Service and location”

I got the room behind the main building, there is another hotel building. One of the key is not working and the hotel staff fix it fast. The hotel location is near to city, take about 10 min walking to wet market for foods and shopping. you can find abalone congee, grill fish and others seafoods with reasonable price, if compare with Seoul. There is a limited small car park next to the building, for those driving and its free for hotel guess. As for Jeju, its recommended to rent a car and move around the island, if you want to enjoy more places. I will come back to this hotel again, if I will visit Jeju again.

Perfect place to stay”

This is the perfect place to stay when you visit Jeju. Hotel is right in front of Gwandeokjeong Pavilion, beside is Underground shopping mall, there is also CU convenience store on the right side, near NH bank atms, left side is a very affordable souvenier shop. It is also near dongmun traditional market. Jeju city hall is only few minutes bus ride where you can enjoy the night life or 30mins walk. The facilities is super great! We booked a double room but they gave us a triple room since the room we booked isn't available that time. Free parking lot, very clean shower room, housekeeping visits everyday to clean the room, change the towels everyday and give waters everyday. The staffs are very accomodating. Overall, this is the best place to stay in Jeju. I'll definitely stay again here. Super thumbs up!

Comfortable stay and good location”

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in Robero and would come back the next time we visit Jeju! The hotel compound and the room is very clean. The room amenities are well equipped and their cable TV have tons of channel to watch. The toilet is big and spacious with wet shower separated from the toilet bowl. The hotel is a a few minutes walk from the underground shopping tunnel where we can go for shopping and meal! Opposite is a tourist attraction which my family didnt have the time to visit unfortunately. Also there is 7-11 within a less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Highly recommended stay, worth the money!

Good Location. Clean Rooms.”

Our experience was really wonderful. We originally reserved a room with a bathtub but was given a room without one. Upon checking with the kind receptionist, she got us a different room with a nice warm bathtub. Our tv cable was nice though very few English programs. It is situated right in front of the Gwandeokjeong Palace and is only a minute away from the bus stops. We are close to an underground shopping center with really nice items for buying and cheap food to eat. It is very close to the ferry port, approximately 5-minute car drive and about 10-minute to the Jeju International Airport. I might try to stay next time in Seogwipo since they have more attractions but really far from the ferry port and airport. But location wise, Robero Hotel is a really good choice.

Clean and comfort”

We were not being told that our hotel is situated at the annexed building and not the main building of the Robero Hotel. But anyhow the room is clean and comfortable to stay with and we are happy that car park (in near distance) is being provided as we rented a car to drive in Jeju Island.

Great location and friendly staff”

Staff very helpful, they will call up tour agencies and taxi services on your behalf to book for you. Location is brilliant. Food & shopping all within walking distance. The Catholic Cathedral is just behind the hotel about 5 mins walk. Jeju Folk museum and shrine 20 mins walk. Jeju pier 15 mins walk. Dongnum Market 15 mins walk. Jeju National Museum and Songnam Peak 30 mins walk. Yongduan rock 20 mins walk. The YEHA tour and other tours pick up and drop off in front of the hotel. We spent 7 nights here and loved it.

Lovely hotel with great location”

Stayed in this hotel over the Christmas holidays and was very pleased. The double room was very clean and sizeable with the bed and dressing table/TV on a heated ondol. There was no desk with chair but a small low table on the ondol. Bathroom was of a good size with toiletries and a nice shower. TV had English movie channels so great for us foreigners who can't understand Korean. The only issue with the room was that the temperature couldn't be controlled and could get quite hot - so we just opened the small window to let the cold air in. Staff spoke little English and could be aloof but not rude. This hotel is well located with the Jungang Underground market entrance right in front of the hotel, and the Dongmun market only 4 mins walk away. GS mart is just across the road and there is also a 7-11 about 2 mins away. Happy to have free carpark just across the road from the hotel. Overall a great choice for our first time to Jeju.

Memorable Stay and Trip To Jeju Island”

Robero Hotel is very nice, cozy and has beautiful lobby interior. I stayed for 3 nights and it was very relaxing. My room was on the 6th floor, high enough to see the ocean view from my room window. I tried to request if I can move to a higher floor but the receptionists said no more rooms on the higher floors. Well, that is fine. I can still see the ocean though some buildings and establishments blocking it :) Room was spacious for a solo traveler like me and the bathroom were nice and clean. There were 24-hr convenience stores, cafes and restaurants nearby. Just infront of the hotel is the historical pavillion, similar to old palaces in Seoul and just a few walk, you will see the entrance of the underground shopping center. Bus Stop is near. For those who booked for a group tour with YEHA Tours, Robero Hotel is one of their pick-up and drop-off locations. So, you dont need to go to nearby hotels to pick you up. I booked for Yeha Tours and they picked me up in the hotel's lobby.

Perfect location, just next to the underground market entrance that connect you to famous street food market.. located just in front of one preserved pavilion where tourist can enter and take a good pic there. close to Jeju city hall and just bus terminal. The hotel is clean and comfy. recommended for everyone whoe plan to enjoy and explore jeju

Great Stay”

I was offered a twin bed with bath tub instead of superior double that I booked but I’m totally fine with that. The staff are nice however, I wish they made some effort to learn and speak English especially that most visitors are foreigners who don’t speak Korean. The ambience is good and the check in and check out experience was smooth and easy. WiFi reception is very poor and it seems that all rooms share the same WiFi without security password. How I wish that more hospitality is shown by providing free coffee or tea although free bottled water is much appreciated. I love that they have water purifier per floor and I was able to save money buying bottled water each day. The location is very near the famous attractions and shops. ATMs and convenience stores are very accessible. I’d love to go back to Jeju and stay in this hotel once again..

A Little Worn but Big Rooms, with Decent Location”

I was really surprised by the size of our room. We asked for a twin, and got a room with two double beds as well as a twin bed. It was also located close to restaurants and markets, and right across the street from some cool historical looking thing. The staff wasn't overly friendly, but they helped when I asked them too. I would recommend it for a short stay. I wouldn't want to live here, but that's mostly due to the fact that Jeju City is probably the worst part of Jeju Island. It has a very nice lobby, and looks like it used to be a really nice hotel in its prime.

hotel is at the opposite side of Jeju famous shopping street-칠성로 and also at the exit of underground shopping street; take about 10 minus walk, would arrive at Jeju traditional market 동문재래시장, there got lots of nice Korea food. maybe will check in again on next trip to Jeju.

Room is small but service is excellent”

the service is excellent, when i tried to ask for the route to attractions. also, the room is also fabulous. the light in room is soft and comfortable, so that is very suitable for couple. the location is also good and close to city and airport as well. i will choose robero again if i stay in jeju next time.

Reasonably Priced Aged Hotel”

The hotel's interior is rather dated and the facilities looked like a rundown. However, the staff and price make up for the stay and that's why we've rated it 5 stars. The hotel is located right in front of the former government office Jeju Mokgwana, and the Dongmun Market is about 5 to 10 mins walk away. Thus, it was pleasant to get around with this kind of convenience and accessibility. Definitely will recommend this place to my friends.

A Simple and Decent Hotel in Jeju”

Hotel Robero is an ideal hotel for backpackers looking for a simple and neat room. It is located at the heart of Jeju City, close to the Jungang Underground Mall, Dongmun Market, Chilsungro Shopping Town, and the Gwandeokjeong Pavilion. I love that they also have a water refilling machine in the halls.

Central location with usefull facilities for my family”

Pro Central location, 1 minute walk to the entrance of the underground shopping mall that connects to Dongmun Market. Opposite the hotel is an important heritage site of Jeju. Free delicious water from the 24/7 water dispenser. Self-help washing machines and dryers. Improvement Could provide English explanation or instruction on the use and buttons of the washing machine and dryer.

Great place”

Easy to get to from Jeju airport, take bus 500 and travel around 10min. [Get airport staff to hand you a bus course sheet] within 20 metres after alighting without having to cross any roads. Also very near the Jungang Underground Shopping Mall, Black Pork Street, the coastline, McDonalds, big shopping mart [?Lotte]. I would totally stay here again!

Great location for touring old jeju city”

I am a repeater traveler to Jeju island. You will never know the weather in Jeju but if you stay here you can enjoy your day whatever the weather is. Old market , movie theaters, nice restaurants, and nice coffee shops are in walking distance and you can enjoy even it is raining day and if weather cooperate with you, you can just go a bust terminal and hop a bus to go wherever you want to.

The hotel is literally in front of the entrance to Jungang Underground Shopping Mall. Parking is free and monitored by the hotel. The room is spacious and they also provide us with large towels. Really recommended if you want to explore Jeju City.

It is near the airport, near the jeju town, easy to find it, many food around the hotel, in front the hotel also have visitor attractive, near the market dong men. Room is comfortable and cleanliness.
