The receptionists are very helpful and accommodating. They even helped us find places to go to buy souveniers. The hotel has free wifi. The rooms in 6th flr are big and cozy. You dont hear any noise. Better to get high flr rooms because the hotel is located in front of the main road and bus station so if you are staying on the 2nd flr you would hear the sound of the vehicles. In general, I can say that this is a good pick for travellers who want to go to attractions in SG because it is located in the middle of the city. Easy to book grab too from the hotel.

Honestly have an unplanned Singapore overnight stay and have to quickly decide which hotel to stay last minute. Location is awesome, 2 mins walk from Little India MRT, also walking distance to Bencoolen and Rochor MRT. Staff are super nice, room is just what you need if you dont really care for the fancy smancy. Definitely gonna come back again for another singapore trip and will recommend to my friends and family

My wife &I stayed here for 5 days, booked through Agoda. Check in no problem. I had read that the rooms were small, but the location & pool confirmed my decision on this hotel. Location is excellent, as it is only 5 minutes walk to Little India or Rochor MRT stations. There are many places to eat and drink, a very cost effective area is a small Soi running parallel to Rochor Rd & Middle Rd, on the way to Bugis St markets. Great food court down stairs.

near to everywhere, suitable for solo traveler”

the hotel is very easy to find, 5 minutes walk to Little India and Rochor MRT2. If you like to explore the city, it took only 10 minutes to Bugis, 20 minutes to Orchard. The room is very small. It will hard to move if you stay with other person. However it is very clean and the interior is new. Worth it for its hotel class.

Really friendly and helpful staff, good location that makes it easy to get around the city, but you get what you pay for in Singapore. Small room. Initial problems with the electrics (had to move rooms). Noisy service lift that beeps whenever in use. Its a budget hotel, can't really say anymore.

Very good find”

We stayed there for 5 nights and it was all worth it. Our friends living in Singapore told us that the hotel was very accessible for them to find. The hotel was just right in front of the bus stop and walking distance to little india mrt. We would definitely stay there again.

Location best but hotel name abit confuse”

Location best, near to mrt only 3minutes walk. But I didn't been inform that hotel name changed to Ibis hotel instead of Fragrance hotel and we walk far away even pass by the hotel. After that, we open google map just realised that the hotel name is Ibis. Bcoz we totally can't find the Fragrance hotel name shown front if the lobby door. Hope this can be improved.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room cleaned everyday. Good location near Little India. Easy to get to other places. Close to shops and restaurants. Pool area is okay, maybe display some towels and more chairs would be nice. We had a good stay and would come back, the only minus would be no fridge in the room but it wasn't a big deal.

- Condition of the room: Smaller than expected but simple and clean. - Transport: Near to Little India station, only 3 mins walk away. - Facilities: You have everything you needed except wardrobe, which is fine without it. You have hanger on the wall as alternative. Plenty of switch available in the room, no need to use wire extension. - Service: Staff is friendly and efficient. - Store nearby: There is a 7-11 right outside hotel entrance. Many indian boutiques nearby. If you need to find food at night, there is mamak store behind the hotel.

Clean and spacious ”

It was a one night stay in this hotel. Staffs were helpful. Room was clean, bed is comfy. Like: comfy bed, fast wifi, great location, powerful aircon. Dislike: It’s not sound proof (not at all) I can hear chit chatting next door and also you can probably guess what the other guests are doing when things dropped, moving things etc. thankfully at night was quiet.

Helpfull staff”

I travel with my husband and 5years old daughter. We stayed 11 night. At first My booking room is double bed, when i check in, the staff offering the twin room but the bed are connected. And the room more spacious. On the day we checked out, the staff help us to find transport to airport. The room are clean, they have restaurant too and the food are delicious. The more thing that they should add is laundry service. Overall we are satisfied to stay there.

Basic Hotel Close to Little India MRT & Central Area”

For the price this is an ok budget hotel. Centrally located in Little India close to the MRT. The rooms are modern with a comfortable bed though there is noise from the other rooms. WIFI was good. Check in and out was easy. There is a pool on the top floor.

Hotel great location near MRT station”

The hotel located near MRT station, right beside Lasalle College. It very close with albert center and bug is street. It also have a swimming pool on the 10th floor, not big but quite nice to have. The room is good and clean

Pros: Great location hotel and friendly staff. 711 is just beside the hotel and bus stop is outside the hotel entrance. Walking distance to Little india station. Cons: No bidet, thin walls (you can hear people talking outside the room)

They’re so near bugis and only few train station from orchard. They 7/11 beside them for quick snacks and things you quickly need.

Little India area, good food and access to transport”

Food courts around, Little India and Newton. Great rooftop pool! Bus stop and train very close. Close to Orchard Road and National Museum. Really good location to get around by walking, bus or train. Expensive but all accomodation in Singapore is - the earlier you book the best price you will get.
