A New "Beauty" in Khao Yai / Pak Chong”

I and my finance picked Belle Villa Resort Khao Yai out of pure "last minute" weekend get-away location. We badly needed a weekend away from stressful meetings, reports and bad BKK traffic. It took us little over an hour to get to Belle Villa. The moment we parked the car and walked into its lobby, we both had big smiles on our faces in pleasant/relaxing feelings of how our weekend is going to be like. Beautiful swimming pool, mountain view in the back of the hotel and minimalist + oriental design room greeted us, as well as kind hotel staffs. We had nice dinner at PB Winery & Restaurant, which is only about 20-25 minutes drive from Belle Villa. Also, famous Khao Yai National Park is only about 10 minutes drive from the hotel, and another popular place called "Primo Posto" is about 10 minutes drive, too. We just didn't have enough time to see all the beautiful scenery of Khao Yai. (We were there to relax... not to stress ourselves with more trips here and there... haha) We sat on the balcony couch to enjoy our Mouton Cadet Bordeaux wine and talked about many things that we just didn't have time for them in busy Bangkok. Cool breeze whispering thru bushes and trees, sound of small water fountain in the middle of aquamarine swimming pool with night-time lights... and, of course, some Miles Davis and Stan Getz tunes to complete the relaxing day in Belle Villa... haha Well, I recommend Belle Villa as a perfect weekend getaway resort for busy Bangkokians. It's only about an hour or two drive from Bangkok, and there are many local & international restaurants and resorts (for resort-hopping... like island hopping) Oh, on the way back to Bangkok, don't forget to stop by either Primo Posto or Farm Chokchai for good late lunch or early dinner.

WInter Breeze at Belle Villa Khai Yai Resort”

It was my second time staying in Belle Villa Khao Yai Resort. Apart from nice and clean room with good service mind staffs, the key reason that this hotel and resort attracts me to come back second time is the privacy of this resort. With the cold winter breeze at Khao Yai, it makes my stay in Belle Villa Khao Yai Rerort always rememable. Whenever winter comes it reminds me of Belle Villa Khao Yai which I will go back again for sure.

Nice choice”

It is one of the few resorts not completely facing the main road, thus it is really quiet and you can rest without noise of traffic - though there is not much there! There are signals to reach the hotel but the last one to really turn into its street is just in 'thai'! so you may be a little lost if you do not pay good attention!! It is conveniently close to the north entrance of the Khao Yai National Park and to the Patio zone - a quite big open mall resembling an Italian village, with little nice shops and restaurants where to wander at the end of the day... you'll find there hundreds of Thais takikng picture (they love takig pictures of themselves in special places!).

short stay but very comfortable”

it was a very nice stay I booked 2 rooms travelled with 6 adults and 3 young children. everything in this hotel is as it should be and what you would expect for a modern hotel. the pool is awesome cold though. hotel very close to all khao yai has to offer need car. I was impressed and we all left happy.

Nice hotel. but”

We actually stayed here on the nights of Oct. 20, and 21. We decided to leave early, as many of the trails and waterfalls in Khao Yai National Park were closed due to the flooding. Later we stayed at a hotel in Wang Nam Khiao, not too far from Khao Yai, and it was much nicer. We had our own separate bungalo, on a small lake, just as beautiful or more so than Belle Villa, and it was much closer to other things to see and do, and it was only without a prior reservation. Belle Villa has a nice pool, beautiful landscaping, and the staff was nice, except for lying about the refund. But the hotel is not worth the price.

Good leisure stay”

The hotel is spread in huge area. Otherwise is good stay in Khao yai.

For nature lover and away from city”

Good location and nice staff. Can make a merit with Monks on Sunday morning with hotel arrangement. Large size pool with mountain view. Not far from Palio Khao Yai and other local food places.

Nice country side middle range resort”

Good value for price. Good location as it is close enough to main Khao Yai attractions, but not on the main road so perfectly quiet. Huge pool (which could be cleaner), large rooms with big balcony and sofa, decent Asian breakfast. Overall quite relaxing and a very good value for the price, even if the rooms are a bit tired.

Great value for money and good location”

We stayed in this hotel for one night. Staff was very friendly. Good location, near to national park. We have requested vegetarian food in breakfast and they surprised us by providing special multiple vegetarian food options during breakfast and that too without charging us. Only one improvement area i could see was swimming pool water, it need to be cleaned more frequently. 4.5 out of 5 rating.

Reasonable price but pleasant stay”

We arrived khao yai around midnight. The sign which helps you find out the way to this hotel was not so big so I was worrying all the way until I can find the entrance to the hotel. Anyway, the room is clean and nice. I enjoyed the big pool which is open until late night with my GF, it was very romantic. BF has not much variation but the taste is OK.

Great hotel for family”

Very large pool, convenient location to all the attraction in Koa Yai, quite good breakfast, freindly staffs, good price from Agoda.

A quiet place to stay”

We arrived the hotel at night. So we didn't get to see what was in store. The next morning, we found a bed of sunflowers near our studio room. It's a surprise morning for us as our stay was towards the end of the sunflower season in the 2nd week of January. As we slowly take in the surrounding , we realised there is a swimming pool just next to the sunflower bed. And besides the pool is another 4 stories of rooms. Next to this building is the dinning hall and the main lobby. It's not a big place but enough to be cosy and comfortable. As we drive out of the resort, we realised that the resort is off the main road by about 100m and it's built just besides a hill. So, it can be cold at night.. Their staffs are friendly and helpful although they speak limited English. Food wise is just ok as there isn't much choice for foreigners like us. If you wanted a cosy place, this is the place to stay and relax. Oh, btw, our stay was on weekdays, so it's quiet. Expect weekend to be crowded.

Reasonable Price and Good Location”

Location is good, closed to Khao Yai Main Road and not difficult to find on google map. I stay in Studio House, the room is ok but there are many insects as it's closed to the mountain but i think the maid is not clean floor good enough. Breakfast is fine as on the date i stayed is on weekday so nobody there so they prepare american breakfast and boiled rice with fruit to me.

Great time at Khao Yai”

Me and my husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Very nice and cozy hotel. The only thing it was a little bit far from the national park entrance, but we had a motorbike, so it was not a problem for us. If you have your own vehicle - this hotel is highly advised.

Very good”

This hotel has large rooms and is situated in a nice park close to the KhaoYai national park. The staff is very friendly. The park is well kept but the buildings look a bit worn. The pool looks fantastic but needs some more cleaning. Maybe this is due to the fact we stayed there in the down season (first week April) the breakfast and dinner were ok but could be better. It looks like with a bit more effort this could be a great place to stay.

New resort that deserves to do well”

This is obviously a new resort, as some units are not open for occupancy yet - but it does not have any obvious 'under construction' symptoms. The rooms and all common areas are very spacious, and the location is very green and pleasant, with easy drives to the Park and other local attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but seem to lack overall guidance from a senior manager, and this is most evident in the restaurant, where dinner service is best avoided, frankly. Their online booking profile is also a little strange. They show a limited availability of 2 rooms per category on Agoda at all times - yet they were probably at 20% occupancy at best! I would stay here again, as it is a very high quality hotel, with no attempt to cut corners on costs, but would hope that they either sort out the restaurant, or close it down, by the time I return.

Good for stay”

relaxing and good for stay. suggest to have just one night at this resort to relax and chill the entire day in the villa. overall was a pleasant stay and the receptionist were helpful in assisting us.

Beautiful placed hotel”

It was a very nice hotel in the middle of the forest just at the boarder of the national park. Very quite, relaxing, a nice place to be. As the hotel was quite new, there were still a bit of improvement work going on in the sourrounding.

A nice place to stay ”

Apart from the normal little repairs that most hotels need, i was reasonably pleased with the conditions of the hotel ! We stayed in the studio rooms which is a reasonably long walk from reception . I was a bit disappointed and thankful that I am a fit 70 year old. It would be a big improvement to have the car closer to the room . The restaurant and included breakfast was exceptional. Great range of food and delicious . All in all the walking was my only complaint .

It was OK but very good for the low price ”

I used a sale offer and got a very good price. The receptionist made a bad mistake and gave me the best room instead of a cheap one. They realized the mistake in the evening. I just had to give back the voucher for the breakfast because it was not included. Great deal thank you so far.
