hell at Asoke intersection. Get off at Phrom Phon and the Arize is a five minute walk at most. If you like Thai breakfasts, turn left out of th hots

Neat place to stay clear and good location”

I stayed in Arize hotel for two nights. The location is great, near Phrom Phong BTS station and Emporium Shopping Center and stop away from Terminal 21. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Room is neat and clean with TV wall separate living room and bedroom space. Overall I like this hotel and will consider to stay next time.

This continued on to a most pleasant comfortable stress free stay, all requests attended to immediately, information available for any question 24/7, assistance on any matter, and ended with the staff and front desk concern for our ride back to the airport. 1 Night at Arize Hotel”

We stayed at Arize Hotel 1 night while we waiting the air-con at our home be fixed. The reason I chose Arize Hotel is because of the location which is convenience, we can walk around 5 mins to Prom Phong Station, and near my office at Emporium tower. And because the hotel is still new, so I expect everything is nice and clean. The hotel is not that big, lobby is small, but is new and nice decoration. The room is small, but not too tight, the room is well arranged. The bed is soft. Pillows and blanket are in good condition. There's a sofa beside the window. And there's a working table. Overall in bed zone is good and clean. In bathroom, there are full of what we will need for 1 night, toothbrush and toothpaste, razor and shaving cream, comb, and hair blow dryer. But it seems like the room is too new, like just finished not too long, there's some dirty in a bath tub, like some residue from the painting. Other is fine. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but saw the buffet line is ok. But if you want to find some Thai foods, there are many stores in that street. A nice fish ball noodle is next to the hotel. And Thai massage as well.

Comfortable stay in a great location”

I booked this hotel at the last minute as I went on a spontaneous trip to visit a friend who was leaving Thailand the next day. She was also staying in the area, so I was looking for something close by, as I normally stay in Silom / Sathorn. Arize was great, as it was new and clean, the staff were excellent and the location couldn't be better. It was a quick 2 minute walk to the BTS Phrom Pong, Emporium Mall was also right there, and I felt safe walking to and from the hotel. The wifi speed seemed to be good, as it's important for when I'm working on most of my trips to Bangkok, and although I didn't check out the pool or gym, there was one available, as well as a business center.

Pleasant Stay”

The room was not so big but not too small as well. It was an Ok size for couples. The hotel is new and the interior was very nice. The staff speak English well. Near the hotel there are so many good restaurants. The hotel also near the BTS which made us easy to travel. I enjoyed my stay in Arize Hotel.

Great staff, location and accommodation”

Our stay in Arize was wonderful. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room and amenities were clean and comfortable. Some might find the room to be a tad too small but we think it was just nice for 2. The hotel is located very near to Phrom Phong BTS station. It's located at a very quiet location and within the Japanese neighbourhood. Quite a number of massage parlours around so after a long day out, we were really glad for the pampering sessions!

Good value for money hotel”

The Arize gave me everything I needed for a stay in Bangkok. A comfortable room and bed, good bathroom and shower and some nice facilities such as gym and swimming pool. The room was bright and despite it's small size felt quite spacious. It offered tea/coffee, a safe and flat screen television. The real advantage of Arize is the proximity to the skytrain - 5 minutes from the hotel to getting on the train - and to Emporium shopping centre. It is also within easy walking distance of Terminal 21 and the nightlife of Asok and Nana. At the same time it is far enough from the nightlife and Sukhumvit road that it does not suffer from road or entertainment noise. The swimming pool was not the biggest but long enough for those wanting a nice leisurely swim. I didn't try the breakfast but it looked to have a wide selection of dishes.

Terrific little hotel ”

I was in Thailand for some dental work: I enjoyed a very comfortable stay at a clean, quiet, well run hotel just a couple of minutes walk from the Metro station. Getting back one evening, I asked for some papaya in their cafe. They offered some, with lime, and added "With our compliments". Classy. I recommend the Arize wholeheartedly.

Great value hotel in awesome location”

I was there for a solo business trip and chose the Arize Hotel for 3 things: proximity to BTS station, proximity to Emporium mall, and location in a pretty and safe neighbourhood. It was a comfy stay for one, the rooms are a tad small so larger groups may find it less comfortable but overall really great value hotel.
