Great choice near COEX and CALT”

I booked this hotel because of the reasonable price and proximity to my conference venue. I found that M Biz Hotel is really just a short walk to COEX and the adjacent Korea City Air Terminal/CALT (checked in for my return flight and went through immigration here, then took the airport limousine bus - smaller queue and less effort compared to queueing at the airport). There are many dining options around the hotel and it is between two metro stations. Fastidious daily housekeeping and one of the nice hotel staff is always standing by to replenish dishes during breakfast - something I appreciated very much. Most important, all the hotel staff I met are very accommodating and friendly. M Biz Hotel was a great choice for my first visit to Seoul! I would not hesitate staying there again.

A very nice hotel hidden among high-rises within Seoul central business area the Coex. This was a business-leisure combination trip with the meeting at the Coex so we choosed M.Business Hotel, the cheapest hotel (excluding hostels)at the expensive area. We had some problem finding the hotel after getting off the airport shuttle bus at Coex station. The only map I can find is provided by Agoda but not clear enough for a foreinger even for some local people. Fiannly a warmhearted local was so nice to take our family to the hotel and waited until the check-in was cleared. My first good impression on the city. The hotel is super clean and with everything you need- shampoo, body wash, body lotion, tooth paste, tooth brush, kettle for hot water, slipers... No need to bring anything. The overall impression of the hotel room is morden, clean and warm with heating available from the floor I guess. Breakfast is simple and repeated but is saving your money and time finding bf outside. Staff are friendly though the English is to be improved. I would recommend the stay there especially when you have meeting at the Coex area, 10 mins walk.

Walking distance to COEX, affordable price”

We stayed at M Biz for 6 days. It was a 5-minute walk to Coex, which was very convenient for us. The room was dated but it had modern amenities. The breakfast was simple yet fulfilling. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone was very pleasant to talk to and they were kind enough to help us with our needs. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay near Coex, M Biz is a great option.

great location”

the location of the hotel is not easy to find the first time, just behind teheran-ro. good clean hotel suitable for budget travelling and business. i would even recommend it for a small family. there is a double and a single bed to fit 3 persons comfortably. bathrooms are clean.breakfast provided is nothing to shout about but it's value for money.there were 3 staff at the front office who spoke very fluent english and also japanese. at the time of my stay most of the hotel guests were japanese. very pleasant stay. don't mind staying at m-biz again especially if i have business around coex.

Great location”

The hotel has a very good location - walking distance from COEX (10-15 minutes) and from the nearest subway station. The staff speaks basic English. The rooms are clean with many toiletries and a refrigerator. Drinking water is available in the hallway. Wifi access in the lobby, 2 desk top PCs as well. Breakfast is continental, the same every day. The hotel is difficult to find for a first-time traveller. I would highly recommend this hotel for a business stay if you have a meeting at COEX. Truly great location. Worth the price.

excellent, convenient stay”

I was in Seoul for a conference. The hotel has an excellent location being very close to Coex Conference Center. I had a very good room, with excellent bed and bathroom. The staff is very helpful and they anything to answer your needs. Complementary bottled water, tea, and instant coffee was a big plus. Last, but not least it has a lot of good restaurants (including a mexican one) very close as it is close to the metro station.

This is our second time to stay in M Biz, it's nice and warm here people who work here is really kind and helpful, if you are traveling around Gangnam area or business trip it's a good choose to stay.

It's clean, accessible & worth the money”

The stay at M Biz Hotel Coex was really pleasant. Only problem that it's quite some distance from the airport bus stop. Especially if you are having quite a number of luggages, to cross the road with all the bags would be slightly difficult. Overall, it's a nice hotel to stay at.

Strategic place to get to Coex”

Stayed here for a conference that I was going to attend in Coex, as this is an expensive neighbourhood this hotel was one of the more affordable options - however the room was pretty spacious (compared to another place I stayed for just a little less than the same price), clean, comfortable and quiet for the area. As a solo woman traveller it was intimidating at first as it was within the inner lanes but the area is quite safe to walk at night. It was a straightforward and pleasant walk to Coex everyday (about 5 minutes) as there were coffee shops along the way to grab a quick takeout latte. Near to the airport city terminal too to take the bus to the airport.

great location. 5 minutes walk to coex, calt, shopping malls, departmental stores, subway and a casino. there are many restaurants, fast food outlets, nite clubs and bars in the vicinity of the hotel. for those who love history or sightseeing, there is a nearby royal tomb for your to explore. it is one of the tourist spots. cost you only 1000 won. the hotel staff are helpful. they can provide you with much needed information as to how to use the subway, where are the interesting places to visit and how to get there. internet is available and there is a international phone at the lobby. you can get the international phone card at the lobby.

Excellent location and service”

I recommend this hotel because of value for money. The rooms are clean and the breakfast (if included) is generous. The staff is very attentive too and can speak good English. The location is very close to the Coex mall (10 mins walk) and CALT (for airport buses - 2nd floor) and is very close to many eateries. The only small con is that the breakfast time is at 7:30 AM which is a little late for early risers. But overall, the hotel is very recommended.

nice hotel--recommended”

A cheap hotel at Coex area. Compared with InterContinental, Ibis and the etc. this hotel is a choice of good value for money. Not so close to the subway, you have to take a walk of at least 10mins. Airport shuttle bus #6600 (I cannot remember exactly) costing W9000 is convenient but also you have to walk for about 10mins.

Very nice budget hotel”

Very clean nice room, with everything I needed in the room. Quiet. Very friendly staff. A very comfortable stay. Will absolutely choose this hotel if I am attending another conference at COEX.

Great location but small room”

Stayed here for 1 night with wife and daughter. The room is relatively small, but clean and room amenities are excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful, yet only a handful of them speak English. Breakfast is standard, but quite lovely and enjoyable. Location is just perfect, only 5 min by feet to Coex and City Air Terminal, where you can board an express limousine bus to Incheon Airport. Also, there are a lot of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. I would say this hotel is a great value for money.

This is a MOTEL, not hotel”

OK, well, the pros are 1) location right near the COEX Mall; 2) Wi-Fi is great; and 3) staff are friendly and obliging. Now for the cons. The room was smaller than thought and the window faced the next building's wall, meaning it felt as if NO window was there. The breakfast (per my wife) was not a meal but more a snack and best avoided. The cleaning and efficiency were OK (though the room got cold at times). Overall, I give this a thumbs down not so much because of the hotel but more because I brought my family here for a year-end staycation and it didn't fit the bill. If you're a traveler for biz or someone who will spend little time in the room, it's fine, but having no view (and most rooms didn't have it) is a HUGE drawback. Suffice to say, this place doesn't deserve another visit.

convenient and basic”

I had a business at COEX and also wanted to use the City Air Terminal to check in for my international flight the next day. This place was located in walking distances from both. It was surprisingly quiet at night. Lots of eateries and bars nearby even late at night. Simple, basic and comfortable.

Convenient stay”

Located about 5 mins walk from COEX. Room is clean, if a little bit old. Breakfast is simple and pleasant. Arrived past midnight from ICN, but the front desk was open and I was able to check in. Thank you for the hospitality!

Good location for convention attendees”

it's about 10-15 min by foot to coex mall / convention center. for it's location, it's relatively cheaper option to 4-5 star hotels in the vicinity. room are clean with big bathroom and abundant supply of dove soap. staff is really helpful to us esp mr. kim in the front desk. complimentary breakfast is just fine to fill in your tummy before your day starts consisting of breads, cereals, porridge (rice soup /congee) coffee/ tea and some fruits / juices.

small but very comfortable”

I chose this hotel because it was in a great location. Having lived in Korea for six years, I knew that the Gangnam area would be clean and more upscale. This hotel is rather small, but it sufficed. The staff was extremely hospitable. Definitely worth the stay!

Superb ”

Mr Kim from the reception desk is really a nice,friendly and helpful person.The other staffs are also friendly and helpful even with language problems.Hotel location is a walking distance to Coex Convention Centre.Simple hotel with a good service.We had a fantastic stay in this hotel
