very dirty, and full of feces and cat urine, the price is not the same combined by the internete. The bathroom has no soap, shampoo and no toas. if they use the air conditioner in the room, they charge super expensive, and poe in the temperatuara that you want and takes control though. the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, dirt road and very scary, the airport taxi driver who left us, was worried. in short, do not go to this hotel.
not recommanded this place for enyone else , sleeping just one day but se booking for 2day Because this si so dirty , very crazzzy
I have never been so upset with any experience i have ever had in my life enough to write a negative review. But this one takes the cake. We decided to stay here as our flight arrived later than we could take the last ferry over to Koh Phi Phi. We noticed this was the closest to the pier. When we arrived I was even hesitant to get out of the Taxi as it seemed almost creepy. When we walked into what seemed to be the entrance we were stared at by 4 people without any type of greeting. Boys were playing video games in the reception area and a woman was sitting staring at her phone eating. A man was holding a dog back who was barking and growling at us. I have never felt more unwelcome in my life LET ALONE at a supposed hotel. We had to pay extra to even get a room with air conditioning and then someone walked us through a grass patch to the pool which was DISGUSTING and through a hallway of broken down, moldy looking furniture and GARBAGE through to a chicken coop area (?) that smelt like feces. Leading up to this seemingly separate building, we were glared at by what I could only assume to be locals that looked like they lived in these places and had garbage and clothes strewn everywhere. There was no proper door to the property and the toilet and shower was ON THE DECK, which was black with mold. We thought the worst had already been discovered, until we sat on the bed and realized the bedding had BLOOD stains. I have never been so disgusted in my life and you couldnt pay me enough money to even step foot back onto this property. We immediately went to the front desk and said we didnt want to stay here, nobody asked us why or offered us our money back. We paid for another taxi BACK into town and paid for another hotel. I have stayed in many hostels on this trip and most were generally quite pleasant but this was a complete disaster even thinking about it makes me sick. Sorry but, DO NOT STAY HERE if you dont want to be sleeping in other peoples filth.
Pros: - close to the peer to take a ferry, but still too far to walk there with your luggage - take their taxi for 50 bhat to get there! - good value for money if you don't want to spend time in phuket - local market nearby - the receptionist was very friendly Cons: - in the middle of a thai area, so there are hardly any restaurants around - only street food and supermarkets - in their agoda ad they offer breakfast and transfer from their airport: neither of it worked, they did not reply to emails or Facebook message - the room was a bit smelly and the floor in the bathroom was full of sand as if they emptied a bucket after cleaning the floors and did not rinse it afterwards. This was no problem for us, but it leaves the impression that they don't care and check if everything is left cleaned All in all good for one night to be close to the peer
Very sweet family that will take care of you. The location is not so great unless you like a lot of animals which keep you up. We had a really nice shower though
On outskirts of town missleading name no seaview at all view overgrown weed padock long walk to closest restaurant room very clean and owner very helpful but only good if catching ferry early next morning
Very basic but for £10 you should expect exactly that standard. Very far from the airport, taxi driver couldn't find it so better save a map on your phone. Clean, toilet outside of the room,on the balcony. Very friendly and helpful stuff. I didn't have a iPhone charger so a stuff member went to the local market 10 min away to buy it for me. There is a swimming pool but I wouldn't swim in it. Don't expect luxury for a tena! But very basic, clean and safe one night acomodaction.
This place is perfect if you are catching an early morning ferry. Outside of Phuket town, there isn't much around so might not stay here if staying in Phuket. However staff is very friendly and helpful, even woke up their shop keeper so we could buy some water late at night and arranged a taxi to the ferry which was around a mile away.
Good stay in this hotel, the owners of this hotel are very kind and so helpful ! The room is standard and the swimming pool is clean !
clean room, big, nice very close to the jetty (walking distance) : perfect if you take the boat in the morning i recommend the hotel
.
Reasonable price and good location to going jetty
Floor was completly dirty, the bathroom locked liked it hasen't been cleaned for weeks, dirty blankets Butter the stuff was helpful The never the less I wouldn't go there a second time
May good for relax and pace
The location seemed to be in the middle of no where and the place was not tidy. No soap or water available
near the ramada pier, good location
Very cheap, not in the center but in 10 min walking u are there, very friendly neighborhood, cheap food around. The swimmingpool not so clean and not so good wifi
Nice hotel with wifi, pool and ok price to the phi phi ferry.
For one Night it was very nice, Wi-Fi not the best in room and room Door is Almost paper but for this money i couldnt Expect More. Distance to pier very nice!
The hotel is nice, clean room. It's far from the city center. Good thing they can let you rent a motorbike.
PERFECT FOR THE BUDGET! The lady was very nice to us and she spoke very good English. The location was so-so but it was very quite and peaceful night so I suggest you to rent their motorbikes for easy transportation from their hotel going to everywhere. They offered cheapest motorbike rent. We enjoyed the private swimming pool.
My girlfriend and I stayed for just a night as we flew into Phuket in the evening and were leaving on a ferry the next morning. The woman who checked us in was very friendly and helped us get settled in quickly and even recommended a good restaurant up the road which had great food (but I believe charged us "tourist prices" as our bill was $20 USD for just 2 dishes. Since we were leaving very early the next morning she arranged for an early checkout, and a ride to the ferry dock for a very cheap 30 baht per person! In the morning everything was as she said it would be and we were checked out by a friendly man who then gave us a ride to the ferry dock. Although this was a short stay the place was clean, had plenty of hot water in the shower and a nice comfortable bed for us after a long day of travel. I'd definitely recommend them, particularly if your going to be traveling by ferry and want to be close to the departure dock. Also, the taxi from the airport had a really difficult time finding the place so I'd recommend having the hotel's phone number on you when you arrive so your driver can call and get specific directions.
Stayed there for it's location near the ferry. The room was super cheap so I was really surprised to get a comfort, big and clean room. The guy even gave us a quick lift to the nearest 7Eleven as it was very late when we arrived. Great choice!
We had a reservation at another hotel in Phuket but turned up 2 days early so booked into here as it was cheap. We were positively surprised. The rooms have been newly renovated an I would say nearly pristinely clean. The pool area was also clean but missing a few sun beds. The hotel is a bit out of the way of phuket old town 100 bt in a taxi.
The hotel is really clean. Stuff is so friendly and very helpfull. You can rent a motorbike there. Maybe is not close to the good beach but you can go by motorbike. Is good value for money and is so relaxing and safe
We stayed for 1 night to get an early ferry the next morning. This hotel is way off the beaten track and not walk able to any food locations. The wifi didnt work f
We only stayed here 1 night on our way to the pier for the ferry next day. Hotel was difficult to find for the taxi drivers, maybe some signs from the mainroad would be helpful? Coming from Myanmar with absolutely no value for money this room was great! Spacious, clean and comfortable for a fair price $14 fan room. If you would stay longer I would advise AC because of the heat. No breakfast but we knew that and left early anyway. Staff helped us out to find some food after arriving late and even took us for free to the night market which I thought was very friendly! Helped us arrange ferry tickets as wel for next day. 1000 baht ferry to Koh Lanta price at pier was the same and they brought us to the pier so would recommend to buy at hotel for convenience. Only thing is that ferry wasn't going directly to Koh Lanta as hotel staff kind of implied but we had to change boat in Phi Phi which wasn't a problem because the ferry to Lanta waited for the little late ferry coming from Phuket to Phi Phi. The hotel has a nice pool as wel but we didn't got time to use
We loved it. The price was definitely worth it. The infinity pools were nice as well and if the weather is nice you can view the sun set (or was it sunrise? :D forgot we wnt there on June). Breakfast was oriental enough choices and variation, staff were friendly and accomodating. The interiors were not finished (probably intentional?) so you can see walls were not painted in and only the cement color was showing. But it didn't bother us and it can be considered part of it's charm. Overall I would definitely like to stay here again, it's also walking distance to the beaches and restos and in between karon and patong so this place is accessible.
regular
Very short but good! Taxi driver had Problems finding the Hotel. Service Personal was very friendly.
Good stay, quiet and clean place in affordable price very close to the pier. At first it was hard to find as on webpages there were several different spots for this location and google couldnt identify this address.
Staying in Arun was a bit of a last minute decision and it paid off. While the swimming pool wasn´t in good conditions and the place was rather away from the roads, its calm ambiance was captivating. The room was rather acceptable, maybe lacking of amenities in the bathroom (which were indicated in the room description). All in all I had a good time there, considering that I had a motorbike to move around and that I am comfortable moving around places when traveling.
Me and my sister lived in the second floor and it's a nice apartment for me cause the room is clean, staff is nice. It's close to the pier to pp island and krabi. wonderful swimming pool. What the best is that I run into two nice French people there and had nice talk and I think I am going to France for studying later. It's nice to meet people in such quite place. I would like to go back this hotel if I have a shot.
The only reason we booked this hotel was because it was closest to the pier and very cheap. We had a night flight from Chang Mai, and morning ferry to Phi Phi, so it made sense. The problem was the taxi driver couldn't find it, and Google maps has the location wrong, so it took some time getting there. The hotel is actually very new, but it seems like someone wanted to build a really nice hotel and ran out of money in the middle. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, but with other furniture missing - no desks, no chairs. There are air-cons in the rooms, but no remotes, so you can't turn it on, and they have a fan instead. The bathroom is not exactly connected to the room, but you get there through an open balcony and it is ok, with a water heater that actually works. When we got there there was a guy sleeping in the reception and it took some time to wake him up (I think he was drunk). Don't touch the breakfast there. There is a pool, not very clean, but I suppose usable (we didn't use it). Overall a very worthy one-nighter.
they put us in a room, that was recently refurbished, the breakfast and food were not really available, u could order a day on beforehand, they used a very dirty chemical in the swimmimgpool, that was not really suitable for swimmimg, and only cleaned at night, the backyrard was a zoo : cocks, dogs, cats birds : everything that was making noise did and it was not at all located in the citycenter, walking took about one hour ....

Very basic hotel but staff were nice and it is what we expected for the cheap price we paid. Perfect for quick transfer to ferry. I probably wouldn't recommend this hotel for any reason other than a stop over close to the ferry as it is so basic and not particularly close to other attractions.
It was an okay stay. Worth the money we spent on the room. Cheap backpackers style.
It was pleasant stay but bad breakfast. Have a good transfer facility to Ratsada Pier
Nice, pool is clean , rooms quite new and clean. Own hotel taxi, but you need to negotiate the price
We just have a one day stop in Phuket Town for kayaking before we moved to Phi Phi. Taxi driver has problem to find the Arun Seaview. The hotel is placed near Rassada Pier, but there is nothing to do around. Good place to stay if you are going next day to islands.
The rooms are clean and new with everything that's needed for a holiday trip. The hotel is very hard to find - Google Maps has the wrong location and our taxi driver needed to stop and ask for directions. We also took a while driving around to find it. Great place to stay if you are leaving for Phi Phi in the morning.
This hotel turned out to be a little peach. Hotel had a pool which was a must as there was no beach near by. Hotel was quiet staff helpful pool pretty much all to ourselves and nice and cheap.
“Mixed feelings”
The place isn't bad and the receptionist is helpful. The bad thing is that they turn off water for the night so you can't take a shower when you get hot and you can't even flush the toilet.
