Good location, nice rooms, we had a connected room which was excellent. The only negative about this hotel is the restaurant it is not great for evening meals. Not a great choice, service could be better. A real chef with new ideas would vastly improve the restaurant. Not many eat in the evening. Breakfast time is busy as it is included in the rates!

Our initial impression was that this was a very up-scale hotel. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was awesome. On the second day, however, someone went through our safe while we were out. We complained to the manager. The following day we returned to find that our room had not been cleaned. Again we complained and were told that the housekeeping staff was too afraid to enter our room. After that housekeeping would only clean our room if we were present, which was terribly inconvenient. If you can stay anywhere else, don't stay here.

Booked for 6 days for my wife my 2 children and myself. They provided us with 2 pillows and we asked for 2 more pillows so everyone could have one. They replied they have to charge us for more than 2 pillows. We showed them clearly the reservation said for 4 people. Did not matter. If you get their breakfast you will have to deal with many people sitting in the restaurant smoking. Stay away there are many other hotels in the area that will treat you better.

This hotel claims to have so many things that they do not have. Wifi in the rooms most of the time don't work. Hard to get transportation. Don't stay here! staff are rude

At that time there only 2 women on duty(in the evening) so everything seems smooth, but 1 staff at counter a bit rude! by body languages and saying someting during check me in, but another was nice. (i can't remember her name)
