Excellent hotel”

this hotel is was well placed for myself working out on the west coast, so ideal for cutting down the travel time back to town everyday. the price for this hotel is very reasonable considering general prices in singapore. near by is an excellent strip of bars at pasir panjang village.

Ideally located hotel”

The west coast park is a very nice place and i will recommend to my friends if they want to come here again.Singapore is a very nice city with many greenery and friendly place to visit again.I will sure come back again.It is strongly recommended to those who have not been here or who are planning to come.

Great location and hotel service is awesome.”

Fragrance Hotel is a chain hotel operator all over the island in Singapore.Apparently the one at Waterfront is ideal for all travellers visiting to Singapore as the location is just minutes away to all available highways leading to the whole island. Waterfront is also just within the nature itself with fresh air in the early morning.Amazingly,various type of food are easily available round the clock just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. U got to try it to experience it and to believe it.U will love it if U don't mind the room is a little small but it's still comfortable.

Good location near bus stop, food places and park!”

The stay at this hotel was a short one but the room was relatively comfortable. However, the important part is the location. Food is just around the corner and bus stop is right in front of it! Talk about accessibility! There's a west coast park not far from the hotel so it's great for a short walk after dinner. Staffs were friendly and service was good. Basic necessities like towel, toothbrush, soap, etc. were provided. TV programmes were watchable and caters to all ages.

generally it is good. room condition is good. it is near to how pow park mrt station. it is walking distance to nus which is our destination. it have several restaurant nearby which provide variety of food choice. it have a two 7-11 nearby. it is also walking distance to west coast park which is a good running spot!

HOTEL CLOSE TO UNIVERSITY CAMPUS”

Wonderful as our reason for stay was to attend my daughter's graduation at NUS. The hotel had everything for a night's stay i.e hot water, hair dryer, iron, jug kettle, tv, what more can i ask for a short stay.Parking was also available so i would recommend to those who want to drive into Singapore Shops and restaurants located at 50m distance from the hotel were very convenient.

Great location but small rooms”

the hotel is very clean! the staff is very friendly. the hotel location is a great location, for tourist that wants to go to the beach of singapore(sentosa) there is a straight bus to the entrance(vivo city), then have to take the monorail.

Quiet and Convenient”

Staff were very helpful. The hotel was clean and well run with efficient air conditioning.The breakfast room outdoors was great for the tropics and the breakfast plentiful if you so chose.Snacks and beers during the day/ evening were well priced and good.The proximity to the public transport system was a great bonus it took only minutes and you were at the Harbourfront complexes yet the location was quieter away from large amounts of traffic.

Great location but small bathroom”

location is good because it is quite near our training venue so we have ample time to prepare in the morning before going to the training. transportation is good as well since the bus stop is just outside the hotel and most of the places we went to only take just one bus ride. the hotel room looks good and is comfortable with amenities like tv, dvd player and it has good air conditioning too. the hotel staff are very accommodating and courteous, so we didn’t have second thoughts on asking them for directions, etc. restroom is quite small. although the bus stop is just right outside the hotel, the mrt stations are quite far and i was thinking that sometimes it is faster to take the mrt than a bus. although the room has a window for natural light, it cannot be opened so there is no option for fresh air. there are only a few food shops nearby and mostly indian. there is no access for free internet and even the public wifi for tourists does not reach it. internet connection service of the hotel costs something like 5 sgd for 2 hours, 10 sgd for 10 hours and it's only valid for a single session.

nice room 301”

okay, this is my 3rd stay in singapore and i was there to visit some factory. this hotel is the nearest and the room is very compact and comfortable, it's neat. I got room 301 and it's superb. But the next day when i got different room, 201, it's not that good. but anyway it was a pleasant stay.

Good value for money”

It is an ideal location and a great value for money for backpackers. The room had pretty much everything from air conditioner (a must in Singapore) to hair dryer. The only thing it was lacking was `space', for example, there was hardly any space for keeping your suitcase, especially if two `single' persons stay.

clean room.very close to nuh hospital.”

This is good for people who come for treatments in national university hospital since it is 5 doller taxi fare to hospital.you can take the mrt from the hospital to go to downtown.clean comfertable bed and good reception service.but rooms are small and bathroom too small.dont have space to take a shower.however most of the singapore hotels have this issue.nevertheless you only go to the room to sleep.so can tolerate this.

Pricey budget hotel”

But overall it is still a good budget hotel with a very good location. Very convenient to 7-11, restaurant and there's a 24 hours local food place. Easily accessible to places like vivo city, sentosa, town area and the nearest shopping mall West Coast Plaza as the bus stop is just right in front of the hotel. The only downfall is the pricey cost of a budget hotel as the facilities are limited and the room is small.

Great budget hotel. ”

Hotel is clean and functional and is near to bus services that can bring you to MRT. It is 15 mins bus ride to major shopping centre. If you are visiting National University of School this will be the only hotel available. No major complains if you are looking for a budget hotel that is clean. However location might not be idea if you intend to visit major singapore tourist attraction.

Small value hotel”

the hotel is located conveniently at west coast of singapore. the space is not big, but it's ok considering it's a 2-star hotel. the hotel walls and doors have very poor noise insulation. you can almost hear what people at next door is talking about.

first of all, i am pretty happy with the stay. good showering facility. they keep the room clean and good. the staff members are polite and helpful. if you are in need of a cab, just drop by the lobby and inform the staff. they will book a cab for you and they will arrive promptly. the location is quite near to haw par villa. in terms of food, just walk around 10 meters and make a right turn around the traffic light junction. you will find a stretch of good local food restaurants. i went for the indian shop around 3pm in the morning. they serve a lot of good mix of western and local food. you will be able to find pizza, fish & chips, teh tarek, kopi tarek and much more. i would love to visit the hotel again in the future.

Good place to rest for the night”

room is better during this stay, provides complimentary hygiene kit and water. nothing much to expect as it's a budget hotel; an excellent place to take a good nights rest then go around Singapore during the day.

It'accessible to tourist spots n mall,nice n clean”

It was awesome.Besides having a very helpful and accomodating staff they make sure that the place is clean. Though rooms are small there is still a space to leave your luggage. They provide us with water and coffee everyday. Wifi is also available. I think its best to provide bathroom slippers. Staffs always greets customer going in and out,overall we have a good place to stay at this hotel and can recommend it to friends and relatives if they are on a tight budget.Well done Fragrance hotel Waterfront.
