Place was nice, service so so. Was disappointed when we found out the breast milk to we requested to store and freeze it, it was not done. In the end all the breast milk were spoilt, and we had to throw away, 3 days worth of breasat milk.

Good but can probably get better bang for buck elsewhere”
Check-in was fairly straightforward and pleasant. When we entered the room the aircon hadn't been turned on and the room was a bit stuffy, which would have been appreciated after a day of travel. Room was fine, the marble looked worse for wear although there was a note saying they were in the process of resurfacing. Body lotion would have been appreciated but not a major issue, other standard amenities were available. Shower amenities were replaced daily, I'd recommend that staff leave the open tubes as well as provide a new one so there's not so much wastage, we felt bad only using half a tube and then having a brand new one after. Pool was comfortable, although trying to get through to concierge to order drinks and food took a fair bit of time. All in all a decent hotel, but for what you pay here you will probably get better elsewhere in Singapore.

Room is pretty nice but the control for lights is beside the tv so you cannot lie in bed and off lights like other hotels. Control is also not very user friendly. Room switch seemed to off everytime u step out of the room and it will reset the controls everytime u come back like the binds in the toilet will be up so you will need to reset it again. Overall it’s a pretty nice hotel in great location.

Is a convenient place to stay. Walking distance to City Hall, Funan and many attractions locations. Room can be improved with hangers in the toilet. Control of lights be reachable. Overall still a nice place to stay.

I didn’t know when I made the booking that the terms are that the room only gets cleaned once per week ( if you’re there over a week) you have to call each time you want clean towels. We’ve never come across this before

Stayed for nearly 3 weeks (Business trip) and had a good experience. Room very nice and clean. Staff overall very friendly. Had monitor issues with room control and the app to control light and AC. Staff in restaurant was okay but I recommend to pay even more attention to hygiene when serving and cleaning food (same employee server and clean at same time)

Cosy and convenient location”
Had a cosy 2 nights stay at the hotel. The staff were very accommodating for my early check-in and provided a complimentary birthday cake for my friend. However the room aircon was quite weak even though it was set to high with high fan as well, the room temperature was still recorded as around 25 degrees. The water pressure in the shower was also quite weak. However, overall it was still a pleasant stay!

Wonderful stay for the whole family”
The staff Tiffany, Vickey from Front Desk were very nice, friendly and accommodating. Appreciate their kindness with the check-in process. Uncle Lornie from Concierge gave us a warm welcome and helped us with our luggages. Thankyou. Room was spacious, modern and clean. Beds were comfy. The Crystal Lounge was so convenient, there is a microwave, water dispenser and vending machine. My family and I break our fast and have our pre-dawn meals there. The pool is nice, my kids enjoy it so much. Location is superb, many food options opposite at Funan Mall and Raffles City as well. Overall it was an awesome stay in the city.
