Right in the centre of things but small rooms”
The Park Hotel is situated on Clarke Quay with many restaurants nearby. The Gardens at Marina Bay, Boat Quay, the Singapore Flyer and the Museum of Art are all within easy walking distance. There is an MRT station at Clarke Quay, so getting to the Orchard Road is easy. The rooms in the hotel are small but comfortably furnished, although there is a lack of hanging and drawer space. The bed was extremely hard, but when we spoke to the receptionist about it, she said she would arrange to have an extra thick overlay put on the mattress, and this solved the problem. Shower room was well thought out with both a hand held shower and overhead shower. Both bedroom and shower room had been well cleaned. Breakfast was good but there can be a queue for a table, when the hotel is full. Good selection of food from various countries to cater for different nationalities. We had a seafood buffet for dinner one night. The food was freshly prepared and although the variety of seafood was not large, it was all delicious. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful

Excellent hotel for all travellers”
My partner and I booked a last minute trip here from KL for 3 nights. We got a good deal which included a late check out of 3pm. This allowed us to make the most of our final day in Singapore. We were greeted with an upgrade to a deluxe room which was a lovely gesture. The staff are friendly and accommodating with excellent customer service skills. We did not have breakfast included therefore did not try any of the dining within the hotel. We did not use the pool but could see it from our room and it looked clean and comfortable to use with towels provided. Our room was spacious enough for two people with plenty storage space, large shower and bathroom area. Bed very comfortable we just wish it was a queen or king size. This hotel is ideal for any travellers be it business or pleasure, singles, families or couples. It is centrally located within Robertson quay and only a short walk to Clarke Quay and the MRT. This hotel is great value for money compared to some of the other hotels and their prices in singapore. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it. Also, try the bar/restaurant across the road District 10. Their cocktails are fab!

Modern Rooms with a Top Dollar View”
this hotel was a gem amongst the plethora of options peppering singapore's city core. arriving as a couple spending a weekend vacation in singapore; the experience is one that goes down in the books. expecting run of the mill decor, this hotel was surprising very modern and clean. washrooms were bright, clean and offered enough room for two people to prepare for evening plans or a rushed morning. as a very tall man, comfortable beds are hard to come by but the sleeping arrangement offered was more than acceptable. even though we were warned of nearby construction, there noise was not even noticeable. from arriving to departure the staff were helpful in arranging transportation to and from many of the desired locations. with a ten dollar cab ride to sentosa, an equally short trip to the night safari and a short walk from many shopping locations; park hotel clarke quay is a must. the crystal club offerings including cocktail hours with finger food was a step above. having a classy location to escape the crystal club location (10th floor) offered a great view of the city at night coupled with friendly smiles, quick service and relaxed atmosphere. thank you.

Fabulous Service”
We are in SGP for 1 night and its pretty rush for us. Luckily Clarke Quay Hotel really offer very good service to us. Check-in Reception : Pleasant and friendly smile. Free upgrade to Club Room. (Too bad we didnt go for the Club facilities or the pool at all). Receptionist explained well that the hotel do offer free usage of data and local calls within SGP. Smart phone provided on the desk in the room. Consierge : Thanks to Andy for the infos. Well explained and very friendly. Free Schedule Shuttle to few locations. Bicycle : Rental available in the hotel. Breakfast : Can't give you a review coz we didn't have our breakfast there. Seems fabulous too, looking at their restaurant and good reviews by many travellers. Location : Walking distance 8-10 min to the MRT station. You won't be boring when you walk along the way coz you will passby SGP river, boat rides, pubs and restaurants. Many restaurants/pubs nearby. All pack with people. Good location for food and beers. Room : Small but very clean room and bath room. So no complaint at all. Bed : Its good for us. Maybe we are too tired after long journey driving down from KL. Bathroom : Perfect for us. Provide essential oil shampoo, shower cream and lotion. Oh ya ... not missing that, there's 1 uncle spoke to my hubby at the parking bay, he is so nice explaining to my hubby on how its work for the parking waival fees if we want to exit the hotel. Such a nice and friendly uncle. I think he work there too. Overall we love this hotel...Thanks.

Nice Hotel”
The Park Hotel Clarke Quay is a new hotel, conveniently located to the restaurants both at Clarke Quay and bars and restaurants next to the hotel. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by very courteous staff, quickly checked in and shown my room. My first room was located next to a family with a young baby crying. I was immediately given another room since I was in Singapore for business and needed quiet. The room was very clean and neat. The maid service was excellent. For business, the hotel is only a short taxi ride to most areas in the Marina district. Orchard road is also quite close, but there are many shopping centers located nearby.

Definitely recommend”
This was my first time staying at the Park Hotel Clarke Quay as recommended by a friend. It was worth the money and is a very friendly, efficiently running hotel. The staff were really helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet worth the money as they have a decent selection of western foods to choose from and cost just under $24 local currency when not included. Room service and dining experience were nice and most of the food has big portions making the cost worth it and very similar to food available in restaurants around. The room I stayed in was nice and clean. The pool and pool area are quite relaxing and soothing especially at night. The only downfall is they advertise a spa which is currently not on site anymore although they do have good massage places very close and reasonably priced. Overall great stay and will return there on my next trip to Singapore.

5 nts at park hotel”
We had 5 nts in Singapore and spent Christmas at park hotel. Got a good deal on Agoda and we really enjoyed our stay and would return again. Very new and good access to restaurants and taxis but quite far to walk to mrt. Especially in hot humid weather. I think if there are two of you, you are better off taking taxis as they are relatively cheap plus the drivers are honest and we have never had problems with being taken for a long scenic ride and they always give you the correct change. Very refreshing. Some taxis have slightly higher flagfall if they are bigger or newer but it is only 20 to 60c extra so don't worry too much. Just don't get the Mercedes Benz taxis as I think they cost a lot more. Save your money for the campagne brunch at the ritz Carlton instead! Quite popular so better make a booking. Also much better value than raffles high tea unless you prefer Darjeeling to bubbly. For seafood nearby try Jumbo seafood in Clarke quay. I think they are next to the micro brewery. You should order the chilli crabs and wash it down with tiger beer. Quite tasty. For lunch you cannot go past the $15 lunch specials at restaurants in Clarke quay. It includes service fees and gst. Cheaper than macdonalds in London! And if you want to spend even less then go to the hawker centres such as Maxwell food food court or Lau pa sat near shenton way. There are also coffee shops called kopitiams within walking distance. Read more in my review. Not noisy at all and best of all it has a big pool with nice lounge beds. Rooms are rather small but very clean and feature luxurious fittings such as bath robes and Sony flat screen LCD tv with lots of channels. I also liked the rain shower head as it had good water pressure and a separate hand held shower. We also received a Christmas gift but it was only a biscuit inside a pretty red bag! Oh well at least it was a sweet gesture. The hotel also arranged for carol singers at the lobby who actually sang pretty well.

Brand Spanking new hotel”
Stayed at Park Hotel Clarke Quay from August 1 to August 4. The hotel just opened on May 1, 2009 and hence its a brand new hotel with all the amenities you need for both business and leisure travel. The bed was very comfortable after a long day of work and the rooms in general were very well maintained and clean. Never a problem with Room Service or Housekeeping. The downside was that the rooms were a bit small. It was ok for me as I was alone. However, it it is a bit too small to be with someone else. There was also one restaurant/bar in the hotel, however, there were plenty of bars and restaurants adjacent to it. Best of all, Clarke Quay was a walking distance from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Its a much better value for money than most properties in Singapore.

Relaxing in the city”
We had a great stay at Park Hotel Clarke Quay. The room and the service were all really good. The rainfall shower was amazing and just what was needed to wash the sweat of Singapore shopping away. My only slight disappointment was the lack of airport shuttle to and from the hotel. The hotel is technically in Robertson Quay despite the name, and the walk from Clarke Quay MRT station in the heat of Singapore with luggage is not for the fainthearted. Next time we will take a taxi. Otherwise we had a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect romantic getaway”
Perfect romantic getaway. The hotels tagline is "Discover Love" and that is what it was for my partner and me. The hotel guest seemed to mostly be business travelers. However the hotel is perfect for couples as well. Its close enough to Clarke Quay for a romantic stroll yet far enough to escape the party-goers of Clarke Quay. For couples, stroll along the riverside, its beautiful and ever so romantic at night. Staff there are so friendly. Especially the guys at the concierge. So helpful with directions with their ever present smiles, it made our stay so much more enjoyable. We requested for an early check-in and despite being fully-booked the night before, reception happily accommodated us and got us a room in ten mins. There is an amazing breakfast place called Toby's Estate not too far from the hotel. Walk out of the hotel lobby and walk towards the riverside. Clarke Quay will be towards your left, take a right. Its about a ten minute walk. After walking under the underpass, there's a 7-11 on your right. Toby's is two shops down. Amazing food and coffee! We had the poached eggs with prosciutto and French Toast with a side of bacon and croissant! Will definitely go there again.

Location, class for good value”
The Park Hotel Clarke Quay is in a great location, right on the riverfront, a short walk to Clark Quay's nightlife and restaurants, and walking distance to the Clark Quay and Chinatown MRT stations. Chinatown and Boat Quay are also walking distance. The hotel itself is a very clean and well-maintained business-class hotel, with a well-trained staff. The large swimming pool and outdoor deck is very comfortable. And we paid much less than I expected for notoriously-pricey Singapore.

Park Hotel Clarke Quay”
A friendly and warm welcome awaits at the Park Hotel Clarke Quay, a good quality middle price range hotel convenient for the city centre. Spacious and well presented rooms are kept spotless by courteous staff. The River is just moments away from the hotel which has a waterside pavement that will deliver you to the bustle of Clarke Quay after a ten minute stroll. Lots to choose from for an evening's entertainment though we were happy to drink and dine riverside - the inverted Bungy ride was strictly for the (Big)kids!

Excellent.....Expensive, but Excellent :)”
We arrived at 2.30 am from the airport by shuttle. An attentive young man, awake and alert, friendly and fast, checked us in and within a couple of minutes, we were upstairs in our room on the 9th floor. Our view of Clarke Quay was immediately impressive. I sat there watching the Quay for a while, was better than going to sleep :) whilst I am not one to write long and detailed reviews, I can summarise and say, Park Hotel were excellent. Clean, Modern, Close to town, close to public transport and Subway, Large clean pool, and Fast internet access and for us, was at a very good price.. I would stay there again. One thing I would say needs immediate attention is the WIFI converge about the pool. Signal was low and almost always unusable. This is obviously a place where everyone sits and wants to use their mobile device. But in the greater scheme of things, its probably not a big deal. thank you Park Hotel, see you next time.

Really a nice hotel. New and cosy feel. ”
this is my first time staying with park hotel at clarke quay. my experience with them was fantastic. i booked a superior room and was upgraded to their club room instead (guess their superior room was all fully booked). we were then asked to go to their club house for check in and we were being treated very nicely by the staff their like an exclusive customer. we were then being offered a drink. after that we were being directed to our room. the room is very nice. everything seems quite new, clean and the ceiling of the club room was much higher than the normal ones. and they do have a club lounge only for the guests who stayed at the club rooms. there were all day free flow of food and drinks if you book the club room. we were lucky, was offered to enjoy the delicious tea break as we were first timer. i really highly recommended this hotel. thumbs up!

Great location”
overall, i am completely satisfied with my stay at park hotel clarke quay. it is walking distance to where the coolest clubs and bars are. so basically you save on transportation costs. i also love the view from the hotel. i just wish there is a balcony in the room. with regards to the room, the rooms are quite smaller and it would have been better if they are a little bit bigger. the staff are very friendly. i am impressed with management because they very well know how to satisfy customers. the staff in the lobby make it a point to establish some rapport with their existing clients. the staff at the door started speaking to me in tagalog when he found out that i am filipino. i would like to commend his effords for trying to make a conversation with me. i am also impressed with this singaporean staff that knows how to speak tagalog. it helps to start a conversation that a staff is multi-lingual. so for whoever that singaporean staff is, kudos to him

Excellent Hotel”
Park Hotel Clarke Quay is a very convenient hotel. Travel time form the airport is about 20 min by taxi. We stayed there three nights. Room was rather small but well appointed, modern and high in standards. Check-in in was friendly, efficient and convenient. Easy access to Clark Quay and Robertson Quay and only 10 minutes away by foot to reach China Town The hotel is ideal for a business stay, while everything is in easy reach. Lovely swimming pool, Supermarket / Cold store across the road.

Nice Hotel”
My partner and I stayed in Singapore for 3 nights. Park Hotel was in a perfect location with a smal shopping centre across the road. Robinsons food court right next door which i believe you should check out good food and drinks. Then across the river Clarke Quay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was a little small but didn't bother us had everything in it. The Handy phones which allow you to make international phone calls and browse the Internet and Facebook is such a great idea and helped with out trip. Adam from Australia.

Service & room are great”
Booked a stay at Crystal Club room to celebrate my partner's birthday. I was given room 1028, which was also the highest level of the hotel. Crystal Club lounge was also at the same level so it was really convenient for us. Exclusive check-in and check-out was part of the privileges that we had. No doubt checking in was smooth and we could see that they were already prepared, waiting for our arrival. The room was a rather standard size that most hotels in S'pore would be like. We liked the decorations of the room, it was so classy. The bed was really comfortable, we had trouble getting up the next day. We were slightly early for the Cocktail dinner but we were served with juices while we sat at the lounge enjoying the view of Riverside Clarke Quay. Pool and gym was very nice (both located at lvl 2), but we got sort of 'chased out' by the guards because we were not wearing proper shoes at the gym. I felt insulted because of the way they were asking for our room number and such, as if I was not the guest of the hotel and had sneaked in. This ruined my night a little. They were nice to let us have our late check-out at about 3pm which was great! Now for the downside, we thought the aircon was rather weak as we felt warm in the room. It could be due to the aircon was blowing directly at the other end of the room, towards the window instead of the bed. Secondly, though we had the exclusive check-out, we still had to go down to the lobby for our deposit refund and parking coupon where we had to stand and wait, which defeated the purpose of the privileged check-out.

Great Hotel”
The Park Hotel Clarke Quay is a bright sunny hotel in a great location. Just walk a few paces and you are on the bustling river close to numerous bars and restaurants. There is a shuttle service to Orchard Road (quicker to take leisurely twenty minute walk). The pool is open until 11pm whereas most hotels dont allow you to swim after 7pm so its great for atmospheric night swimming. The staff are young and friendly. The rooms are small but clean and modern and comfortable. The only downside that a lot of people complained about was the rudeness of the shuttle bus driver which was in stark constrat to the attitude of the very polite and friendly hotel staff

Once Again, Great Stay”
Once again, I had a great stay at the Park Hotel Clarke Quay. The staff is very friendly and the facilities are clean. The upgrades have made the eating area a whole new experience. Food continues to be good with an extended variety. One downfall is that they removed the cappuccino machine and now have to pay if you want one. If booked through Agoda, the price is perfect for the experience. Overall, continued wonderful service, great location, and terrific stay. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.
