We are well taken cared of our stay in Quincy Hotel because we got the room including all club benefits meaning you can partake of buffet breakfast, afternoon refreshments including sandwiches, salad, hot soup, ice cream and unlimited juice and sodas. by 2 to 6 pm pastries and cakes are served and when 6:30 pm comes, they are serving evening coctails with healthy food to match your drinks. mini bar in the room is also complimentary with lots of sodas and juices to pair with cookies and chips. you are entitled to free 2 pieces laundry everyday of your stay. The best hotel in Singapore, near Mt. Elizabeth Hospital. Its nice to come home to Quincy Hotel specially if you are a watcher of your relative in Mt. Elizabeth Hospital and you would like to freshen up there is always food and drinks that awaits you. 10 minute walk to Paragon. 15 min walk to lucky plaza and orchard road if you dont mind walking as an exercise. We give Quincy Hotel a perfect 10 and a job well done!

Last July I went to Singapore and spent the nights at Quincy Hotel with my family.At first, Quincy hotel is not my first choice because its price which is a little bid expensive (because I go with my family so I must rent 2 rooms). But after spending the nights at Quincy, there's 1 word for this hotel, WOW. The room has 1 king bed and it's really comfortable and it's big enough for 3 people. The room's view to the orchard road. Maybe you think it's like ordinary hotel, but this is the special things of this hotel. They offer you: 1. Free Wi-fi in your room 2. Free 2 pcs Laundry for each day 3. Breakfast 4. Free Dinner and Cocktails...!!! 5. Free Gym & Pool 24hours (the pool designed semi outdoor. So you can enjoy the city view when you swimming around). 6. It has movie night every saturday 7. Friendly Staff 8. You need your room key to enter the hotel, the lift, and your room 9. It's located near Orchard road The conclusion is, if you searching for the hotel around Orchard, this hotel is recommended for you, especially if you looking for nice hotel with so many complimentary like this hotel. Fabulous facilities, location and service”

given that accommodation in singapore is relatively expensive, i think the quincy hotel is fantastic value for money. the location is wonderful - just a five minute walk away from orchard road but quiet enough to feel like you have escaped the traffic. the room was lovely, with wonderful views over singapore and great facilities (molton brown toiletries, free mini-bar, docking stations, large flat screen tv). best of all were the facilities and services offered by the hotel. we were met at the airport by an excellent driver, all the hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and the hotel has an excellent pool and gym. in addition, all meals were included in the price. normally i am not a huge fan of hotel food but in this case the food was lovely. each evening there were approx 8 choices of western and asian dishes and all were delicious. the breakfast was also good (and varied). finally, each evening between 6 and 8pm there are free drinks. given how expensive alcohol is in singapore free gin and tonics is quite a perk. a very stylish, chilled out and friendly hotel - i would thoroughly recommend it.

If one has to say it all with just it's name, that would be: Q - Quality customer service U - Ultra modern comfort I - Ideally located N - Neatly maintained C - Cost effective Y - Yummy Food! I spent my honeymoon at the Quincy and I must say that these guys at the Quincy went out of the way to make it extra memorable by greeting us with a card and chocolates and even sending us a delicious tiramisu with a candle post dinner! It was such a lovely warm gesture from their side and it totally won my heart! There was also another occasion where the Quincy, I felt, was truly hospitality personified; It was quite a cloudy day and we had almost stepped out and the friendly staff came calling after us with a big smile, asking if we had an umbrella. [which I eventually forgot to return on my way to the airport and when I called them up to ask them about returning it, they asked me to keep the umbrella as a memory.:)] I must say that these little things go a long way when it comes to hospitality. One feels so happy and so much at home when they go that extra mile to help us and make us feel comfortable! The staff were also extremely pleasant and friendly and helped us find our way around the city spending time to show us what routes to take on the map, gave us a copy of the map, got us cabs, and so on. There might be other hotels in the city with swank 5 star facilities and luxurious and expensive decor. But to me what matters most is the personal touch, and I would say Quincy wins hands down! So if you want it all, at a reasonable price, look no further...am sure you will not regret it! I will definitely go back to the Quincy next time!

Great Boutique Hotel in Central Location”

the quincy hotel by far east hospitality is a great boutique hotel in central location of singapore. just 5 minutes walk to central orchard road. it is just perfect fr business travellers. great room, clean and spacious, good tv, lan and wireless internet, 2pcs of laundry included in the price (a must for singapore). centrally located near orchard road is perfect to go out in the evening and for shopping.

Modern hotel, great staff & Fantastic concept ”

loved the quincy. it is modern and clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. the full board concept is fantastic. the choice of meals far exceeds your expectation. with additional inclusions such as 2 pieces of laundry per day, free mini bar and a great free wifi connection all over the hotel it is well worth the room rate. although it may seem a little pricey you basically getting much the same price as the bigger 5 star hotels but with so much more included for the price. the location is great if you are there for shopping or a medical trip with a 5 minute stroll down the hill to orchard road or mt elizabeth hospital. would highly recommend the quincy.

we loved staying at the 'quirky' quincy hotel in singapore. close to mt. elizabeth hospital and orchard road. great services, amenities, in-room wi-fi, pool, gym and sauna. we had some trouble booking the reservation on-line with agoda. we wanted to book 3 adults (husband, daughter and me) to one room, which the website said we could do. but agoda contacted me by email saying that the reservation i had made was only for a single. i wrote back and said that the website had clearly stated that the room i chose could clearly accommodate 3 adults, and that i hoped that no penalty for a 'change in reservation' would be applied to me. i never heard back from agoda, but when i checked in, all was fine and we had to pay only a bit extra for the extra bed in the room for our daughter.

Celebration”

Quincy Hotel is an absolute gem of a hotel nested behind the buzzing Orchard Road. I celebrated my fiancee's early birthday there on a one night staycation and I wasn't disappointed one bit. The all day refreshments provided while limited was fantastic, so was the free-flow cocktail/beer session in the evening. The "birthday" celebration in the form of a cake and Polaroid photo provided by Quincy also added to the occasion. The wonderful pool also overlooks a good part of Orchard and was a great place to swim, relax and to soak in the scenic view. The hotel staff's service was also excellent and all in all, I would highly recommend Quincy Hotel!

A Hidden Beauty !”

from the moment arriving in singapore, we had a private drive (new model mercedes) waiting for us!... he asked if we need to do any money change or if we needed anything before heading for the quincy hotel. that kind of service is what we experienced during a whole stay.. we get to quincy hotel, they welcome us in, offer if we would like to upgrade our room (at minimumal cost) i said i would like to see both rooms before we accept or decline, this was not a problem, they took us to both rooms to show the difference and then we made a final decision (fyi, we did accept the upgrade)... i could not fault this hotel in any way, they could not do enough for us during our stay. and yes, we had free mini bar (apprx 4 beers, 4 softdrinks, 4 juices) which were refilled every day, we had a coffee machine which they gave use coffee pods (replaced)everyday & the 'all inclusive' meals were excellent (apprx 10 options on the lunch & dinner options)... when i return to singapore, the quincy hotel is now the place i will be staying from here on in ! thanks to the staff at the quicny !

Continuing a Great Stay”

This stay is an extension of a previous booking as there were requirements for a longer stay for my father's medical procedure. We decided not to move hotels for the convenience, location, breakfast, facilities, friendly & helpful service. Definitely will book The Quincy Hotel for future visits to Singapore if it involves frequent visits to the Mount Elizabeth Hospital and the Orchard Road area. Love the choice to pick among the many malls in Orchard Road for window shopping and food hunting for the family. Lovely stay at a lovely hotel. Two thumbs up.

Trendy hotel with friendly, courteous service”

my partner and i chose to spend six nights at the quincy hotel after reading great reviews about the hotel. we were not disappointed. we had originally booked a studio fullboard room but on the recommendation of the reservation personnel at our check in, opted for a larger room. we were given a room in the corner of the building on the highest level. it was private and very well furnished. staff were always on hand to provide advice. the hotel is very close to orchard road. we would highly recommend quincy to any business or leisure traveller seeking a clean, trendy and well-located boutique hotel near orchard road.

Exceptional”

Price may appear a little higher than other hotels but included is the mini bar (Soft drink x2, Carlsberg beer x1, Coke x2) restocked daily, breakfast & light supper and selection of wine, cocktails, mocktails and soft drink with whats called a light supper from 6pm-8.30pm nightly. Supper consists of a soup, pasta, rice, & fish or meat dish. Along with fruit, cakes, cheese & crackers served buffet style. So you dont need to purchase dinner each night. There is a 24gr gym and pool on 12th floor which is excellent. Staff are only too willing to be of assistance. Book directly with the hotel and you also get laundry for 2 pieces of clothing each day. As a member of the Far East Hospitality club you get additional discounts. Close to Orchard Rd., shopping, and tourist centre. Highly recommend. Will definitely be coming back.

Funky hotel and Good Value”

We enjoyed our stay at the Quincy. The rooms were clean, and comfortable, nice bathroom, although could use a little TLC in a few areas but no real issues, and had luxury toiletries. This hotel stands out among the rest becuase it is trendy and funky. The all inclusive was great, not having a bill at the end of your stay is excellent. We didnt eat alot at the Quincy, although it is included as there is alot of great food in Singapore. The Quincy food area is much like a food hall and the food is average to be honest, but very easy and casual if you cant be bothered going anywhere else. It's a good location, especially for shopping as Orchard Rd is walking distance. The staff were pleasant and happy to assist. We were here for leisure, but this would be a great hotel for business, and it did seem like there were alot of business people staying here when we where there. Overall we would stay here again, the all inclusive is a great idea and good for the price. No chocolate in the minibar though!

Great location and Big comfy deluxe room”

I had read alot of Good review on this hotel before i make my decision to book it. On my 1st day of arrival, i inform the staff counter that i would like to check in at a higher floor with better view but it's a standard room and wasn't ready but they had an optional choice for me which is complimentary upgrade my room to Deluxe for free but at lower level which i am happy that i agree. The room is spacious and sparking clean. The bed is great to rest for the weekend and forget about all work and problem to sleep throughout. Also another like in this room is the bathroom which is transparent and you can enjoy your partner bathing. Of Cos, you can wind down the curtain to cover for privacy. Location was GREAT. Needn't say much since it's 5 mins walk to Far East Plaza, and 10-15 mins to Orchard MRT. Where most of the boutique shop are located. Breakfast was nice, and i enjoy it. Overall i would rate it 5 stars and will like to have another staycation at this hotel. Price is alittle too pricy but i guess we can't complain since it's located right in the Town area.

Comfortable with a personal touch”

Booked a staycation to celebrate my fiance's birthday (in advance). I had indicated that in my booking with agoda and am pleasantly surprised that The Quincy Hotel took note of it and followed up with an acknowledgement email. Upon checking in, the staff mentioned that the cake would be served during the evening cocktail hrs and the staffs would try to catch us to serve the cake. Although the staffs did not give us the cake during the cocktail hrs when we were there, we received a call to ask if it was convenient for them to send up a piece of cake. Staff even took a polaroid photo of us for keepsake. The complimentary in-room refreshments & spread of refreshments/cocktail at the lobby made our stay a more pleasant one. It is within mins away from far east plaza. Overall a great stay at this hotel.

Simple hotels with warm feels and unique style ”

When I come to this hotels, I feel different from the other hotels that I have stayed before. I feels the hotel is quite simply but also unique. It's not about big or small place or capacity but it rather's about the different between quincy hotels and the others hotel such like the decoration, the image of hotels, and maybe the price too. When I enter the rooms, me and my wife feels really good and comfortable. The mainrooms, the bathrooms, and the accessories of rooms which is simple but ELEGANT. Despite it tooks several minutes from there to go to the nearest MRT, we still think the hotel it's really a considerable one if you want to compare with other hotels. If you have some medical things to do, the hotels is quit near from the Mount E Hospital. But If you would rather go to shopping mall and go around orchard, maybe you can compare with other hotels which is located in main city. I hope my comment would be useful Thank you very much Andry

Love eveything about it”

this is the 2nd time i am staying with quincy. its my partner's birthday and i have booked 2 nights. the hotel arranged pick up at my place for free, it was great. check in was fast, within 5mins and staff explained every small details (where is the ironing board/switches, etc) when she showed me to the room. as it was a saturday, she also told me that the hotel is organising a movie night by the pool with free flow drinks and popcorn with i find it kind of cute. the rooms are of ok size, with a nice bathtub, seperate rain shower, king sized comfortable bed and working table. there is free wifi which works perfectly. design is modern and rooms are clean. pool and gym is small but clean and empty with nice views.hotel is situated near mt elizabeth hotel, it takes around 7 mins to walk to paragon, heart of orchard road. breakfast was so-so, i will give it a miss as theres always a crowd and heard for lunch and dinner instead. i love their burgers and pastas, they are good. having dinner at 6pm+ also means i get to have my cocktail at the same time. travellers are still advised to go out to try singapore's good variety of food, but if its a rainy day, instead of squeezing at orchard's crowded resturants, i will rather have my dinner at the hotel. the only downside was that our room door was a lil faulty, it take much strength to pull and shut it. it wasnt a problem for us until one night we came back to an unlock door after our room was being made up. fortunately nothing was lost and i have informed the staff who apologised. they offered me to watch the cctv to investigate but i declined as everything was intact in my room. despite the hiccup,i will def stay in the hotel again.

you either love quincy or you don't. i come to singapore regularly for short trips, including medical check ups at mt elizabeth hospital, and visa runs. quincy is fantastically convenient for me. i have stayed in almost every hotel in the vicinity over the years, and have now given up and just go to quincy. i've recommended it to many friends, particularly those like me who live and work in indonesia and have to go to singapore regularly for short visits. we have become an jakarta chapter of the quincy club

Comfortable room and great customer service”

I would like to thank you and thank each and every staff in The Quincy who made our stay a trip-to-remember and an unforgettable vacation. Everything was just perfect from the first moment we landed to Singapore's Airport, where we were welcomed by the Limousine driver which was arranged, to the warm welcome from the hotel's Assistant Manager when we reached the hotel, to the last minute before we leave the hotel. All of The Quincy's staff treated us as family members and were always pleased and ready to assist us. I see that the most important thing in a hotel's success is making it's guests "feel home" even though they are away from home. I am sure that the main reason behind all this is the management's vision which concentrates on the guests services and experience. I would like to personally thank each and every staff. If we planned to visit Singapore anytime soon, the first thing that will come to our minds for sure is The Quincy Hotel.

trouble-free business hotel close to Orchard Rd”

i have stayed at the quincy before and have always been happy. i stayed here again for a short business trip as the rate was very good value for money in singapore. the room is fairly small but well designed for a business traveller with lots of power plugs that work and an iphone charger. the decor is modern and the landscaping is calming. there must be a good database as the staff knew i had stayed at the quincy before, even though the last stay was some time ago. the greeting and farewell seemed more friendly and sincere than at other hotels where i stay much more frequently. the staff know their jobs well. breakfast was good but the selection could probably be improved a bit. i particularly like the quincy's location. it is convenient for my business meetings and within easy walking distance of the orchard rd shops.
