Cozy..Location & Great Christmas Experience.. ”

I first say thank you for an enjoyable Christmas experience given the intercontinental hotel.. The staff are very accommodating and very friendly, spacious rooms, great location and beautiful decor. This is a luxury hotel that is fun for me and the family . Hotel is close to Bugis MRT, just need to walk for a while and we've been able to access the mrt to explore Singapore, the service provided staff is perfect, and do not forget the rooms are large and comfortable mattress give a perfect rest ​after a tiring day exploring christmas in Singapore, clean bathroom. Thank you for the services provided by the intercontinental hotel . Sorry for late review.. thanks once again.. I would definetely come back next christmas....

One of the best hotels to stay in when in Singapore ”

Had the most relaxing and comfortable stay at the Intercon. The staff were all fantastic..Especially Michael, at check -in and Desmond and Peter. The rooms ( we upgraded to a suite on the 14th floor which had complimentary access to the Club Continental lounge) were super comfortable. Our college going daughter, stayed with us most nights and the fold out complimentary bed in the living room was extremely comfortable. The Club Lounge facilities are worth the extra money you pay..the food is par excellence and so is the service! The location is the best part of the hotel connected to Bugis Junction, it offers everything from shopping to eating ( every kind of cuisine) to entertainment ( the Cineplex is located on the top floor of Bugis Mall) This was one of the best stays we've had in Singapore and we are very regular visitors to the city and have stayed in many hotels and serviced apartments. Would give the Intercontinental 5 out of 5 stars!

As a local, we spent our Lunar New Year here. I cannot recommend this hotel enough to tourists visiting Singapore! It is conveniently located above Bugis MRT Station, & just next to the Bugis Street & mall. Hotel is beautiful, & the connecting room we had was newly renovated. Clean, great staff, & beautiful. Price is very reasonable for such standard! Will be back again! Even for a staycation! It's well worth it! =)

Best experienced we had. Very accesible to the shopping area, hospitals. Staff anticipates your needs. They are easy to converse with and most have a pleasant disposition towards work. Hotel,s ambience is 5 star quality. A very quiet place, and room whre you can really rest. Food quality, presentation is very good. Variety of buffet prepared each day. You are assured that you are secured staying in intercontinental singapore and if given a chance I would love to come back and stay again in this hotel.Our 5 day stay is a very memorable one and looking forward to going back to singapore and will definitely book again in this hotel. Just next time please give us a higher floor room, though we requested for this and was transferred the following day.Thank you.

National day/Birthday ”

It was a most wonderful staycation for us. We checked in with the intention of celebrating my husband's birthday and national day. We stay at Intercontinental for all our occasions and celebrations, this was probably the 4th time this year. We were served by the well spoken Josiah at reception, he was very attentive and even chose one of the newly furnished rooms for us. As what I understood from the staff, the hotel is currently going thru some upgrading works and the olive tree restaurant will be changed to Ash & Elm in September. The newly furnished rooms were awesome. Even the corridors were given a nice facelift to match the interiors of the room. Also took the opportunity to try out the hotel's facilities like the gym and the sauna which were all equipped with new equipments. Breakfast was quite repetitive though, perhaps because we have stayed for so many times, we find the breakfast options to be the same every time. Overall it was a most relaxing and satisfying stay for us and I would definitely recommend it to couples who are looking for luxurious hotel to stay in but at value for money prices.

Best Staycation Hotel”

Had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental Singapore. Super friendly and helpful staffs. I was celebrating my wife's birthday and we were given a complimentary cake, free room upgrade and a late checkout at 2pm. Location is very accessible to eateries, shopping mall and tourist attractions. Breakfast was also great with variety of food choices. If only it is Halal, then it'll be superb. Will definitely return for future staycations.

Very Nice Hotel in the Middle of Town”

This property lived up to the Intercontinental name. Although the check -in was longer than expected but everything else worked. The staff are well trained, friendly, cheerful and helpful. After checked in, we had to change to a twin bed room and it was done without any hassle. Breakfast line was long and I think this might be a problem for those who are dining in. We did not take the breakfast in hotel as we prefer local breakfast in the stalls in the attached Bugis Junction food court. You can get a free per entry day pass for car park and that can be helpful as parking in Singapore can be expensive. Hotel is in the middle of a medium end shopping district. If you want, you can get on the subway and be in high end Orchard Road in 5 minutes. Good hotel and well managed. Will definitely be staying there again.

Had an awesome weekend stay at Intercontinental Singapore. The experience was made better by the friendly and attentive staff at the Club Lounge who were on duty on the 27th - 28th Feb weekend. Would like to give a special shoutout to the Club Lounge's female manager (didnt manage to get her name) and also Nick who served us that weekend. Would definitely be back at Intercontinental SG! :)

Very pleasant hotel!”

I typically stay at the Sheraton, Shangri-La or St. Regis when in Singapore but for this particular date, all these hotels were over and there was no way that I was going to try to get that through my expenses! So I looked on Agoda at all the hotels in this rage and opted for this one as it was close to Bugis and though if i had time, I'd pop across the road for some shopping. Unfortunately, on this short visit, there wasn't time! The hotel was great, staff friendly and very clean and safe. Only one downside, I saw an advert for the Dim sum breakfast in my room but unfortunately, I found that this was only for the weekends! Reasonable price, I paid which converted to about including taxes I guess! I recall the internet was chargeable and the room was a little on the small side but for one night, that wasn't important. I'd stay here again though and maybe squeeze in some shorrping at Bugis next time!

Fantastic location, friendly staff”

Booked 3 nights for a stopover in Singapore. Location is fantastic and easy to get to from Changi via the MRT. Everything you would want to see is either a short MRT ride away or within walking distance. Intercontinental is attached to Bugis Junction shopping centre so retail therapy is not far away, but the crown in the jewel is Bugis Street markets which lies across the road. Don't forget to haggle! Staff are very friendly and check-in was quick and hassle free. The concierge were very helpful in liasing with a luggage repair company who had to take in my partner's suitcase which was damaged on the flight. Would definitely stay here again!

Splendid Singapore Intercontinental”

Intercontinental hotel in Singapore is a home for me when in Singapore. Wonderful and beautiful hotel with great staff who I find some of the best in any hotel I have stayed in across the world. The room rate is pretty good for such a gorgeous hotel and as a intercontinental hotels ambassador the room upgrade and extras make the rate very reasonable. Location is great with taxis, MRT and lots in walking distance as well. The staff remembered me from previous trips and were as welcoming as ever. Really makes staying there like coming home. My husband and I brought our little nieces and nephew here and all of us truly enjoyed our time here. We love the spacious rooms, the accessibility to Bugis areas, as well as outdoor swimming pool. On top of that, the staff were all great! Service was amazing and the lobby of the hotel just smells wonderful. the intercontinental is a very well known brand of hotel and the singapore hotel is of the same standard you have come to expect. excellent service and accommodation and at a price that is standard for central singapore. quality of room, food options and service is all very good. rooms are quite spacious with everything you need. location is near marina bay and bug is you can walk to a metro stop there are many bus routes locally within 5 minute walk and you have the art gallery and museum on your doorstep.

All the things in this hotel is amazigmg.. very helpful and humble staff, very strategic location (they have a connecting door with bugis mall -MRT station, and how i lovee the high ceilings and big bathroom.. and also the christmas tree (it was christmas). i really love this hotel and highly recommend this hotel ..would love to stay here again and again!

Intercontinental Singapore is located at perfect place for shopping, dinning and city tour. Also, hotel staff are very kind and helpful. I have stayed one night with my two kids - 7 and 10 years old. We can slip at two twin bed room without any problem. Bedding is extremely comfortable. But, I need pay 50 SGD for extra person.

It was my 3rd time staying at Intercontinental and everything was perfect! Two weeks before my arrival, Intercontinental Reservation staff's sent me email asking about what they can do during my stay there. They asked me regarding estimated time of arrival (so they can arranged room in time when I arrived), airport transfer (they provide airport transfer but it chargeable), Room request (The best things was all my request were fulfilled by Intercontinental). I am sure I will come back and stay in Continental again when I go to Singapore.

It's the best because: 1. Breakfast is better than other 5-star hotel in terms of quality. Opens from 6-1030am 2. Smart phone free wifi in the room. No need to buy local sim upon arrival 3. Location. Connected to a mall that has all the good buys you need (mid-range price) and restos to enjoy (Crystal Jade, etc), plus MRT Bugis Station 4. Elegant hotel, quality beds, fluffy towels 5. Warm service from front desk, concierge and resto 6. The upgraded Business package I got gave free 2-pc laundry (excellent quality and service) 7. Room is big for Singapore standard

Top-notch service and location that can't be beat”

I booked this hotel for my parents when they visited over the holidays. I wanted a convenient hotel that will be comfortable and provided great service -- couldn't have been happier. (I had also arranged for my parents to stay one night at MBS, which was interesting and beds much smaller there, but they definitely enjoyed their experience at Interconn more.) The location can't be beat and service was truly top-notch. The rooms, although more traditional hotel style, was very comfortable. TV is smaller than most newer hotels but the beds were comfy. It is surprisingly well-maintained for what is considered a more established hotel. Bugis always feels a bit chaotic to me but the minute you walk into the hotel, you feel very calm and relaxed. Staff was extremely helpful from the moment we checked in. I would highly recommend for anyone's next stay (especially with the deals on Agoda!) in Singapore.

Great location and Clean Hotel”

We went there 2 nights for a short period staycation. Location is great, beside bugis junction and many other restaurants. Room is very clean and big, we like the space, everything about the room is good, simply love their design. The down side is they do not provide complimentary parking coupon because the carpark belongs to bugis junction, instead we can either purchase a $20 per day per entrance parking coupon or park outside the hotel if they still have an empty car space. Also due to covid, some entrance is close which we spend some time to figure out a way in and out of the hotel to shopping to outside and back.
