Great Location, nice amenities, good budget hotel”

the rooms are small but hey, its a budget hotel. the amenities near to the hotel are great with vivocity just a 5-8 min walk away. the hotel is also next to mount faber which is a good spot to chill and take photos. the hotel staff are friendly and accommodating and transport is easy with the bus stop just 1 min walk away. however, to take the train you will need to either walk abit or take a 2 stop bus trip to the station.

Good proximity to Sentosa /RSW. Accessible to public transport ”

Got assigned Rm 306. It has all the basics (toiletries, even a hair dryer). For a place that is just meant for us to crash and sleep, it served its purpose. The pillows and duvet were clean and crisp, the bed mattress was firm enough for sleeping comfort. Room size? Rather cramped for 2 pax. It was a challenge to move around the bed and manage opening/closing our luggage. The tiny bathroom, albeit clean, is a challenge when you need to keep your stuff dry while bathing. Thankfully the room renovation gave everything a slightly modern feel. The proximity between 2 bus stops is very convenient! You can catch the RSW8 bus that only charges SG$1.00 going to Resorts World Convention Center. Taking Uber from the hotel to RSW would cost you SG$12, one way. There's a tiny 7-11 downstairs that's very convenient. I wouldn't mind booking here again when on a budget.

A small hotel serving with big heart”

the stay was very pleasant on overall. the hotel staff is very friendly and informative although the check-in was late into the night. the hotel has great location to access to haborfront, vivo city and sentosa. for travellers who like to venture into the nature, the location of the hotel is definitely a plus point as it is situated next to the mount faber which you could have a good peek at the southern tip of singapore at its peak. overall a good hotel to stay if size does not a matter.

Nice Hotel”

I really happy to stay in Fragrance Hotel - Royal Singapore, since the Hotel is consider new Hotel and the Hotel rate also reasonable, and when we bookit was cheaper, when you stay more than 3 days it is worth to stay in Fragrance Hotel, but just for your information, this hotel did not serve any Breakfast, so you can order your Breakfast outside, but just beside this hotel, there is a seven eleven store which is open from 07.00 to 23.00 it is comfortable for us, and also this hotel located just 2 Bus Stop from Harbour Front Station and Resort World of Sentosa in SIngapore, I recommend this Hotel when we are looking for a budget Hotel inside the Town area and near by Resort Area and also Casino in SIngapore..Thanks and Best Regards.

clean, convenient and good customer service respon”

Room was very clean, aircond was cold. The location was good (main road frontage easy to catch a taxi, short walk to the MRT, 7-eleven downstairs). Slight hiccup with the front desk personnel concerning some belongings that i left behind upon check-out, but it was resolved professionally and expeditiously by the hotel's management. Notwithstanding this is sort of a budget hotel chain, i must say, the customer service has exceeded expectations, budget prices with 5-star services!

The hotel was marginal. But I use the room only for sleeping at night so there's nothing really to complain about. The most important thing is the hotel was clean. The staff was helpful. Next to it there's convenient stores and right next to it there's steam boat and laksa restaurant. If you need a room just for sleeping at night after your day around Singapore, this place is work the money. Very near to bus stop and MRT which will take you anywhere around the island. Less than 5 minutes using those public transport, you can reach Vivo City, Harborfront and Sentosa Island/Resort World. I went there for dinner every night during my stay. All and all,it was worth my money.

Comfortable hotel and service with a smile”

the hotel location is great and accessable to any parts of singapore caz its juat a walking distance to the bus stops. away from the busy streets of singapore it is a comfortable place to stay. it is just 2 bus stops away from vivo city that makes shopping easier and travel to sentosa is very convenient. comfotable bed and very clean room and friendly receptionist.

The hotel location is very nice and near to public transport. I'm a business traveller will always travel to Singapore several times in a year. And this kind of accommodation is very likely and suitable for me because it is budget but comfort for me. My next visit definitely will look for Fragrance Hotel again.

Deluxe rooms are value for money with a little bit more space. Deluxe room has extra fluffy pillows which are very comfortable. Clean towels & very clean toilets. Reception is nice,modern & neat. Surroundings are quiet for the one at Royal. Television is big & provide dvd player for our own selection of entertainment. Staff are friendly & always smiling :) Will definitely be a good choice for a good value, budget stay.

A good cozy budget hotel close to Sentosa island.”

This hotel might seem far from the Central Business District of Singapore, but the bus stop is just down the street and it's just two bus stops away from Harbourfront, you can take the purple line MRT from there. You can walk across the Sentosa Boardwalk for just $1 to Sentosa island from there too, about a 20-minute walk. The Telok Blangah MRT on the orange line is a 10-minute walk away from the hotel. For the deluxe room, it's much cheaper compared to the other hotels in the area. There isn't a minibar fridge in the room, but there is a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel if you need cold drinks. The room was cleaned daily, and the bedsheets and towels were changed daily as well.

Fragrance Hotel - Royal ”

This hotel is my favourite Hotel , it is near many interested place such as Sentosa, Faber mountain , Cable car to cross the sea to island. you can find the food center not far from the hotel. There are many chinese food, india food , malay food. Even the hotel is small but it has the facility like big hotel.

Great location but small room”

it was a good choice of hotel with a great location.the only thing is that i was expecting at least a bigger room but anyhow it was compensated coz we never spent much for taxi coz everything is very accessible and we don't have to wake up early to avoid traffic jam coz everythings just a few mins walk away. i will definitely choose this hotel again to visit singapore, staff are very helpful and they serve with a smile.

Worth for money”

We got the type of room we requested for.. There are Indian and Chinese food available very near to the hotel.. There is 7 eleven available 24 hours just beside the hotel.. MRT is just 400m away.. Very clean and quiet area.. We are looking forward to stay there again the next time we go to Singapore.. The few setbacks are we had to pay extra for Wi-Fi and rooms are comparatively smaller.. Generally we were very happy throughout our stay for 3 days and 2 nights...

Small cozy hotel with nice location”

the fragrance hotel-royal have a really convenient location, so if u are not going to spent much time in a room(which is quite obvious in singapore) that is a great and comparatively cheap alternative. the rooms are clean, but as many mentioned is really small, so not the best option to travel with kids.the only drawback is that there are no free wifi available, and its quite expensive while the connection itself isn't fast. overall, there were no any problems during our stay there.

Nice Location”

Nestled into the southern slopes of Mount Faber, the Royal Fragrance Hotel offers a choice location near Sentosa, Vivo City, Henderson Waves and Labrador Park, all of which are accessible by buses that stop very near the hotel. The hotel rooms are a little small but are equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a short weekend break. Hotel staff are accommodating.

Good location ”

Good location. Very close to many places, e.g. Faber Mount, Habour Front, Vivo City, Sentosa Island, Henderson Wave and etc. Only 3 bus stops to Habour Front MRT station which actually you can walk to MRT station. But the room is so tiny and can smell smoking in non-smoking room. The staffs are friendly. No breakfast provided but you can go to close hawker center nearby. There is no refrigerator in the room.

Overnight Stay at Fragrance Hotel Royal”

My friend and I are visiting Universal Studios Singapore (USS) and are pleased to have found this hotel. The bus stop to catch RWS8 to sentosa is only a few minutes' walk away. There is also a food court serving a mix of halal and non-halal affordable food nearby. You can also spend some time at vivocity, a large shopping center. From there, use the MRT to visit Merlion Park, the Esplanade, and Lau Pa Sat festival market for some chili crabs and satay.

It is quite convenient there, which is very close to the harborfront shopping mall. The bus no.143 can take you to the downtown (chinatown, marina bay, etc.).
