A great serviced residence which feels like home!”

Stay at Ascott Raffles Place has been one which i could not ask for more, the nicely designed room in its perfectly layout space offers a feel like home than just another big hotel in another big city. In Singapore where land is limited, Ascott is by far one of the few hotels where room space is not compromise given at its decent price. The hotel's rooftop infinity pool & jacuzzi is a great place to relax while enjoying the city business district view best in the morning and evening. I also love the concept where green crisp apples are within an easy arm reach at the gym/pool. Definitely a place where i would return for my stay and recommend to friends/relative.

Excellent business hotel”

The location of Ascott Raffles Place is very good as it is very near to the Raffles Place MRT station and is also one block away from Lau Pa Sat, a very popular hawker center where you can find every dish that Singapore is famous for. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby. It is also walking distance to Merlion Park, and Singapore's museums. The rooms are very spacious and has all the comforts of home, including a small kitchen and a washing machine. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. This is really a good alternative to the usual hotels.

Best Service Ever”

It was magnificent. It all started from prompt email replies and they accommodate to my every need an wants. I booked the hotel as a surprise gift for my mother's birthday party and they not only gave me a complimentary birthday cake (which tasted amazing) they also try their best to make it a wonderful occasion for my family. Perfect room floor as it was accessible to the swimming pool and the living room.It was a staycation for me but it was one of the best gift ever for my mother as she and i was surprise to find a card on behalf of the hotel wishing her a birthday card.. even the housekeeping staff who made the room left a note and wished her. They have given more then i've asked for and i'm really greatful for the whole team to comply with every request of mine. NO ISSUE AT ALL~ Job well done Ascott Raffles place.

The comfort of a home. Room #1201”

I enjoyed my stay and hope to stay again in the future although its just for a night. Was greeted by Irene at the Front Desk who was very warm, friendly and knowledgable. Room was spectacular. I love the entrance upon opening the door as it leads to the bedroom. Bedroom was neat, clean and spotless. Thank you Vani. Room smelled really nice. Bed is really comfy and pillows are soft. However, the BOSE speaker had a kind of buzzing sound so i had to off it. The knob/switch to the main bedroom lights was a bit faulty. Had to press it a couple of times before it switches off. It also took a while for the lights to off upon pressing the switch. Despite that, i had an enjoyable and comfortable stay at Ascott Raffles Place. Looking forward to another stay.

easily one of the best hotels in the CBD”

I was very satisfied with my stay in Ascott Raffles Place Singapore. It was situated right next to the Raffles Place MRT exit, and the nearest taxi stand is just a stone throw away. The room was very clean and spacious. Ceiling was high and the beds were huge and comfortable. Really enjoyed the Loccitane bathroom amenities. Kitchen was very well equipped as well, and having a washer and dryer in the room made doing laundry very convenient. Staff were very friendly as well.

ascotts raffles place serviced residence is located within walking distance to singapore financial district so it is very convenient for business travellers. the room and lobby is exquisite with a luxurious boutique hotel design, the service rendered is great and staff here are well trained. the breakfast spread is hearty and healthy, the pool although small but is beautiful.

Central location, professional and good staff”

The Ascott Raffles Place is always a save value with a very high standard. Never had any bad surprises in all my stays there. Breakfast: If you have to pay extra for it, rather consider having it outside of the hotel, as the buffet offers not enough for that price. But if it's included in your room booking, then have it at the hotel. As the quality of the food is very good. Don't go to the buffet late, as the choice tends to get smaller and smaller towards the closing hours of the buffet.

staying at the ascott is better than a hotel. the studios are larger than a hotel room and they have laundry and a kitchen area so you can make yourself feel at home (and don't rack up room service and laundry charges). it's right next to raffles place, so the location is perfect if you want to be in the cbd for work.

Good marks for my old favorite”

The Ascott is one of my two favorite places to stay in Singapore. The studio apartments are large and comfortable. The location at Raffles Place is as central as they come The MRT has an entrance just outside the front door. This serviced apartment location is a much better place to stay for me than a traditional hotel.

Value for money!”

The location of the hotel is located right inside CBD area and it's 1 min walk from Raffles place MRT station. Room we stayed is collyer suite and we love the room because it's big,clean,tidy & spacious and the toilet is huge too! Unfortunately during our stay in-room-dining is not available (forgotten what's the reason) and also the bose speaker cable was faulty and the hotel doesn't has any spare one. But overall we love our stay here and will definitely book this hotel for our next staycation.

Fabulous location, right opposite the Raffles Place MRT, providing easy access to anywhere in Singapore. Room was very spacious with good facilities and a great balcony. Really handy to also be provided with a free local phone for use including free international calls. Staff were very helpful, the only disappointment we encountered was being unable to check in early. Our flight landed early in the morning and we had to wait in the lounge area for a few hours before getting access to our room. Otherwise these serviced apartments operate more as a hotel with daily cleaning service, and staff on hand 24/7. Overall a great place to stay that we'd revisit again in the future.

Older style hotel but ticks all the boxes. Right above Raffles Place railway station, easy access from Changi airport if taking the train, right next to Marina Bay and downtown business/finance district. Room had washing machine/dryer, kitchen area fully equipped, coffee machine, big bathroom. We would return. Thank you Ascott.

Great location. Great Service Apartment”

This was our fifth time staying at Ascott Raffles Place and would stay there again the next time we are in Singapore. You will have a most enjoyable stay at Ascott Raffles.

Really beautiful place”

Ascott Raffles is a beautiful hotel. Finlayson suite is large and chic. Poll, gym and living room on 19th floor are really nice. Staff are friendly, a little "stuffy" but that could just be a cultural difference. We're here in the middle of the coronavirus panic and every time we enter the building we have to get our temperatures checked...even if we step out for 5 minutes to have a cigarette. Location is good. Everything is within walking distance.

Ascott Raffles Place! where you are???”

It's hard to tell the taxi driver or other that "pls direct me to Ascott Raffles Place", as they don't know where it is until you mentioned of the nearby office such as AIA or Hong Leong bldg. which is adjacent to it. Or at least the opposit bldg which is One Raffles Quay. The amenities set here they use L'Occitanne which is execellent but the maid always not refill the missing item everyday which is not right if he/she sees it empty from the bathroom shelf, it should be refilled, no matter what! One day out of my 6 nights stay here, maid did not at all fill up the amenities set, bottles of water nor clean the glass I used the night before, I had to call to ask from them. And some 3 of these 6 nights, maid's work is not consistency like the first day I arrived. Which made my whole experience here is not completely 100% satisfaction. Under the name of "Ascott" this should not be happened. As we expect more per what we paid and from our perception towards the brand. Anothing is that if you'd like to try airport shuttle bus (SGD 9 pp), it's not brought you to as this is service apartment not hotel. Let's take a cab, it's only about SGD 17-20, but be alert to let them know in full detail per my info above

Great staycation spot!”

Initially, i booked Collyer suite but when i arrived, i was upgraded to Finlayson suite. Overall, the apartment is completed with kitchen equipments and bathroom is spacious as well. Will definitely stay in Ascott Raffles Place again as the location is convenient.

Unfortunately we were unable to go and stay at the Ascott Raffles. We were booked on a cruise departing from Singapore which was the reason to stay at the Ascott Raffles. A week before we were due to depart the ship had mechanical problems and the cruise was cancelled. Luckily, we were refunded the cost of the cruise and given a complimentary cruise at a later date, very generous offer. We have rebooked to stay at the Ascott Raffles in December, hope the cruise does not get cancelled this time.

Exceptional”

We were upgraded to a one-bedroom unit, so it was a good deal for us in this extremely well-located facility. There's complimentary morning coffee and a 24 hour reception desk. It's truly 25 meters to the Raffles Place MRT. And Singapore is expensive. The alternative is Airbnb, but facilities are always questionable until you arrive.
