Convenient and comfortable”

Hotel Incheon Airport is an extremely convenient and comfortable stay for those people looking for accomodations near Incheon airport. The hotel is a short 10 minute drive from the airport. Although the lobby is small, the rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. There is a Lotte Department store a couple blocks away for convenient shopping and a express train stop that where you can board an express train to Seoul Station (a 45 min. ride). The hotel also offers a free airport shuttle which leaves once every hour during the morning hours. I didn't notice any food options at the hotel, but there are plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance, including a Lotteria, a Domino's Pizza, a charming Deli and plenty of Korean fare. This particular part of Incheon appears to be little more than a traveler's stop, so I wouldn't recommend more than one or two nights in the hotel. The rooms are quite comfortable - large bed, big flat screen tv, an enormous bathroom and separate loo closet. Nice lighting system and air con. You can't go wrong with the accomodations at this hotel.

Very satisfied”

I am 60+ and was travelling alone. I was going to stay at one of the western franchise hotels which were three times the price of the Hotel Incheon Airport, but since I was literally going to sleep at the hotel and leave at 7:00 am, I decided to take a chance. The hotel is in a strip of similar airport hotels will small eating establishments sprinkled in. There was no lobby or amenities to speak of, but everything was as advertised. The Hotel Incheon Airport staff was knowledgeable and responsive - with excellent English. The room was very simple and spotless, their shuttle to the airport very organized (and at most hotel was 10 minutes from airport) and the internet and TV worked as instructed. This fit my purposes precisely; I'd highly recommend it as a clean and reliable stopover hotel.

Very Good Location and Value”

Located about 10 minutes from Incheon airport with basic, but very clean and hospitable rooms, this hotel was just right for our family of 6 as we spent a couple of nights in Korea on the way to the U.S. Free shuttle to/from airport was great with friendly, helpful staff. Just go to the information desk at the arrivals area in the Incheon airport and ask them to contact the hotel to arrange airport pickup. They also have hourly free shuttles from the hotel to the airport starting at 5:30 am.

Close to Airport”

I had a one day stopover in Seoul / Incheon and booked this hotel. Taxi cost me about 12 USD from the airport, although they do offer a shuttle if you want. Check in was fast and professional. Room is huge with a giant television with tons of stations in Korean language of course. Sheeets and blanket were all very clean, bed was big and cozy. Fridge was stocked with free juice, water which was appreciated. Recommended.

Language barrier is definitely not a problem”

My stay at this hotel was awesome as the staffs are really friendly and are willing to help you with any questions. They speak decent English and one of them can speak Mandarin. There are also plenty of restaurants around the hotel and a family mart right opposite the hotel. Besides, Lotte Mart is also available at a walking distance of 5mins. Highly recommended for travelers staying over at Incheon for transit as they provide shuttle service.

10 hour airplane stopover in Incheon”

My 10 hour stopover at Incheon Airport was made comfortable by my stay at the Hotel Incheon Airport. Very helpful staff, clean, warm, modern room and plenty of restaurants nearby made my long stopover at the Incheon Airport comfortable and restful. I would definately reccommend this hotel and hope to stay there the next time I am in South Korea.

AMAZING”

I very highly would recommend this hotel! I only stayed for one short night in a deluxe double, but the price was EXTREMELY reasonable, and my room was very large, had a large bath, and a nice shower. Everything was clean, and the staff were amazing! I had to leave for my flight in the morning at an early hour (before the free shuttle was offered) and they were able to book me a cab that was waiting for me at the hotel when I left for the airport. The free airport shuttle was so easy to contact and request and made my travel so much more enjoyable. One thing that I personally did not mind, but that travelers should be aware of, is that the beds are incredibly firm. But I didn't have any problem falling asleep and had a wonderful stay. I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. I would highly recommend!!!

Convenient”

I was only here for one night and I think that's what it is intended for. It's easy to get to via the arex from Seoul/Incheon airport, and the hotel also have a shuttle service to get to the airport which starts from 5:45am.

Convenient and Pet-friendly”

We stayed here with out cat before our early morning flights back to the U.S. It's a pet-friendly hotel (in fact, we saw 2-3 other foreigners with pets), but it doesn't feel or look like a pet-friendly hotel. Very clean.

We have a one day staying in Incheon Airport Hotel. I booked a triple room for family of three. We are satisfied with the hotel services. The staff are very friendly. The room is big and clean. Location is also good, surrounding have markets.

Value for money”

We stayed just for one night as we needed to be in the area the next day. Our arrival at ICN airport is almost midnight and still they kindly picked us up from the airport. They also drove us back to the airport the next day. Distance is 10-15 mins by car. There is a convenience store and a restaurant in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious enough and there is a separate bath/shower and toilet. Staffs are very friendly and very helpful. I will stay here again next time.

Comfort and affordability near Incheon Airport”

Awesome! The shuttle was prompt, friendly and able to accomodate large luggage items (bicycle and bags). Excellent English language and friendly service of all staff. Located in a local Korean community neighborhood (not touristy). Room was clean, comfortable and modern decor with great AC in summer heat. Earliest shuttle at 5:45 was plenty of time since check-in was not allowed until 6:10 (so could not avoid being caught in long lines with arrival at airport same as most travellers). I would recommend staying at this hotel most definitely!

Exceptional”

The staff picked us up from the airport right away even though it was already midnight. They are really nice and very accommodating. The room was very clean and all the facilities are working well. I would definitely stay here again when I go back to Incheon.

Convenient Location - Pet Friendly”

Just an overnighter after picking up someone at the airport. Location for airport was convenient and a variety of restuarants all around. One of only a couple of pet friendly hotels near airport. Small simple room with usual firm beds, but met our needs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and stay again under the same circumstances.

Nice comfortable room, friendly staff”

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Incheon Airport. The staff was very nice and helped us find the food we were looking for in the area. The room was very nice and the bathroom was awesome. The shower turned into a steam room and the bathtub was a good size. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

Near Incheon Airport, free shuttle”

We stayed here for only a few hours, as a layover between flights. We arrived around midnight and left by 6am. The hotel provides free airport shuttle to Incheon airport, there's a schedule and you need to inform the front desk. If you miss that, the hotel is around 10 minutes walk from Unseo station of Arex, accessible to both Gimpo and Incheon airports. There are restaurants around the area and numerous convenience stores, including one just across the street. Hotel provides wifi (which I did not get to use). Bathroom is spacious, there's a jacuzzi but truthfully things look a bit old but serviceable. Sink is separate from the toilet which is also separate from the bath. Drinks in the ref are free. There's an old desktop computer in the room also, wine glasses, water boiler for coffee/tea. Toiletries provided include big refillable bath soap and shampoo (Dove), and lots of hair products and hair gels. We slept comfortably given the short time we were there.

The free shuttle is great. Just a phone call away. It is in a nice location with many restaurants and massages nearby. Good price and good for an overnight stay at Incheon.

Easy and Convinient”

I've stayed at this hotel for 3 times now as I used Incheon Airport as my transit point. The Free Airport Shuttle are Great and the location are strategic. You can find lots of local cuisine restaurant around - although it can be quite pricey. All in all, enjoyed the short trip there every time I came across.

Wonderful service”

What I enjoy most is the great service. On a previous stay that I have not reviewed, the staff drove me for free to the airport clinic when I had a medical problem. A staff member waited patiently while I was treated. This last time, they drove everyone on schedule and safely to the airport during the worst snowstorm in Korea in the last 30 years. All in all, the staff will always go out of their way to help their guests.
