Bang Saen Heritage - much improved!!”

I stayed at this property over 30 years ago when it was the Bang Saen Beach Resort. To say that it has improved since then is an understatement. Everything about the hotel is vastly improved....accommodations, food, staff training/service have all improved significantly. Happy to say that Bang Saen in general is a much more enjoyable resort, especially during the week when crowds are minimal. Infrastructure improvements, sanitation and roads have made this resort much more appealing than its better known competition up the road. We will be back soon and will make the Bang Saen Heritage our preferred hotel.

Bangsaen Beach Heritage Hotel”

We were very pleased with our stay at Heritage Bang Saen Hotel which is located just across the street from Bang Saen beach and its umbrella covered eating / relaxing / playing areas that we find to be so enjoyable. The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a good selection of high quality food. The pool area is quite nice and its slide added fun for the kids. That said, we were surprised that the hotel has not constructed any shading for areas adjacent to the pool for their predominantly Asian guests who like to swim and have fun in the water, but who do not typically want to cook their bodies in the equatorial-strength sun. Some shading with trellises and flowering vines would add a welcoming measure of functional ambiance to the poolside environment and would likely result in higher attendance and poolside food/drink sales. The room was modest with no notable issues. Cleaning lady "Ying" was pleasant, hard working, and quite helpful with offering guidance on restaurant, pharmacy, shopping mall quality and location. All toll this was an excellent place to stay.

A perfect weekend getaway from Bangkok”

I loved this hotel, it's an amazing value. The hotel is directly across the street from Bang Saen beach where you can go to enjoy amazing, fresh seafood or a beer under an umbrella. The best thing to do is eat all of your meals on the beach and then walk back across the street to relax by the Heritage Hotel's great swimming pool. The rooms a very clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast buffet was tasty, and the general vibe was relaxed. Surprisingly good prices consider what a nice place it is.

Serenity not too far from Bangkok”

Interestingly, as a Thai, I have never thought of staying in a hotel when going to Bangsaen. Bangsaen Heritage Hotel is by the beach in a very short walking distance. We stayed in a bungalow type with 2 bedrooms and a small living room. It's quite convenient for the 4 of us to enjoy the evening together. What I like the most is the breakfast. The hotel have a good variety of Asian and western dishes plus alacart. In short, I anticipate going back again whenever possible.

One of the best”

Bangsaen is a very quiet place, mostly the students of univercity and some locals from Chonburi you can see. Heritage Hotel has a very big ground and much kind of buildings, villas, etc. The very important thing is the cleanliness of rooms and all the area. The personal is very calm and friendly, respectful room service, enough good breakfeast and more... As result a very good place mostly for families.

An absolute delight”

Our stay here was pure delight - everything was quite perfect, the room was large, airy, modern, immaculate, free sodas and water, high-speed free internet, excellent breakfasts with a wide variety of both western and Asian cuisines, and their Saturday night buffet is a knockout. As far as I am concerned, the Bang Saen Heritage Hotel is the best hotel in the city, without a doubt.

Best location in Bangsaen”

I enjoyed staying at the Bangsaen Heritage Hotel. The room has a balcony with garden and sea view. The room is very comfortable and quiet. The location is right in the middle of Bangsaen beach and the beach area in front of the hotel is wide open, no vendors blocking the ocean view. Bangsaen is much improve.

Happy stay near the beach”

We had a happy few days staying at The Heritage Hotel but a small initial disappointment because the Villa Room which we had booked... many months ago and which was confirmed by Agoda, was not available and we were given a Superior Room instead. No satisfactory explanation was given. Apart from that the hotel was excellent and we much enjoyed our time here. The room was clean, smart, well appointed, with super 'Tea/Coffee' machine and very good service from the staff. The Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent offering a comprehensive selection of Thai and Western food. If there is one problem with The Heritage Hotel it is the incredible noise from nearby nigh-time disco music, with the Bass levels so high that the beat prevents sleep until it ceased at about 0200!!!. This is a complaint which I have seen before in the Reviews for this hotel and I do think that the noise levels are unreasonable by any standards. Only because of this fact would I consider not staying at this hotel again and would seek somewhere further from the beach area.

Awesome Experience & A Must Return Place!!!”

We are a group of family 3 adults and 1 small kid, and we have had a Great Time during our stay at BSH Hotel. All Lovely Staffs, Great Hospitality, Hotel Maids who were on the shift sooooo nice and kind. Very clean renovated room. All staffs at Cafe Coco were super awesome on both Day & Night Shift. Everyone so kind and love the kid. All services that we received always with their pure and sincere SMILE. Thanks, Cafe Coco that made our life a lot easier compared to running around to get some food there outside. Reasonable price, nice decoration, clean & delicious dishes. The location is very perfect for our Bangsaen Family Trip, the hotel located EXACTLY on the FREE SPACE Beach. 7-11 just next to the Hotel's Coco Cafe. The swimming pool is very clean and great for a relaxing day. The only couple of CONS, 1. Showering Water was weak and so slow 2. Mid-week holiday may effect by some renovation works, but it not too bad during the late afternoon and evening. (Because it may be worse if they do renovation works during a weekend, so it acceptable) 3. Kid Playground may need another refreshing work and shall be best if we can have more kid's zone. In Conclusion, we are so much appreciated BSH's Hospitality our Mid-week Holiday was great, and BSH earned a place in our heart as A Must Return Place!! Thanks, BSH once again for your hospitality, we are in love with the place and the staff's attitude and service minds. The maids and waiters' service mind almost like a 5-7 stars hotel well educated, polite, nice, and full of great passions to do their jobs to serve the best expereices to their guests.....

problem at reception by young member of staff but sorted by manager named noy, few problems at reception due to a childish member of staff who shouldn't be unsupervised dealing with guests as she hasn't the ability to listen to what they are saying and automatically want to throw a problem up when there isn't one, but sorted out by a very good manager named noy, i've stayed there many times and will again only because this was rectified by managers. on the whole its a great hotel and staff normally very good and helpful, location is number one and the choice of rooms is great, i personally stay in the chalets so i can sit inside or out depending on mood etc, if you are staying on bang saen beach this is highly recommended.

Great deal ”

Have stayed in Bang Saen many times before but only once here. They checked me in quickly but suggested I wait for the golf cart to take me to the room. I was put in a bungalow about 10 min from the restaurant, lobby and pool. I actually loved it. Security in the area is good and the privacy is excellent. Very nice place with outside sitting area and porch. The pool Is huge, so you don’t really need to be around the kids, who congregate around the slide on the other side. The breakfast buffet is quite good with a good selection of western, Chinese and Thai foods The hotel is right across from the beach and in the minibus route that can take you everywhere. Nice stay and will stay there again.

Bangsaen, a little known resort nearest to Bangkok”

This being my second visit to Bangsaen Heritage Hotel, simply loved it. This resort town is much better than Pattaya, quiet and quaint with the long beach front walking street. The 2.5km walk towards the mariner was refreshing. There's even a huge Chinese temple nearby. Definitely the resort town for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway just 90km from Bangkok.

Holiday Retreat”

My third visit. For complete privacy, go for Villa Type B, separate living room with extra sofa bed, kitchenette, and few steps to bathroom and bedroom. Villa A is smaller, no split level. Dial reception and they will pick you up in the hotel golf buggy. Villa C is the largest with 2 bedrooms and ideally suited for small family with children or 2 parties. When I return to Bangsaen, definitely the Heritage Hotel.

great location which just opposite the beach”

I've a 4 days stay in Bangsaen Heritage, at first i was with Villa B room, somehow due to flood over in this area, i requested to change in to junior suite room..everything was fine as the staff are really helpful with it.

Very good familyhotel ”

Very nice hotel, very suitable for families (and couples), close to beach, quiet surroundings, very friendly staff, good pool, good restaurant. Only minus was the short distance (800 m) to Bang Saen. Highly recomendable.

Great for a short break”

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bang saen Hertiage hotel. The staff were great and the room was large and well appointed. The hotel let us check in early and the kids loved the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent and one of the best I've had in Thailand. Thoroughly recommend this resort.

A little slippage since last stay”

While my wife and I enjoyed the high standard we have enjoyed at the Bang Sean Heritage, our friends in bungalow #5119 experienced trouble with the air-conditioning, the hot water heater, and the telephone. Fortunately, the hotel staff was able to remedy the situation rapidly. The breakfast buffet, while most enjoyable for the variety of foods and beverages, could use some improvements, including: 1) not leaving the tea bags in the pot more than 3 minutes; 2) keeping items such as the fried eggs, sausages, ham, and other dishes warm, and 3) serving real orange juice instead of Tang, or what closely resembles Tang. Such attention to detail would result in a greatly improved breakfast buffet with little extra effort.

I plan to stay here whenever I come to Bang Saen. It feels like Thailand home. A great value too. Spacious, quiet, clean rooms on beautiful garden grounds with lovely pool. Across the street from the beach and Palm promenade. Huge & delicious breakfast buffet included too!

Nice hotel in Bangsaen”

It is located in central area of Bangsaen and close to the beach. Easy to find food&drink. You can park your car at the hotel and take public van in front of the hotel (Rot-Song-Taew) to travel near by. Staffs were nice. My room (villa) was clean, comfortable, and private. One bad thing would be some noises from the road at night time.
