Beautiful hotel in fabulous location”

We chose the Pan Pacific for its location to the waterfront and also based on previous Agoda reviews. We were not disappointed! Loved it from the moment we walked in. Welcoming feel in foyer, lovely Christmas Tree and Gingerbread house, as we were there a few days before Christmas. At check-in we were offered an up-grade to the Business Executive package, the best $70 per night I've ever spent! This gave us a room (with a balcony) over looking the Esplanade Theatres and the Marina Bay Sands hotel comlex. Loved looking out at night at the beautiful lighting displays and in the morning watching the sun appear through the fog. We were entitled to use the business office facilities, great for checking and printing our flight details for travelling home. It gave us access to the hospitality room on our last afternoon. Wonderful to have somewhere quiet to sit before leaving for the airport. Best of all were the breakfast, morning teas, afternoon teas, the evening drinks and canapes on the 22nd floor. My daughter said we'd never have to go out to eat, could happily stay up high and watch Singapore do its thing! Can't wait for an excuse to travel back to Singapore and stay at the Pan Pacific!

Lovely stay”

We had a wonderful stay at the Pan Pacific on Raffles Boulevard. When we initially checked in we realised it was probably more of a business hotel than a family hotel as our kids were the only children there and there were lots of smartly attired business people around. The staff however were more than attentive towards us and very friendly toward the kids. Our city suite was lovely and spacious with plenty of room for all 4 of us. The room was provided with a Nespresso coffee machine, which unfortunately we never got round to trying out. The room service staff when called upon were very prompt, they always gave us extra bottles of water and also provided a turn down service every evening. The beds were very comfortable and our huge walk in shower with rain showerhead was fantastic. There was only 1 kids TVs channel but as we were hardly in the room and only there to sleep, this wasn't such an issue. The pool was small but again not an issue for my boys as it was quite quiet and they frequently had the whole pool to themselves which they loved. The location was great and there's a shopping centre literally attached that links the pan Pacific, mandarin oriental and the Marina Mandarin together with good shops and a food court on the top floor. It's a short walk down to the bay where all the bars and restaurants are. Special mention goes to TJ our lovely concierge / guest services executive guy. He managed to book a trip out to sentosa island for us including the dolphin discovery experience which we had been trying to do 2 weeks prior with no luck as no one had replied to the 3 email enquiries I made! TJ managed to sort it all out for us in less than 15 minutes, book everything we wanted and gave us very handy tips for our day out there. He was also a star with our 2 boys and in our opinion went above and beyond for us!! We will definitely come back to Pan Pacific for any of our future trips to Singapore. Definitely worth its 5* rating.

Excellent customer service & wonderful location”

Excellent hotel with fantastic customer service and in a great location. When we were greeted by a friendly Lobby Ambassador from our taxi and taken through to the front counter on our arrival - we new that they take customer service seriously. This countinued throughout our stay for 7 nights. We stayed in a deluxe room on the 13 floor - we found the room big, comfortable and welcomed the free wi-fi and daily newspapers. The location is excellent, Marina Square accessible from Level 2 and 3 of the hotel, close to 3 MRT stations (we predominantly used the Promendade accessible via the Millenia Walk Shopping centre as the closest). We briefly looked at Millenia Walk and Suntec City Shopping Centre, however Marina Square has everything you would need. We noticed most shops did not open until 11am. The hotel kindly accomodated us with a free late check out at 3pm. Very comfortable, professional and with a high level of customer service - would strongly consider returning if in Singapore again. Friends and family who live in Singapore commented on us staying in a 5* hotel - my reply was we got a great deal on Agoda. Tip - ensure you tell the taxi driver you are in the Pan Pacific Marina Bay next to Suntec City.

Excellent location, spacious, great room amenities”

Travelled from 26 to 28 July with a baby. For a family with a big pram it is very important to have a big room for stroller and baby cot. The only minus was deficit of baby bed, though we pre-ordered. We stayed during Hari Raya celebration and hotel was full of families with small kids. But twin bed was very big and we slept with our son fine. Another thing was during this holiday - breakfast demanded from one to keep half an hour queue to be seated. But in this case also we got regret letter in the room advising to cone before 9 am to avoid long waiting. In addition to that management arranged two more levels to serve guests. This shows how this hotel is customer-oriented. I liked 3 desks fir check-in that helped to avoid queueing as well. Consierges are helpful about the city. Interior is just excellent, while waiting for check-in you can relax on the ground floor and enjoy comfortable atmosphere in circle-shaped sofas and watching splendid height with lighted internal lifts. Location is excellent. 10 meters away is bus stop, 50 meters away is MTR station, hotel is linked to millenia walk, marina square, suntec city centres. Taxis are always available. Swimming pool is always in the best position: while Conrad hotel or Mandarin hotel swimming pools were either already (in the evening) or still (in the morning) in a shadow, Pan Pacific pool was in a full sun. We had panoramic view room on the 32th floor (3228). The problem was with waiting for lift at times, but during this time one could go to another corner of the corridor and enjoy either Marina Bay view (we watched fireworks for independence day rehearsal) or view Singapore flyer and Marina Bay Sands.

A great hotel in the heart of Singapore.”

We stayed in a Deluxe room which was very comfortable and had excellent free Wifi, a desk with ergo chair and a large LCD TV with views overlooking the Raffles hotel. Looking back at out stay, I would have liked to stayed in the executive club rooms due to the inclusions there such as free drinks and the high cost of alcoholic beverages in Singapore inside and outside the hotel. (double the price of Australia). The hotel provided very superior customer service with excellent staff who were very helpful. The hotel is connected to a mall which enables you to walk to Raffles and into Singapore without the need of a taxi. We enjoyed the Pool and recreational areas in the hotel. The Pool is excellent with underwater music! and compimentary bottled water. We had dinner one night at the Chinese restaurant on the top floor which was fabulous and had spectatular views over singapore (not as good as from Ku De Ta at Marina bay sands though). For Fitness lovers, the gym at the Pan Pacific is excellent and very well equipped with a trainer on standby. All in all, We had a 5 star experience and would definately come back on our next stay in Singapore.

I recently visit Singapore 2 times and this hotel was my first option. Excellent location for first time visitors, walking distance from marina square and the merlion. The is a shopping mall just across the street that mall that can be accessed from the hotel, breakfast is great. I recommend this hotel over other options, they understand the excellent service makes the difference. Staff is very courteous, my wife was arriving from the airport late at night and did not have cash to pay the taxi, the personal in the entrance of the hotel took care of the payment, they welcome my wife took care of the baggage and then put the expense into my room charges, really convenient, thanks. My room did not have a great view, but honestly, I preferred to enjoy the room and enjoy the Singapore landscape by going out from the hotel. I did not use the gym, but it looks great. Didn't use the pool but it look great, there is a garden and a big fish pond in the entrance of a japanese restaurant in the 4 floor of this hotel. You can enjoy the view of the Marina Sands from this point. By the way I visited and is more impressive from outside than in the inside. I will definitely stay again in the Pan Pacific Singapore Hotel.

Nice hotel, great location”

Overall a pleasant stay. We were in transition back to the states and needed a place to crash and the Agoda price was right. The room was smaller than we would have liked and did not have bay view, only city view. We stayed through the Singapore National Day festivities. Rooms on the bay view are bigger and have the premium view of the National Day festivities, especially the fireworks. There is a great pool for lounging and hanging out (not for swimming laps). The breakfast buffet is the largest and most diverse I've eaten at in Singapore. The business center is AMAZING. The entire 22nd floor is dedicated to the business center and they have dedicated person staffed to show you where to go to and they also provided coffee service which was above and beyond. They have very up to date office equipment (computers, printers, etc.). They even have a restroom in the office space I used (highly unusual and convenient in Singapore). Exercise room was adequate albeit not overwhelming. The bar/cafe area off the main lobby was also quite nice...served a nice menu of bar bites which were adequate for a light lunch or dinner and nicely priced as well. Access to malls was uber-convenient. You can head over to pick up snacks, drinks and necessities. Also, the mall gives you alternative meal options. We also took advantage of the Reflexology shops which were actually en route to the mall (cheaper option than full blown massage treatments at the hotel). The one thing I was most impressed with was the highly trained staff at all of the locations I described above (restaurant, bar/cafe, pool, exercise room, business center, checkin, concierge, bellhops, parking attendants). Not a single bad interaction with any of the staff and they were COMPLETELY attentive to the needs of the customer. Phenomenal experience with the service....truly world class. The Pan Pacific had a great staff and that is their greatest asset.

Formula 1 stay”

Great location with marina bay view, near to MRT and overlooking the race track. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows, wonderful bathrooms too, staff very helpful and keen to ensure their guests have a great experience. Only downside is that the higher floors do not have balconies. The lower floors do have balconies which is great, but they are concrete so you have to stand up to look over the top - glass frontages would be nicer. The gym was good, but the pool rather smaller and circular and not enough sunbeds for the size of the hotel, each day I went out the beds were all full by lunchtime. The food was not very good and could do with improvement. Overall a great stay though, made great by the staff who really do the hotel proud, especially the staff who deal with guest requests on number '0' and 'Steven' of room service who was very knowledgeable about Singapore and presented my room service with flair. I preferred Pan Pacific because of the great service, comfortable beds and sleek modern bathrooms to the other more expensive well known hotel in Singapore that I also stayed at.

The location of Pan Pacific is great, close to subway station, easy to get taxi, next door is a big shopping mall...the most wonderful thing is you can walk to marina bay where you will see the famous merlion and Marina Bay Sands Hotel, the night view of marina bay is fantastic. The service of the hotel is really good, they are very friendly, patient and cooperative, after the first night I couldn't sleep well because of the noise of cars running on the street, the next day they got me a another room on higher floor, but I still felt noisy, then they got me the third one which is quiet for me, and I did sleep well during the rest nights of my stay, thanks very much for their care and definitely I will stay in this hotel again when I go back to Singapore.

Grat Hotel”

It was the first time we choose the Pan Pacific Singapore Hotel but it won't be the last time. As hotels in Singapore are all on a more expensive level, I can fully recommend the Pan Pacific Singapore Hotel for it's a good value for money. The design of the lobby, of the facilities and of the rooms is great. Especially the room is perfect - huge, nice bathroom, very comfortable bed etc. Location is directly at the Marina Bay. Great for shopping and sight seeing.

we booked to stay at the pan pacific singapore based on other reviews we had read and we're very happy we did so. we let the hotel know it was our anniversary when booking and they surprised us with a cake to celebrate! we also had an amazing view of marina sands, the merlion & the singapore flyer... we couldn't have been more pleased. the bed and pillows were among the best we've had at any hotels we've stayed at. staff at the hotel were really friendly and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. the whole hotel had a general feel of comfort and calm about it which was nice after a whole day out and about. the hotel is attached to marina square which you can go for shopping or food. really close by is suntec shopping complex - be prepared for a full day if you want to see most of it.

Fantastic Hotel”

Hotel is strategically located between shopping centres. Walking to Suntec City or Marina Square from the hotel is a breeze due to the interconnecting covered walkways. Very close proximity to the Marina Bay area. Room is spacious, very well furnished with modern touches. Service is phenomenal!Very attentive and helpful staff made our stay fantastic as always. We've been staying in this hotel since 2008, whenever we are in Singapore and we'll never get tired coming back. Pan Pacific Singapore is our HOME away from home!

we have just returned from our singapore trip and i just had to make this review for pan pacific hotel. we had a great stay and there was nothing i could find fault with the hotel. check in was swift and easy and we got our request for a room with a king bed granted. the room was clean and spacious enough for an extra bed. we were very comfortable that we always ended up waking up after 10am. internet connection was fast and my kids didn't have to fight over the laptop. the other one could use the galaxy tab. i had an ipad that i could access my email with. there was also a lounge on the 26th floor (which is where we stayed) that one could have some coffee or tea at. they also had cookies and there was a tv where you can watch bloomberg. bottled water was given everyday and you could also have tea or coffee inside the room. location was very good as it is connected to the marina square, suntec and millenia walk and within easy distance to esplanade and the shops at raffles hotel. orchard is around 30minutes walk. we ate at an excellent chicken place at seah st. called sin swee kee and i highly recommend it as the food is excellent but inexpensive. if you don't care to walk so far, there's a food republic at suntec and the following are recommended: sargeant chicken rice, fortunate restaurant (their dimsum selections are very, very good) and there's also a korean place and a toastbox. hotel staff was very accommodating. i have to mention katrina and anna, two lovely ladies who were only too willing to help us.

Lovely spacious hotel”

Pan Pacific Marina Bay is a very well-maintained hotel considering it has been there for sometime. It has the luxurious feel of a big hotel and with a very good view of the Singapore skyline from our 32nd-floor room, my kids simply love it. The bathroom is very spacious and the staff are all very polite. We were granted a late check-out as soon as we requested for it. It is so well-connected to the convention center and other malls in the Marina Bay area that it is convenient to find food or just go for a walk.

Comfortable & Convenient”

I really enjoyed my stay at Pan Pacific, it is truely a nice hotel located in the middle of everything(tourist attractions). It's very close to the Singapore Flyer, the Merlion, and the MRT City Hall station all within walking distance. Right downstairs of the hotel, you have the marina square(mall), it's connected to the suntec city(mall) and citylink (mall) and from there, you can get to Raffles mall. Non stop shopping and eating awaits! The staff are very friendly and they always provide me with info/guidance on how to get to places. They granted my late checkout request and even upgraded my room upon check in. The room is very clean, totally love the automatic control for the roman blinds. I really enjoyed my stay at Pan Pacific. Highly recommend!

One of a kind stay in Pan Pacific last Chinese New Year! ;)”

It was my second visit in Pan Pacific last Chinese New Year. What I like most in this hotel is their hospitality. With some Filipino staffs in this hotel, I assured you, you're in a comfy crib to rest. The facilities where common yet extraordinary. The food, in the Edge, I'll say must try and assured you will rate it 4-5 star. The room, is undeniable neat and smells fresh. The bathroom, well maybe a 4 star; it has no bidet. The view, luckily our room is in Gardens by the Bay view and Marina Bay Sands. Overall rating, 4.5/5 star for this. I'm excited to return to SG soon this later 2018.
