My trip to Singapore was my first holiday trip alone with the kids after becoming a single mom. I feel very fortunate to have chosen Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre as it was a major contribution to making my entire trip a success. The staffs were truly very attentive and helpful. The bedroom was amazing, nicely sized with very comfy beds and pillows. Our third day there I wanted to go out shopping with the children but all three kids declined preferring to stay in the room instead. LOL. Overall I had a great experience in Singapore and a very lovely stay in the hotel. I promised the kids that we will come back and I'm definitely staying this hotel again when I do. Well done Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre.

Value for money”
holiday inn singapore orchard city centre is loacted near the dhoby gaut mrt station and has many malls within close walking distance. our impressions were that this was a good quality hotel. the staff were professional. the rooms were clean and well maintained. the rooftop pool was lovely, as were the gym and sauna and other facilities. would recommend this hotel. very covienient for shopping and great value for money as well.

have only good things to say about holiday inn singapore orchard city center.the price of the hotel is very reasonable. the rooms are big enough and have everything we needed. the entire hotel is well maintained. the staffs are friendly and accommodating. for those who want to eat outside the hotel there are a couple of good eateries that are open 24 hours. orchard road is very near. somerset mrt station is just a few minutes walk which can bring you to almost everywhere in the country.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Orchard City Center. We arrived early on the overnight train from KL and hoped to leave our luggage at the hotel until check in time later in the day. However, we were thrilled that the reception clerk allowed us to check in early at no extra charge. Our room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. We had upgraded to Executive Club and really enjoyed its benefits including the afternoon tea and the cocktail hours. The Executive Club and hotel staff were all very professional and catered to all of our needs. We will certainly stay at the Holiday Inn Orchard City Center on our next visit to Singapore.

More suited to tourists than business”
I was really impressed with the look of this hotel. It's better than your average Holiday Inn. It's in a very good location just off Orchard Road opposite Somerset MRT a 10 min strole away. Lots of cheap food centres, 7-11's and all the shopping centres. Directly outside the rear is a nice area of bars and restaurants. The premier delux we stayed in was a good size. Very modern styling. It had everything you needed and the equipment was good quality, power hair drier. The only negative about this place is that the internet is not included in the lower priced packages offered and they hike the price of the packages to include internet. The charges are steep, although if you get a good room deal and have to pay extra it means the total price is maybe still lower than some other hotels. I am a tourist but my husband needs to work, we do a lot of internet research. Just a warning.

Excellent Hotel in Ideal Location”
We were extremely pleased with our choice of hotel in Singapore booked through Agoda which was completed without problems. The Holiday Inn is a quality hotel with all the facilities and standards one would expect from this hotel chain. The Holiday Inn is in a ideal location just off Orchard Road and only a pleasant 10 minute walk along Orchard Road to the MRT. Although eating in the hotel was a little expensive I would definitely stay here again as there are numerous places to eat in the area to suit all tastes and pockets.

we enjoyed our stay at holiday inn singapore orchard hotel. the room is very spacious and the beds are comfortable, good size and we were able to choose the pillows that we liked. the location is also great it's just a corner away from orchard road, so we saved on taxi fares. we were also satisfied with service of the staff assigned to our room. the hotel is also very clean and complete with all the amenities that we need.

Great central location, nice room and outdoor pool”
I first enjoyed the concierge staff greeting me upon arrival with 4 baggages before i stepped out of the taxi with a helpful and great attitude. I explained to them I will need to check in later as I have to go for my dental appointment on time and please hold on to our baggage first. 2 hrs later at checkin, the process was quick and easy and our luggages was delivered soon after. My husband and I were also impressed with Doris the duty manager who assisted us to refrigerate 10 kg of cake which was a gift from our client in Jakarta. The bed was soft and comfortable to sleep in and the amenities were ok, however we do think it is kind of ridiculous or petty to charge for internet access when free wifi is available at the pool level and many hotspots surrounding the hotel and all across Singapore. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will make our recommendation to our friends and we look forward to staying at the holiday inn orchard again the next time we are in Singapore

Great Value”
The hotel is located just off of Orchard road which is ideal for shopping and is only 20 minutes away from the Airport. Just outside the back of the hotel is a road with bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. We have travelled to Singapore many times and the Holiday Inn Orchard represents a good location at a reasonable price and overall value for money. We are a family of 4 and were upgraded FOC to a suite with 2 extra beds and this more than met our needs.

i only stayed for a night with my friends (there was 3 of us), but my overall experience was definitely 5/5. we arrived early in singapore and got an early check-in which totally helped because we weren't planning to stay in the city center to wait for 2pm. when we got into our hotel room, everything was neat, there was extra towels and overall, a really great room for the cheap price we paid for it. we even found an extra pillow which was a great bonus. location, location, location! that is definitely the best part about this hotel. it was so close to orchard and even the somerset mrt station. we didn't get breakfast with our room, so waking up in the morning to get some food was way easy. we're already planning for another trip to singapore and have already decided to stay at this hotel again. i would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good stay in singapore!

Exceptional”
I love the stay with holiday inn city centre. I have requested a room with bath tub facility and mistakenly they put us on shower only room and asked the front desk to get the room with a bath tub, they quickly find us another room with a bath tub. All staff are nice and friendly and location is in the heart of orchard rd just walking distance to centrepoint shopping mall and mrt station. I love the view of the sunrise from our room too.

Simple no fuss and great”
Check in was fast and without hassle, In general the doormen were very attentive. The room was quite large i would say maybe another 5m^2 larger then most. Though the hotel and room was clean there was a smell when you first enter the room which would dissipate after 5 minutes of having the a/c on. Location to orchard road shopping is just 5 miuntes work away. There are several restaurants just down stairs and across the road. As is a 24hour prata house and 7/11. The bar staff was very friendly and had a nice chat whilst i was watching tv and having a drink. In general the Holiday Inn is a safe bet no matter where you go in the world and it's no wonder why. I would return again if i were coming back to singapore to shop in orchard.

Impeccable stay”
From the title you can see that I am beyond satisfied. Our flight arrived earlier than scheduled (I had previously requested an early check in online), they are very accommodating. We got our early check in. The bed was spacious! It's one of those rare hotels in singapore that have 2 double beds (usually they are singles) so the room can accommodate 4 people. Location was strategic at the gate of orchard. No need to worry about food, there are plenty across the hotel. And what most memorable for me is that, after a long day outside, I came back to my room to find that they had sent me a cake, with a happy birthday on it. It was my birthday that day! They are so so thoughtful! Thank you Holiday Inn Orchard City Center! :) Definitely a recommended stay and I will be back for more :D

Good value & Nice rooms”
At this Holiday Inn - the room we got has 2 queen sized beds & comfy pillows, so comfortable we slept really good. My compliments to the front desk guy, Ravi, who is one of the nicest and most professional persons I have encountered at any hotel. The location is very good right next to Cuppage Rd that has so many picks of good food. Breakfast was quite good but the space is somewhat crowded (but as many hotels are). This Holiday Inn is one of the top picks for us while staying in Singapore, and is really good value. I hope this Holiday Inn stays good value and we will surely stay there again.

This is my third time staying in Holiday Inn City centre. Its convenient location and spacious beds (their twin beds can accomodate up to 4 people) are their best selling points. Staffs are also friendly and response quickly at guest's request. I guess one improvement would be free wi fi in each room. Currently free wi fi only available at the lounge. Apart from that, i will definitely recommended this hotel, especially if you want to go shopping around Orchard road.

The location of this hotel is why I chose to stay here again as it's a stone's throw from Orchard Road and there are a good selection of bars and restaurants on the doorstep.This was my 2nd visit. The hotel is quite old now and some of the rooms maybe could do with a touch up, but it is very clean and comfortable. My bathroom was very small and my shower was in the bath and not a walk in shower, which I would ususally expect nowadays from a 4 or 5 star hotel. However, I don't spend all my time in the bathroom and it was perfectly adequate. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast had a good selection of food on offer. I'll probably be back in Singapore in 2014 and almost certainly will book back into the Holiday Inn.
