Great sea view and nice rooms”

Location Haeundae Beach is across the street, with just the Novotel in between. At a short distance behind the hotel there are lots of local eateries. The hotel is some distance from Seomyeon (where the buzz is) or Jagalchi Market (for sashimi), but both of these spots are right next to subway stations, so it’s ok. Transportation The Seacloud is a far drive from the intercity bus terminal … around 40min with taxi fare at around. Drive to Gimhae airport is around 60min. We were a party of four with big accompanying luggage and the hotel booked a jumbo taxi for us at, a very decent deal. Airport bus stops just across the street at the Novotel. Since there’s a pedestrian crossing almost right in front of the Seacloud , there’s no hassle crossing the street. Subway is less than 10min’s walk from the hotel and the system is very easy to navigate. Room & Facilities Our room was big, clean, new, comfortable and offered a spectacular sea view. We even managed to capture photos of the glorious sunrise. Bathroom was decent sized, but tub was exceedingly small, plus there was no bath curtain, so we splashed the bathroom floor every time we took a bath. Basic toiletries were provided. Free bottles of water, tea and coffee bags were provided daily, and there was an electric kettle. Room internet is charged, and it’s either for 1 hour, or for 24 hrs, nothing in between. Can't remember clearly, but think the rate is respectively. There’s a gym which is quite spacious with lots of equipment, but no idea whether it’s for free. The best deal is that the room has an independent air-con unit. For those who are familiar with S Korean hotels, you’d appreciate what a blessing that is in winter as most hotels are stiflingly warm. Breakfast is buffet style and pretty good. Service Most of the staff I’ve talked with spoke decent English, and all were very helpful.

Very nice hotel right near the beach”

my family and i had a very nice stay at the seacloud hotel in busan. as was stated in agoda's listing the hotel is just steps from the famous haeundae beach. because it was the off season, we were able to have a very nice room with the view of the beach, the rising sun, and breakfast for a great price. the room was very clean and the bed was just right. the hotel is also a walking distance to the subway which only cost about a $1 from the busan train station to the haeundae station near the hotel. the check in was quick and the checkout was even faster. we would definitely return to this hotel again

Great location with great views ”

Great price, great location. The hotel was spotless. Our room was large with comfortable beds. We were on the 30th floor therefore the view was amazing. Upon arrival the staff provided us with coupons for free breakfast which it was pretty good with a great variety of food. I recommended the hotel to co workers and friends. The location is 500 meters from the Busan Acuarium and a cross the street from the beach. We will defenetly stay in Seacloud hotel again.

Great Location but the pool was closed.”

we chose to stay at the seacloud because of its location directly at the main entrance for haeundae beach, it has a swimming pool, and breakfast was included for 2 adults. when i inquired about the swimming pool i was informed it would be open for our stay in late june but it was closed and did not open until the first day of summer june 22. this was a down fall but the location, breakfast (adults included and children 11,000 won, 2 y/o was free), cleanliness, and room size made up for this short fall. they staff was very helpful in gaining a proper crib for our child who can walk and climb, the original crib was only meant for a none mobile baby, so they searched and found an older crib theat was the proper height for a mobile child. for a full hotel the nosie level was calm and quiet, where all we heard was the ocean with the window open. over all we would stay again.

Comfortable Hotel with great breakfast”

Our 3-day stay at Seacloud Hotel was very comfortable. We enjoyed our half-ocean view superior room which was spacious, clean, and a handy kitchenette area. The Staff were very helpful and efficient, and I was very impressed that they can handle American Express Traveler's checks transactions. The location is centralized along the Haeundae Beachfront, including the major restaurant strip and not too far from the metro station(a few blocks). The Breakfast Buffet turned out to be something I looked forward to each morning, as it was very fresh and well-flavored. The hotel feels like a cross between a service hotel and a boutique hotel offering a cozy stay for all who seeks the Haeundae Beach experience on a reasonable budget. -JL of HI

We had the greatest time in Busan. The location f the Seacloud made it lot more easier to visit many places in Busan using the tour bus as well as the subway. Fromt his hotel, you have easy access to beach, Busan aquarium, several international restaurants, tour bus stop, and subway.

Amazing location for a fair price”

The Seacloud Hotel is located almost a the beach. The Hotel is very modern and the rooms are really nice. Breakfast was amazing because the food variety was really huge. They had even a fridge in the room and of corse a mini safe. The bath room is modern and they provide you everyday with fresh towels. It was very clean and the check-in and check-out were good oragnised. The Staff was really friendly and they tried to speak english with the guests.

Good Location”

this hotel has a great location on haeundae beach.it is about 5 minutes walk from haeundae subway station.taking a taxi from busan train station is about 30-40 mins depend on the traffic and cost about won.room size is very large with kitchen and desktop computer in the room.using internet in the room will have to pay.however, at the lobby has computer which you can access to internet for free.i will definitely stay here again.

Hotel with a great view”

We had a great stay at Seacloud. We requested for a sea view room and we were bowled over by the view we had. Beautiful sunrise! The room is very spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and provided directions and recommendations. Overall, if you are looking for a beautiful and serene time, Seacloud provides you the view and comfort that you are looking for.

Great location and awesome deluxe seaview room”

had a great weekend stay at the seacloud hotel. the location was very nice with many attractions and things to do right near by. had a awesome view of the beach and ocean from our deluxe seaview room on the 29th floor. the room was clean with alot of room and nice bathroom. the staff was polite and helpful if we had any questions. good breakfest buffet with flexible hours 6-10am.

Very good hotel in great location”

highly recommended. it is i suspect the only 4 star hotel in the area surrounding haeundae beach, busan (the rest of which are 5 stars.) view is good, staff service is good, and free intercontinental buffet breakfast. what more, it is less pricey than the 5 star options nearby, for example westin chosun, paradise hotel, and grand hotel. very close to the beach and town area.

Great location across from the beach”

seacloud seems to a one of the popular choices among local travellers due to its price and comfort. but the rooms are starting to show its age with wear and tear. this was one of few mid price hotel which did not look outdated. rooms aren't as clean as i expected, i would give it a 7/10. staff were friendly, i did not try the pool as it was small and crowded. breakfast was ok, scramble eggs, hot dogs, salad bar, cereals, fruits, and a small selection of local flair. as for the location, it is right across from the beach and surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and pubs. you can sample the local food or the numerous western pubs/cafes. a short 5 min walk to the subway station which can take you to various locattions downtown. i went on a weekend so the hotel was very crowded with families, check in time was 3pm which is very late.

Newer Hotel in a great location”

This is a new hotel right across the street from the beach and the aquarium. It's location is great, and the room had great beach views. Everything in the room was clean and pretty new and we especially liked the bathroom enclosed in frosted glass. We didn't use the kitchen, but if we were staying longer it would have been convenient. The only issue was the air/con stopping at 4:30 in the morning all by itself. It was hard to keep the room cool during our stay, but I don't think this was a big issue. Maybe it was an automatic re-set. During the day we were not in the room much so it was not an issue. The buffet breakfast was pretty good and was included in the price. I think I would have preffered a lower price and found cheaper breakfast options nearby as there are many. Overall I still liked the hotel and will stay here again.

Nice clean room”

it was my first visit to haeundae. i was looking for a reasonable hotel and found seacloud. the room is very clean and has a small kitchen. i was very surprising. i recommend this hotel.

Nice Hotel, Great Location ”

We stayed at the Seacloud hotel after staying at some other hotels near the beach. The Seacloud has nice clean rooms and our twin room even had a kitchen. One of the cons is that they charge for the Internet and they don't have wifi. We called to get an Internet cable and it took them 30 minutes to finally bring it. They have a lobby/reception on the fourth and sixth floor. Which was very strange. The one located on the sixth floor didn't have our reservation while the one one on the fourth floor did. Great location if you want to be right by the beach. The Paradise Hotel is a short walk from the hotel if you're looking to gamble.

I have stayed at the Seacloud many times before due to budget constraints and it suits the purpose well. However, on this visit Korea was experiencing an unusually warm spell of weather and the hotel was already prepared for winter. Hence it took 2 days to cool the room down to an acceptable level. As usual the staff were as warm and friendly as ever but the Theus Bar has to be the most boring place in Busan.

Business stay on the beach!”

This hotel is good for both business and pleasure as it is 1 minute fm the beach, but also just a 7 minutes taxi ride away from the Busan Convention Center. Thus, for business travellers who are accompanied by spouses and children this is an excellent option. Staff are helpful, the breakfast buffet is not luxurious but correct.

Great spacious room and very convenient location”

Everything was great except the facilities posted on agoda's page was misleading. It states that this hotel has 24hrs room service but it doesn't. The other hotel that shares the same property does. This hotel does have a hot plate and washer/dryer in the room which is still pretty great. And they also have laundry service at the lobby for about $10. Aside from the misleading facility advertisement, excellent hotel for the location and price.

Nice Place”

It's a best place which located front of Haeundae beach. Just across the one crossroad you can touch down beach and hotel consist of public facilities that family restaurant, convenience store and etc.
