The hotel was easy to locate. It was right in front of Beijing Rd station. Location is great as it is just a few meters away from the shopping district. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. Room was kept clean everyday. Towels etc were changed everyday and toothbrushes etc were also provided. Although the building might be a bit old, it still gives a value for money. Will definitely still consider checking in this hotel if I decide to come back to GZ.

It is a good apartment although it is quite old building. The stove did gave us a problem for us to cook. The heater is like an aircond which you need to on yourself. Other than that I can say a good stay and good location

We had 4 rooms for two nights in March 2019. Our rooms were in 35, 33 , and 13 floors. The higher units are well kept with good scenery and cleaner. So always ask for rooms in the higher floor. The small cafe at the ground floor provides quick breakfast at a very reasonable price, while the shopping complex within the same building was vacant. Overall, this hotel is a value for money and serve as a good location for fun and shopping.

2nd time staying due to location choice”
Location is the best credit for this hotel/ service apartment. Its just a minute walk away from MRT Beijing Road station exit B. Easy and convenient access to dining area/ restaurants/ shopping mall, Beijing Road waking street and etc. Though the cleanliness of the property can be improved. With the price I paid, there's not much to complain about as location is the top reason for me to choose and go back again for this hotel.

Very near subway station and famous Beijing Rd. This hotel provide free McDonald's muffin and coffee breakfast and also free shuttle service to and from Canton Fair site. Rooms are big but furniture are old. Will book again for next year fair.

The location, friendly front desk staff and many warm hearted guests more than make up for the old and wanting condition of the room. I've read reviews of cockroaches and smell... they're not very far from the truth. But I don't spend that much time in the room anyways, and I've been in worse, so this actually pretty all right for me. That said, it's not for fussy travellers. Logistically, it's easy to get to the Canton Complex, and pretty much anywhere you need to go that's serviced by the Metro. Very close to Beijing Lu, though I prefer to tube to Xi Men Kou for a more local experience of shopping and dining. Take an evening walk along the river bank, which is a mere 15 minute walk from the hotel.

Close to Beijing Lu Road, Six Bayan temple and People’s Park. Metro is close as well. ”
Great location, really close to the metro. If you’re looking to get to locations like the People’s Park, Six Bayan Temple and Beijing Lu road then this is the place. Beijing Lu Road is close (6min walk) but the other two are 20 min away. Food is near and great alley ways to get lost and see the culture in Guangzhou. Hang left once you leave the space and then another left and the rest is history! Cheers.

Building facet made me feel not so comfortable. Interior looks run down. Interior of room made me rather relieved. Perhaps due to high occupancy, room was not proper cleaned. I hv switched to Riverview from Apr 4. It's much better layout with good view. Currently the construction site across the street starts to make noise early in the morning. I m facing air cond problem since last night. Was told, it can't be fixed until the maintenance personnel comes back on Apr 7. Front office suggested a fan. I m list. Going to see the manager if this can be solved immediately. Other than the above I quite like this place.

At first my room, the toilet and the air conditioner don’t work. But they changed the room. The new room, the facilities is better but the room and the floor look older and not clean.
