A great place to stay. ”

Staying at Citadines Mount Sophia is better than staying in an ordinary Hotel. You have so much space and all the comforts of home. The comfortable couch was very welcome. We were on the top floor and it was very quiet. The staff were great and even organised a big fan for me to use instead of air conditioning because I wasn't well and needed a break from air conditioning. The location is excellent. There is a food court right opposite and small supermarkets close by. Everything you need is there. We had a Studio and they were kind enough to put our friends right next door who also had a Studio and were very impressed with our choice to try Citadines instead of the usual Hotels we usually stay in while in Singapore. We all love Singapore!! We stayed for 3 nights and organised to keep one of the rooms and paid for a late checkout on our last day because we had a night flight home to Australia. Well done Citadines.

I stayed at Citadines Mount Sophia for 7-days and it was superb! Overall room/unit condition: - Very spacious, with living room (plasma TV, sofa bed, 1 lounge chair), dining table with two chairs and several electric plugs near the dining table and sofa bed, separate toilet + bathroom with bath-tub, and bedroom with double bed with BIG closet - No deposit payment if booking via Agoda KITCHEN - This is the most impressive part, they have a quite spacious kitchen with electric stoves, complete kitchen utensils, and medium/2-doors refrigerator (what do you ask for more?) Cleaning service - They provided a full-cleaning service (even helped with the dish-washing), they have different policies regarding the cleaning service frequencies, depending on how long you are staying Laundry - They have a separate laundry room on another floor Location - Near several MRT stations such as Bencoolen & Bugis and lots of foods/convenience stores/ATM/Starbucks around :)

Exceptional”

We were very happy with our 5 days stay at Citadines Mount Sophia. The location very good for access to Bugis, Little India, Orchard Road and MRT. The staff are exceptional extremely helpful. Upon check in Elijah who was on the reception desk discovered that we had paid for 2 rooms instead of 1. He was very kind in helping us sort booking out very quickly and we received our refund from Agoda by the time we checked out 5 days later. We stayed in a 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom executive apartment which was spacious and perfect for myself, hubby and mother in law. Apartment very clean and housekeeping staff were fantastic. Would highly recommend. Can’t wait to return soon.

We were very happy with our 5 days stay here at Citadines Mount Sophia! The staffs at the receptionist are kind, very welcoming and facilitating! Our room was exceptionally clean. The room service always cleans our room and give us new amenities every day. We could also refill our drinks at the dispenser near the elevator. The place was like our own home; with all the facilities and stuffs in our room. Even plates and cutlery are provided. We didn't buy the breakfast package but you can always eat your breakfast at Wilkie Edge; the mall that's just right beside the serviced apartment. There's this shop called Hanis which has wide variety of menu for your breakfast, lunch, or even dinner! Can't ask for more! If you are planning on to stay for more than 3 nights, I deeply recommend this place. Thank you for the wonderful stay and thank you for being so accomodating~ <3

Citadines Mt Sophia - Great Place to stay @Singapore”

First time using Citadines group facilities, which satisfying enough. We are family with 3 children, booking 1 bedroom executive and stay for 4 night. 1. Room: Spacious and clean 2. Facilities: Gym, Laundry coin, water dispenser in each floor for free. It will be better if you have swimming pool 3. Location: 5 -6 minutes walk to Bencoolen MRT, Rochor MRT. 10 minutes walk to Bugis MRT, Little India MRT. Close to Bugis Junction, Bugis+, Sim-Lim Square. Lots of singaporean street just cross-by the hotel. 4. Good and helpful staff Note: Just wondering, my friend stay at the same time with us with same room type, charged with same price/night, (but booking it from other application). Fact that they don't get charge for sofa bed arrangement is quite shocking. We've been charge $50/night which confusing us since it's inside the room and should be free facility. Repeat Order: yes for sure, but we will try to order it from other application since they include sofa bed arrangement ^__^

Perfect place to stay”

Credit to Citadines who granted us 1 bedroom apartment instead of studio executive which we booked and paid for. Special thanks for receptionist guy named Elijah who gave us warm welcome and allowing us to enter the room before the required check in time. We really appreciated for making our vacation so perfect and memorable. The room was just perfect, in terms of spacious, clean, comfortable, and equiped with home appliances that meet our needs. The location is strategic. It's easy to find food, restaurants and food district are just across the building. Walking distance to 5 MRT stations, Dhoby Ghaut, Little India, Rochor, Bencoolen, and Bras Basah. There are also convinient stores nearby, seven eleven, fair price express, and watson. There is oxidized water dispenser next to the elevator in every floor. 1 thing the management has to improve, in room 1221 the bathroom door was quite hard to close & open, its kinda stuck to the floor. Thanks Citadines, surely we'll be back again.

Great value for money - excellent for families”

We had a very pleasant stay at Citadines. We rented the 2 bedroom suite which was very spacious and accomodated our 2 adults and 3 small children very well. There was more than enough space for everyone. We had 2 double beds and asked for one of the 2 sofa beds to be made up and it was perfect. Having two bathrooms was also very convenient. Views from the corner suites 11-13 and 14 are lovely. The hotel is no frills but immaculately kept and staff were helpful and courteous. Location is good as nothing is too far in Singapore. Will definitely recommend it, particularly for families who need more space and the kitchenette.

Spacious room, excellent service, great for baby”

Travelling for the first time with our 4-month old baby, we wanted extra space. The Citadines room was perfect with the sofabed as well as a comfy double bed, and we borrowed a cot for our baby. It was great to have a microwave and hot plate for simple cooking in the well-equipped kitchenette. And the laundry downstairs was very useful. The bathroom had a bathtub which was handy for bathing our baby. Everything was perfectly clean and the staff were always attentive and helpful, responding to all our requests promptly. Although not right next to an MRT station, it was a relaxed 10 minute walk to Dhoby Ghaut or a bit further to Bugis. This suited us fine. There is a food court across the road from the hotel and a small mall with Starbucks etc where we often bought food and drinks.

Great views, large rooms, accomodating staff”

We booked to stay here for 3 nights and needed to extend for another night and the staff were very accommodating in allowing us to stay in the same room at the same price. We were on the 12th floor and had 270 degree views of the Singapore skyline. The studio executive apartment was spacious and modern. It was nice to have a separate living, sleeping area and kitchen. The shower was large and bright due to a big window. The lobby had a nice modern feel and also loved the fresh aromatherapy fragrance. The wi-fi service was good and very much needed during our stay. Location was pretty good with a less than 10 minute walk to Dhoby Ghaut MRT station. A few convenience stores, restaurants and bars are close by. We would definitely consider staying here again if we came back to Singapore.

Citadines hotels are my fave to stay in anywhere! The staff are friendly, the lobbies are clean and smells good, the rooms are usually spacious (especially the one we booked) and location is great! Going to the tourist spots would cost you 5-10sgd grab/cab which is a plus if you’re a group of 4 (which is cheaper than commuting). There’s a fairprice nearby and mcdo if you’re hungry at night. Would book again and definitely recommending!

Citadines”

I stayed at the Citadines for 5 weeks and enjoyed my time here a lot. The staff is professional, very friendly and helpful and you feel all the time very welcome. The room has a good size, was always clean and the kitchen is big enough to cook a nice meal. The hotel is very centrally located, not far from the next MTR (Dhoby Ghaut, about 10min walking) and Orchard Road is easily reachable by bus or on foot. There is always fresh fruit for breakfast.

We enjoyed staying at the Citadines as it had a lot of room as we had our daughter with us as well. THe location of the hotel was great and it was easy to either walk or get cabs to where we wanted to go. Staff were also very friendly and we would go back and stay again

Best Family Apt Hotel with all amenities”

This Apt Hotel has won our hearts and no doubt we will choose same accommodation next time we visit Singapore. We were greeted well on our Check-In and the process was smooth and quick. We stayed there for 5 days and they said that the cleaning of room will be alternate days but it was the other way. They ensured cleaning is done daily. Yes, on all 4 days the room was kept clean with all bath accompaniments filled. There was a cook top which was really helpful to cook our own meal and carry as my son is allergic to outside food. It was the best international vacation overall.

Great stay! Clean and comfy room, excellent and heloful staff”

Room is super clean and bigger than hotel room, with futon bed, fitting my family of 5 very well. Staff is friendly, thoughtful and helpful with directions and transportation advice, presented my daughter a lovely teddy bear upon learning that it's her birthday on the day of our arrival. Lobby has a small play ground and big teddy bears, which my children adore! Will stay here again if my family visits Singapore. Thank you!!

5 nights at the Citadines”

The Citadines served our needs as a group of 4 with plenty of space in the apartment, which included two bedrooms and a fold down sofa. Next door is a small mall with places to eat and a ATM is also available there. A short walk away (4 or 5 minutes) there a group of bar/restaurants and there is also plenty of other restaurants scattered around the area. Overall, a good place to stay which gives easy access to the central area of Singapore city. Also, we found the staff to be very helpful, who carried out their work in a pleasant and friendly manner.

Hassle Free Stay”

Great apartment, very quiet considering it's above a busy street. The staff are very nice and helpful and we got upgraded from studio to deluxe! all amenities in the room, clean and modern. We stayed there for 2 nights, it's reasonably priced given that it's 5minutes walk from dhoby gaut station and orchard road, it's worth it. We didn't bother with breakfast at starbucks, rather there's an array of restaurants and breakfast places in the nearby street to choose from. In fact, there's a cheap food court across the road. It's great for long stay to medium stay guests. We didn't have any bad experience at Citadines at all. Would recommend.

Our lovely April stay in Singapore Citadines”

We had stayed on a previous visit to Singapore and chose to return because of the first-rate welcome and service. We stayed in a Studio apartment which was superbly clean and well-appointed for the two of us with everything needed for a comfortable and accommodateing stay. I would say this applies whether for business or pleasure. The iron and ironing board (not used this time), small kitchen with fridge and microwave, desk with wi-fi, large comfortable bed etc. made the stay a home-from-home. I hope this will be a regular base when we are in SIngapore.

quite a good value vs price ”

I stayed there for 4 nights in November 2012. Location is quite ok, not so far from the MRT, not so close too. Taxis are plenty anyway if you prefer this mode of transportation. Good dining options near the place, starting from a Had no issue of noise or smell or anything similar. All rooms are non smoking, I guess it's a plus for lots of people. Separate working area is decent, internet quality was good (and free). All in all a nice deal for people who do not care for the number of amenities and the righ breakfast buffet and want to pay less than 250 US$ per night. Which in Singapore is more and more difficult on week days.

This is a great hotel if you are looking for modern and chic alternative to the bigger hotels in Singapore! The rooms are extremely spacious and you have the option to self cater! Located in the middle of the city and close to the big shopping road it s hard not to go out and experience the city life though! Highly recommended and great value for money!
