Extremly good hotel for business travelers”

I'm traveling since 1992 a lot all over East Asia. The Fraser Place Central Seoul Residence is one of the 3 best hotels for business travelers I've ever been to. Huge rooms, internet access by cable AND for a second computer or a smart phone at the same time by WiFi. A well furnished small kitchen and even a washing machine in the room. And all of that in a very central location for business people's normally important destinations in Sout Korea's capital. Plus: very efficient, english speaking and always friendly staff!

Wonderful holiday”

This was our first trip visiting Seoul and we were happy to stay at Fraser Place Central Seoul. The room was very spacious and well equipped for a serviced apartment. Location wise it is close to 2 subway stations with easy access to a lot of tourist attractions. It is a great place to stay if you are interested in history and culture as there are few famous royal palaces close by. Myeong dong shopping area isn't too far away and is a great place for shoppers. We personally love Lotte department store where there is a great food court.

good location and convenient for family”

this is one of my many times travel to seoul, but the first time to stay in fraser place central seoul residence. the reason is that i need to trave to several citie around and this hotel in close to seoul station. when i arrived the hotel,the first good thing is it's also close to teh subway station. then, the full facility kitchen surprised me. it should be very convenient for a family stay. i think i'll stay here when my family take holiday in seoul.by the way, the breakfast here is also nice and friendly for a foreign traveler.

Great base for a long stay”

we stayed at fraser place for 5 nights and enjoyed each one of them. traveling with small children we searched for a hotel with a pool and some space. finding a residence hotel with the kitchen, laundry facilities, dvd player, and two bathrooms was bonus. having the separate bedroom came in handy when we wanted to put the kids to bed early. we had stayed at fraser suites on our last visit and liked it, but chose fraser place this time around primarily because the previous hotel wanted to charge us extra for our children (aged 5 & 2) and fraser place did not. the location was good. going to itaewon, nandaemun, meong dong, and the night market was quite simple and cheap by taxi. some reviewers reported not having toiletries provided, but we did not experience that problem. shampoo, soap, dish and laundry detergent were all in our room at the time of check-in. only thing we wished we brought was mini-sized salt and pepper packages for our morning eggs. the pool area was good for the kids, main pool not over 1.5 metres deep with a kiddy pool next to the jet pool. the kids play room was alright, a little old and used but no worse then you would find at any daycare facility. staff was very nice and helpful.

good location with friendly staffs”

well when i realised i had to visit korea with my 23 month old son (already in his terrible 2)... just two of us. i started to shop around residencial hotels suitable for us and ended up finding fraser place central seoul residence. the hotel was right next to last bus stop of 6005 airport bus and close to seoul train station ( i need to catch ktx next day). it's great to stay in there thanks to friendly, helpful staffs and good food.

Great Times”

Excellent place for business and family. Location is right downtown convenient with local bus stops including direct pick up to the airport, plenty of local restaurants. Very nice hotel, very clean, a bit dry for the throat in the winter as forced air heat is used would like a strong humidifier. Front desk staffs are very friendly. I would definitely recommend to all my friends to book at Fraser Place Central Seoul Residence.

Clean and spacious serviced hotel”

It was a great experience to stay in Fraser Place Central Seoul. A value for money serviced hotel with fully equipped kitchenette in which my husband cooked breakfast every morning. We bought the food in Lotte market in Seoul Station which is about 5 mins driving. Hotel also provides you free parking for our rental car. The room is very spacious considering the metropolitan Seoul. Also the room has washing machine which is very good for people to stay a few days. The window is whole wall big so we can have ample day light. Only one critic is the bed a bit hard.

after coming back from australia, we stayed for 2 days in seoul to recuperate and do some last minute shopping, before returning to canada. the fraser place central seoul residence was perfect for our needs. this was the second time we had stayed there and we were not disappointed. the kitchenette is very well equipped, there was eeven a small amount of laundry detergent for the washing machine, so that we could do some laundry. the bathroom was basic and a little small, but clean and functional. good location, close to subway, train station and bus stop. we will be back.

comfortable as home”

i chose to booked Fraser Place Central Seoul Residence when i had 6 days in Seoul for business trip. the first reason, it's because i like to stay at service apartment that have kitchen & washing machine. the second reason, it's because i can go to this residence very easy by airport limousine bus no. 6005. except the both of my reasons i realized that i chose the right place & really like this residence... big & clean room with fully facilities, large & comfy king bed, beautiful build in furniture & good service from hotel staffs. next time when i have chance to go to Seoul again. i will certainly to stay here.

Nice Apartment hotel”

I stayed in Fraser Central for a 1 bed room this time. The room itself is big with sofa bed and suitable even for family travel. The facilities are well equipped with gym (24 hrs) and swimming pool. I walked from Seoul station but its a little bit far (15 min with luggage). I believe it maybe better follow others to take bus. The BF is also good. The only thing for the misleading is that I booked via Agoda and it mentioned something like summer and winter package with BF in the condition. Actually when I check in...its not including the BF...I suggest Agoda to take out these kind of statement from the booking condition. The closest metro station probably not Seoul station, it should be City Hall...If you want you can even walk to Myong Dong (around 20 min). All in all its a good hotel with good location, comfort and clean. I will for sure stay for the next time.

Good Location accomodation!”

Very good location! Just a 5mins drive from Seoul station. My friend and I had to catch the train to Busan at Seoul station the next day so we decided to search for an accomodation nearby. Indeed a good choice! We were impressed with the spacious room! The toilet is a little small, but we are not complaining. Staff were very helpful and speak fluent English! 15mins walk down the street are shops buzzling with action. We highly recommend Fraser Place Central Seoul Residence for the accessibility!

nice place near central seoul station”

well its 800m to the station, its near to myeong dong, can go by foot but please take the right side immediately if you dont want to pass the road underground which has some homeless people there. theres a good lottemart and lotte outlet for shopping in the station. other than that the amenities here is superb with VERY spacious room (its apartment converted to hotel) and its own washing machine, huge fridge! the concierge is also very helpful! they helped us book the bus to everland. was seeing the previous comments on rude staff. but this time around all staff are very friendly, except for the first time i showed up looking like a chinese tourist (we were 11 ppl) and was asked for passport for each and everyone of us. dunno why, usually its only me as the booker was requested for passport funny as funny could be. all in all this is a nice find in seoul and would stay here again anytime

Luxurious, clean hotel”

This hotel was a wonderful place to spend the night. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast provided in the morning was delicious. The swimming pool area was very clean and the gym was a very nice and full of lots of equipment. Fraser place is the best location if you want to stay in Seoul. It's right next to Seoul station and lots of shopping malls. There are also many wonderful restaurants close by. The people at the front desk were very helpful and could speak English well. If we return to soul we will definitely be back.

Best service”

Fraser Place Central Seoul Residence's staff can speak fluent English and are very friendly! They are always helpful everytime you ask for service no matter what time I call (4am). they are always cheerful and proactive. They reply to every email I send them and took really good care of the traveller's mood. I might say they are the best and friendliest place ever!

Enjoyed my stay”

Love my stay at Fraser Place. The room was big with kitchen to cook. However I expected to have washing machine in our room but it was not available. Recommend if you are going to be at Seoul for many days. Quite centrally located between 3 metro station: Seodaemun, Seoul and City Hall. Hence getting around Seoul was pretty easy.

One of the Best for the Money”

Fraser Place Central Seoul is a "must go" destination if you are planning to visit Seoul. The location, ease of reaching the subway and the room's are excellent along with the staff is very helpful. It is also very close to most places you need to go to enjoy your visit to this great city/country.

Exceptional”

Fraser Place Central Seoul was a perfect place to stay, close to the train station, eateries and supermarket. We arrived earlier then our check-in time and our room by chance was ready and we were able to use it straight away. We were very grateful. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind.

Top short-term option w/ the feeling of home apt”

Perfect hotel for a brief visit (a couple of days) or a short-term stay. Has all the modern conveniences that you would expect from an apartment, nothing needs to be brought / bought (including umbrella, pots & pans etc.). Plenty of closet space (I stayed in a 1-room suite), with the added benefit of 2 bathrooms / 2 TVs, handy for when you have guests or someone stays the night. Staff at the lobby were very helpful, with a good knowledge of Seoul and its environs. Airport Bus (6005 Limousine Bus) stops right outside the door. While it is the last stop on arrival / first stop on departure, and you have to factor in the travel time, especially when it is rush hour traffic, can't beat the convenience of it all. Minor complaint: the complimentary water was not replenished after the first day, which can be an annoyance if you intend to go to the gym / swimming pool. All in all, highly recommend staying at the Frasers Place Seoul Central.

The Longer You Stay, the Lesser Benefits You Get”

I hope our experience at the Fraser offers some thoughts to the property management. Communication must be properly informed to the guests. Fraser positions itself as a 'Residence-feature' service provider, that we were not aware we should not expect for Hotel-feature services from the Fraser. For example, we checked in at Fraser on Saturday for a four-day stay. We were not warned at the check-in that we will not get any service on Sunday. It takes for granted that we should have found ourselves from the inserted notice placed nicely in the hotel's promotional holder on the table. So when we came back in the late Sunday evening, the room looked as untidy as it was in the morning without any new towel or amenity for us to utilise. Later we found that we did not have enough bottled drinking water since we had already taken the two small 500 or 600cc complimentary bottles. We also found out that we would only be given the first two complimentary bottles regardless how many days we paid for the stay. (The more days you stay at Fraser, the lesser services you get, don't you?) A day later coming back from a long-day trip to Nami Island to find out that the air-conditioner did not work. Without any communication to the guest that sorry the air-conditioner had been switched off because the winter has already started. Open the winter, please, to get cooler air into the room. Just want to reflect some unhappy experience at the Fraser Place Central Seoul Residence. Vitally the staff could have better communicated and took an effort to inform guests at check-in. We like Seoul and this was the second trip to Seoul, we did enjoy our visit to Seoul.
