great budget hotel is very friendly, helpful and clean. The only downside is the hard bed. Its hard by western standards but aside from that, its great. they have now put usb and international power sockets in the rooms

Staff are friendly, they are cleaning the room everyday. Lavander MRT station is just 200m away, supermarket, restaurants, bus station is just street away from the hotel. I should give them a perfect score but there is one thing that I asked and they did not respond to my request, that is when I reported that our sink in the toilet is blocked (not totally) but the water is not going down easily, they took my room number but unfortunately they did not fix it. But overall our stay is great and I will come come back again in this hotel.🥰🥰🥰

The experience was great. Staffs were very accommodating. Location is very accessible. They have a pool area where you can relax after a very tiring day. We once had a problem with our door lock. We were unable to enter the room. But we were given options to either move to a different room or stay in our room and they are going to open it for us instead if we decide to go out again that night. We chose the latter because it'd be fixed the following morning. Aside from that everything is perfect. They change towels, clean the room and replenish the tea, coffee, bottled water and sugar every day. If I'm gonna go back I'll surely choose it again.

Only 3-4 minutes walk from MRT Lavender through V-Hotel. The room is rather small but still suit for a couple. Air-con has a little smell when start and bathroom is not devided wet and dry area. All staffs are very nice. Will stay again when visit Singapore next time.

I hardly had enough sleep here during my 3 nights stay, it’s super noisy from inside the room, u will very often hear door bangings, people walk n talk along the alleys, music playing from hotel speakers 24 hours., childrens shoutings. could also heard noises from neighboor rooms. at one time I even pgot angry and comfronted athe neighbour and starred at them just to inhappily urge them to lower the noise, as they kept coming in and out of their room like 20times in the morning. slammed the door each time. not sure why i wouldnt recommend staying here especially during high season if u r willing to spend a bit more, there are many better options for budget hotels around this area.

Basic but good”
I was passing through and had 5 nights at the hotel. Staff were super friendly, great location which was only 200 metres to the MRT and lots of choice for eating out within a few minutes walk (super market less than 2 minutes away too). Rooms are not big but things were tidy and the place was quiet as well. Wifi was a bit slow for video calling but I managed to make it through. Not luxury but certainly a place you can hang your head for a few nights.

Good location and near MRT Lavender, easy to get food with many food stores nearby and a supermarket as well. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Room shape is a bit unusual cause room located at corner of the building. Enough space even for 2 person.

Nearby the property are the various amenities such as supermarkets, money exchange service, 24hrs convenience store and eateries offering a wide selection of food from local, Chinese to Indian Muslim. Within walking distance from the hotel is the Aperia Mall, which houses a food court, fast food outlet, restaurants and coffee joints. There is also a supermarket located at the basement of the mall. About 500m away is the vibrant neighbourhood of Jalan Besar, which is home to a range of hip cafés and eateries. A standard place with proper cleanliness and friendliness. Our rooms were quite small and, though having booked two rooms with windows, they couldn't be opened due to fire safety. Bathroom wasn't properly designed so the water leaked out all over the floor during showering. But: the place was clean, close to an MRT, shops, food courts, etc., and the staffs were nice. Will stay again.

Hotels in Singapore are pricey so the value for the money was just right. It was just really disappointing that our room was not cleaned after our 1st night. We returned to the hotel at around 9pm to find out that the room wasn’t cleaned, towels not replaced, beds not made but the ‘please make my room’ sign which I left before leaving in the morning was placed back inside the room. Front desk told me there was no housekeeping at that hour so they had to ask someone to come over from a different hotel. The room was cleaned in the subsequent nights but it was not that clean. The cups were not washed, the beddings were barely folded, and the floor was not swept. Asides from this, the hotel was fine. Location is good too as it’s accessible by MRT and bus.

Pros - 1. Value for money. 2. Walking distance to MRT Lavender. There is also a food court, McD, ToastBox and some stalls selling food next to the MRT which are very convenient. 3. Allow to store luggage free of charge before the check in time. Cons - Room a bit small but is sufficient.

Very good location, few minutes walk to mrt station,bus stop. There are supermarket and food center nearby. I get a room with window, nice view. But. I can hear noise from another room. They keep trying to open and close the door so hard that disturb my sleep. And I cannot check in earlier need to wait the room till 3pm.
