Good location and peaceful”
The hotel is located nearby Mae Klong river, close to Amphawa floating market. It's convenient for those who drive. The building room is large, clean and new but the bed is very hard like laying on the floor.

Great location right on the river with great rooms”
This would be one of the best places ever. Right on the river with character. An English speaking owner who will arrange for transport to call and take you anywhere and negotiate a good price for you. 'Western' breakfasts aren't great, but clientele is mainly Thai escapees from Bangkok at present. Costs very reasonable and the whole complex (about 22 rooms has real character). Beautiful clean air-con rooms all tiled immaculately tho' beds a tad hard.

Arrived on a quiet day as we were the only people at the hotel. Lovely location on the river. Rooms pretty but showers not too good. No food available at the hotel other than breakfast but very nice resturants nearby. Great boat trip to the floating market from the hotel.

the hotel is locate beside the river so it's made you feel relax with fresh air, especially in the morning. the staff (I think she is the owner) was very friendly. But this hotel is quite far from Ampawa market, in case you walk.

Great hotel but a liitle difficult to find”
The hotel locate next to the river. It's a bit difficult to find as there is no English sign to guide you there and the GPS can't find the hotel either. We try to search the GPS with all the hotels nearby and find a similar spelling one and luckily get to the place.

Beautiful place, great service”
good riverside place within 2 hours from bangkok. beautifully build resort, nice rooms and great service from english speaking staff. no restaurant, only breakfast buffet, but theresa good thai style restaurant within 2 minutes walk. beds are rock hard according to asian standards. free wifi.

Never found it!”
We spent over an hour trying to find this accommodation, admittedly in the dark. However, we asked in several shops and even at a police station but nobody seemed to know exactly where it was. Even when I spoke to the owner on the phone, the directions I was given were of no help. Eventually we had no option but to give up and spend Baht on other accommodation. This hotel really needs to have a sign, like many others do, on the main road. Please treat the ratings below as meaningless - I can't complete this review without putting something in!

Nice place to escape...”
The hotel is divided in 2 parts with rooms directly above the river and rooms on the other side of the street. Obviously it's nicer on the river, eventhough passing longtail boats can be pretty Noisy in the morning. Very friendly and helpful owners

The owner was very helpful. The location is great, located next to the Mae-Klong river. Also, just about 15 mins driving to Ampawa river market. Bookmark it.

Small hotel Most of the rooms is on the opposite side of the road Only the dining area is riverside We book the wooden rooms. There are fuul of dust!! The breakfast is buffet but not many choice only portride & soy milk.

Très joli hôtel en bord de rivière”
Si vous arrivez avec votre voiture, ce ne sera pas facile de trouver cet hôtel, dans cet endroit si particulier qu'il ne semble apprécié que par les touristes thaïlandais. Pas de panneaux indicateurs en anglais, donc. Le site de cet hôtel tout en bois sombre est très beau, au bord de la rivière qui vient rafraîchir l'atmosphère. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. Un bémol cependant: la plupart des bungalows sont de l'autre côté de la route et ne bénéficient donc pas de la proximité de la rivière.

Petit hotel peu onéreux situé à Dammon saduak a quelques kilomètres de Bangkok. Calme près de la rivière Mae klong sans prétention mais le personnel y est très accueillant toujours a l'écoute et près à vous aider. Idéal pour des petites vacances, pour le calme on est a la campagne. Seul bémol il n'y a pas de piscine.

Wunderschöne Anlage direkt am Fluß”
das hotel verteilt sich auf mehrere kleine gebäude in einer gartenähnlichen landschaft. die zimmer sind geräumig und sauber und haben alles, was man braucht. das hotel liegt nicht direkt in amphawa sondern ein paar kilometer außerhalb. die lage ist trotzdem top, da sehr ruhig und direkt am fluß gelegen. die wirklich sehr nette besitzerin hilft einem mit allem, was man braucht, spricht zur not auch gutes deutsch und organisiert gerne einen günstigen transport zum bahnhof oder nachtmarkt. zurück kann man sich direkt vom nachtmarkt mit dem boot fahren lassen, einfach eine der "glühwürmchentouren" buchen, die fahren auf dem rückweg am hotel vorbei - bequemer kommt man nicht nach hause.

wir hatten ein upgrade auf den holzbungalow. super schön, mit liebe zum detail. hotelanlage sehr gepflegt, sauber und gemütlich. direkt am fluss gelegen. die bewirtschaftung sprach sehr gut deutsch und englisch. sehr, sehr nett, mit vielen tipps zur umgebung wurde uns geholfen. nichts negatives zu berichten.
