Good place in Gangnam”

We’re stay 3 nights in Best western premier Gangnam. The hotel locate up on the hill, if you take line 2 and get off at Gangnam station exit 11 it far walk almost 10- 15 minute walk ( depend how fast you are) and walk up on hill. If you take line 9 ( express train ) please take off at Sinnonhyeon Station exit 3 the trun left and walk up to the hill about 6-8 minute walk. ** if come from Incheon Airport, take train to Gimpo airport and exchang to line no. 9 ( express train ) to Sinnonhyeon exit 3 ( and do as I mention above ) If you take train line no. 9 ( all stop train ) you need to exchange at sport complex station take line no. 9 ( all stop train ) to Eonju station exit no. 1 and keep walk straight only 4or 5 minute down on the hill. This the best way for people have big luggage. The room was very nice and clean, the staff was very friendly and allow us to check-in early at noon time. If you want to stay at Gang Nam area I am highly recommended this place

What I liked most about the Best Western Premier Gangnam Hotel was the friendliness efficiency, and helpfulness of the Front Desk Staff, namely Kelly Sung, Bonnie Moon Kevin and Asakura. These staff members introduced me to hotel procedures, helped me to send emails and gave directions to sub-way stations. These staff members contributed immeasurably to my pleasant seven day stay in May at Premier Best Western Gangnam Hotel. They just could not have been more helpful.

My first time at Best Western Premier in Gangnam and it was execellent. I was 3 times at the Ramada (recommended by my business partner) which is a piece of... in comparison to the BW which is in the same price range. The airport shuttle bus right at your door step, the friendly and guest orientated staff is hard to beat, no discussion about an early check in (at around 10am) after my long over night flight to Seoul as rooms were available. The room was in good condition, all appliances were working and the internet access with own router in the room is hard to find in even higher ranked hotels. I will come back for sure if they can maintain a price around 100 Euro for the Deluxe room.

Great hotel and wonderful staff”

i basically loved my stay at the best western gangnam hotel and will definitely stay here again for my future visits to seoul. not only does it feature friendly staff who are not only helpful and multilingual (i heard them speaking english and japanese, including of course korean), the rooms were exceptionally comfortable and very clean. the cleaners and personnel were very friendly and polite. the location was awesome, they had their own kal limousine bus which allowed me to travel to and fro from incheon airport which was very convenient. it was located around many shopping areas. the room also had many great facilities, a large hd lcd tv in the room which had a good number of channels (foreign and local), fast internet (wi-fi), a comfortable and large bed and basic hotel commodities. the only complaint i have is that the room's toilet pales in comparison to the modern rooms. though it seems dated, it's still very clean and has all the necessities. also the internet got clunky at certain times but it's not to the point that it annoys me and i didn't mind at all. unless these stuff actually annoy you to the point that you feel like tearing your hair out, i'd definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

Nice Business Hotel, Excellent also for Tourists”

I booked Best Western because it was a reputable hotel, located near subway line, offers free wifi, and is reachable by airport bus service. These are minimum criteria I set when choosing hotels. The room was clean, toilet was clean, bed comfortable and amenities complete (hair dryer, coffee facility, etc.). It is 5-10 mins. walk to Line No. 9 Sin-Nonhyeong Station (Exit 3). Wifi is strong and easy to connect, and, best of all, free! You can take airport bus limo no. 6703 from Incheon International airport (W15,000 each way), and it drops you right in front of the hotel, where it is a designated stop. This saves you money, and allows you to find hotel immediately. I booked it through Agoda without breakfast, but it should be easy to find breakfast places near the hotel. Just walk down to the subway station, and turn right just before it, and there are so many traditional restaurants to choose from. There is also a nearby 7-11, a grocery store, and Cafes (Cafe Bene, Urban Cafe) nearer the subway. Most of the guests I see are business travellers, mostly Japanese. Because Gangnam location is more business, than tourist. If you are first time tourist traveller, it is probably better to pick a hotel near Myeongdong, so you only need to take shorter subway rides. But this works for me as my friends and places to visit were in Gangnam.

After check outing this hotel, I have to move to the other hotel because of that Korean owned hotel was conference venue. usually I choose the national wide bran hotel. But this time I stayed domestic hotel. I will not say anything about that hotel. I just say, Best Western Premier Gangnam Hotel is wonderful. If we look for something, whey will serve to customer. If we have a trouble, they will solve it soon! Great Hotel in Kannam.

One of the Best Value for Money hotel in Gangnam”

This is the best value hotel in Gangnam I have used. It is opposite the Novotel Hotel in Gangnam thus is easily accessible from airport via the airport limousine bus. Although the bus doesnt drop you at the front door of the hotel, you can drop at Novotel Hotel which is diagonally opposite to Best Western, making it really convenient. Free Wifi is really great and room is comfortable, clean but functional. Hotel is within walking distance to Gangnam subway station which is really at the heart of Gangnam. You can find a lot of restaurant there.

Short Vacation”

We stayed at the Best Western Premier Gangnam Hotel for a three day trip to Seoul. The hotel is at a great location, around a five minute walk from the main shopping area of Gangnam as well as the nearest subway station. The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. The rooms were clean and comfortable, just like any other Best Western. If you are looking for the familiarity of Best Western hotels in a great location than this is a great place to stay. However, for a basic Best Western room I feel they are overpriced.

Friendly standard hotel for it's type”

Take the train and metro from Incheon Airport for 3900 won and just over an hour in travel. This is much cheaper, faster and more comfortable than the airport or KAL busses. Buy one ticket from the airport AREX train station to Sinnonheon at the end of the metro number 9 line. You will need to transfer at the AREX Gimpo airport stop, but this means simply walking across to the other side of the platform to catch the number 9 metro. Be sure to take the express number 9 metro which is twice as fast. If you get the local by mistake, watch the info monitor for the next transfer to an express train and simply walk across to the other side of the platform to get an express metro. Take exit number 3 at Sinnonheon tsp and walk 5 minutes up hill away from the traffic light to the hotel. You will see the Ritz and then Novotel on the other side of the street just before reaching the Best Western Gangnam Hotel.

Good value for money in Seoul”

the rooms of the bw gangnam are spacious for this price range (bigger than the average in seoul), clean and look pretty new. an honorable point for the breakfast which is also above the average for this price range. the hotel is conveniently located for the airport bus (stop at novotel amabassador gangnam just in front) for a typical one hour trip from/to incheon. however, not the best area for tourism in seoul.

Affordable and enjoyable stay ”

The room is clean and comfortable although it's small. Staff is friendly and able to speak English - English is not popular in Seoul :( You can walk to subway station (around 10 minutes walking distance, I cannot recall the station name but it's not Gangnam) and coach to airport is just right in front of the hotel entrance. 15 - 20 minutes walking distance to Gangnam shopping district (shopping district near Gangnam subway station) :)

Maybe not at the same level as the Ritz Carlton across the street, but for the price, this hotel is great. The hotel is nice an clean. I got a room on the north side which afforded me a great view of Seoul since the hotel is on the top of a hill. What really attracted me to the hotel besides the price was its location. It's about a 10 minute walk to the center of Gangnam. Also, I had a lot of baggage with me, so I made sure to choose a hotel with an airport limousine bus stop.

Fast Wifi”

It was a pleasant stay. If taking the airport limo, get off at the first stop in Gangnam and cross the road, or else you'll be on the bus for a long time before it goes one round to Best Western. They let us check in early, which was a bonus. Fitness centre and business centre are free of charge. Great value for money and walking distance to delicious restaurants and hair salons in Gangnam

Great location at affordable price”

for starters, the kal limo bus stops right in front of the hotel, which is always a plus for business travelers. the hotel is nicely located near shinnonhyeon subway station, which is one bus stop away from the express bus terminal and you can access express train along line no. 9 that takes you to ybd area in 15 mins. there are plenty of night activities near the subway station or you can take a short walk down to gangnam subway station where you'll find plenty of restaurants, pubs, and clubs. the hotel staffs are friendly and helpful which seems to be the norm in korea. i found some name brand hotels in seoul to be old and its renovations somewhat half-done, but this hotel had descent sized rooms with nice bathroom! the heated toilet seat definitely helped!!

Very good stay”

We had a great stay at the Best Western Premier Gangnam Hotel. We were happy and surprised to have our bed upgraded to a king upon check-in. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the wireless internet was great. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Great hotel, great location and great staff”

We really liked this hotel. We actually went back to this hotel after having a bad experience with another hotel in Gangnam. The location is close to restaurants, subways and other things and there is a lot to do in the area. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Also, the hotel is very reasonably priced for Seoul hotel.

its right on the street with the major hotels in gangnam (just opposite novotel, ritz carlton..) but probably one of the most reasonably priced hotel along that street. dont expect a fanciful hotel lobby but rooms are new and clean and not too small. good value for money. short walk (taking a small road down the slope) from alot of small eateries of various kinds, korean, indian, japanese, coffee places. not too far from the shopping street in gangnam as well. walking distance to simonyeon station.

For the price that I paid on agoda, this was probably one of the best value for the buck type of hotel I've been to in Seoul on my numerous business trips. location is great, friendly staff, housekeeping was excellent, probably better than some of the true 5 star hotels that I've been to. If I had to pick some negatives, the temperature was pretty difficult to maintain with the heater, but maybe that was due to the extreme difference between the temperature inside and outside. Also, due to this temperature issue, it was really stuffy and dry inside the hotel room, I suggest you bring a humidifier.

One Night Gangnam Stay”

A good stay altogether. The hotel was located a bit further away from the Subway station than I thought (and uphill), but still walking distance from public transportation and plenty of taxis available right out front. This was one of the best prices available in central Gangnam for a short-notice booking through Agoda, and the view of the Seoul/Gangnam skyline from the 12th story room was fantastic!
