3 days stay in Apasari - Right Decision !!!”

Myself and my friend decided to choose Apasari Krabi Hotel when we were planning for a holiday. Earlier we were every confused when we came across so many hotels and resorts especially in the Ao Nang Beach Area. To our surprise after we reached Ao Nang, we knew that all hotels/resorts are very nearby and everything is just few mins walkable distance from eachother. The Ao Nang Beach area itself has lot of road side food shops / very good restaurants. So the first timers don't have to be afraid. Now about the Apasari Hotel. We almost stayed there for 3 nights. The staffs were very pleasant and the reception staffs all speak good english. Although we booked a superior room, they upgraded to a Deluxe Room for free. Most of the rooms were facing the Pool and we had a nice pool view from our room. The room was ultra clean and with all amenities. The beds were spring and very comfy. The room had a bathtub, towels, fridge, locker, hair dryer, drinking water, beer, hair dryer etc. We had previously booked with a agent near krabi town for a phi phi island tour, who finally dint turn up but the hotel staffs were polite enough to talk to that agent and quickly arranged an alternate tour for us. They probably saved our day + money. All those first time goers, Please take it as an advise. Do not book for tours with any outside agents. You can book the next day tours at your hotel reception coz there will be no much price difference amongst all of them. The room is 2 mins walk from Ao Nang main beach area. The breakfast buffet was great. Also opposite the hotel there are small food shops and lots of shop market. Overall the Apasari hotel stay will remain in our memories for sure. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Apasari Krabi hotel - june 2015”

I stayed 4 nights in june 2015. Drove rental car from Patong to Ao Nang (Braun car rentals - Stuart - highly recommend if you want to hire a car) good roads along the way & used google maps for navigation, no problems at all. Hotel offers free car parking. Stayed in Delux room on 5th floor. There is an elevator. Very good room, clean & modern. Very nice pool & hotel surroundings, only 3 star hotel but more like 4 star. Shops & restaurant all around. Noparathara beach only minutes away by walk & main ao nang area only 5 minutes walk. Quiet at night. Good air con in room. Staff are friendly but could have little better english, but this should be expected since it is Thailand, otherwise no problems at all. Ao nang & krabi is worth the trip, great scenery & things to do & see. We did a 4 island tour (poda, tup, chicken islands & railay beach) I suggest you hire your own long tail boat, office right next to ao nang beach, cost only 2400 baht, there were only 4 of us & we could decide when & where we wanted to go & leave each island. Cheaper & Better than going on a crowed tour boat & being rushed between islands. Also visited Emerald lake & tiger temple by car, using google maps to navigate, no problems getting ther. I highly recommend Apasari hotel & I will stay there again.

quiet hotel at a quiet street”

Apasari Krabi Hotel is a very nice hotel with up to standard quality customer services. Thr hotel is situated at quiet street from the main road so when walking at night, its a little scary. but generally its still safe. another thing is that the area has a lot of new buildings or hotels construction which could have explained why me and my girlfriend are experincing somes mosquitoes. the frontdesk staffs are very helpful and whenever u hotel guests pass by their counters, they are always ready to greet u with a warm smile.the rooms are very nice and clean and when we check in the room on the first day,the small towel were folded into shape of dove! the breakfast selection is a litlle too little which i think is very common trait among a lot of thai hotels, but the food in this restuarnt is quite nice and tasty! they even have discount for thier hotels guest if u dine in at their hotel. Overall, me a nd my girlfriend are very satified with the stay in Apasari Krabi Hotel.

Wonderful hotel at a reasonable price”

We stayed for 3 nights at Apasari in December 2012. Apasari is located on a quiet nook which has a number of other hotels along the same street(such as The Small, Red Ginger, Buri Tara, Chentara Anda Dhevi, Aree Tara). It is about 10-15 minutes walking distance to some cheap street food stalls and about 10-15 minutes walk from the Aonang beach. Great lcoation if you ask me. And if you don’t feel like walking, tuktuks are almost always readily available at the doorstep. We initially booked a Superior room (without breakfast) but got upgraded to a Deluxe room upon arrival. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the hotel book our island hopping trip to Koh Phi Phi (which was so much cheaper than the price quoted by an agency in Krabi town! See "Travel tip" below for more details). We also had them arrange our transportation to the airport - the taxi was the hotel van, which we had all to ourselves, for the price of 600THB. And because we had time to spare, the driver took us to a souvenir shop on the way to the airport and enabled us to do some really last minute shopping! Rooms were cleaned daily without being asked and towels were also changed daily. They provide you with umbrellas and flip flops in each room, which I think was very thoughtful. There are also massage parlours, a tour agency and a convenience store right next to the hotel. Overall, we think Apasari is a wonderful hotel. Service was fantastic - staff were very helpful and efficient (on the second day, our TV couldn't switch on and we got a replacement within the hour). We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

Great place to stay for your paradise adventure..”

We've stayed here for 6 days and I can say that we really had a great time. Staffs were so helpful and warm welcoming us, breakfast buffet wasn't bad and it was in a very reasonable price. Room was very clean and every time we are requesting for room cleaning they did folding of towels in a cute and and creative way. They folded it to swan, elephant, fish, snail and etc. It is walking distance to the port where you can get those boats for island hopping. There were lots of varieties of restaurants that you could choose from just right outside the hotel. During our last night we headed to Ao Nang Complex where there's a full stretch of bazaar/night markets together with those yummy street foods! It's always an advice to bargain the price coz at times they double the price especially for tourist. Apasari is truly a recommended place if you're planning to go to Krabi. Me and my wife won't think twice in coming back there again. Note: If you're a couple and will go for honeymoon/romance, you may inform and request the hotel staff in advance to prepare the room. I'm sure your wife will be surprised...!!!

Spacious, quiet rooms and courteous staff”

The minimilistic decor is pleasing to the eye (what you see in the pictures, is in fact what you'll find in reality). Spacious room and bathroom (was great to soak in the tub), and loved having a balcony overlooking the pool. Everything was crisp, clean and in good and working order. Staff polite and accommodating, without being intrusive. Construction across the road, and yet the hotel always had a quiet, calming atmosphere about it. It's a 10 minute walk to Ao Nang beach front, but tuk tuks, tourist info, lil' convenience stores etc are located just outside the hotel. Nice to receive complimentary drinking water etc every day. Our booking didn't include breakfast, but we ate at the hotel restaurant twice, and the food and drinks were fresh and tasty. All in all we loved our stay at Apasari, and will return withou the slightest doubt if we were to visit Krabi again in future.

Phone,Drink amenities, 2 Bottles of water. WiFi in the room. Facilities : Medium size Swimming Pool. Location wise: Nearby 3 halal restaurant. Family Mart. 7 Eleven. Tourist Package. Bike Rental. Massage Spot. Souvenir Shop. Small Gas Pump spot. 100m to Ao Nang Night Market. but nothing special there. Better walk at Ao Nang beach. 300m to first junction to Ao Nang Beach & NopparatThara Beach. From first junction, very near to first store that start selling souvenirs and street food. walk until start of Ao Nang Beach until the end of that beach. almost 1.5km total walk. a lot of stores along the way. Don't need to take tuk tuk. Overall I'm satisfied with my stay there. Thank You Apasari.

great hotel with fresh design”

i have been many time in Krabi and this time i bring many fellow big bike friend to attend 3 nation Charity ride. all of my friend very satisfied stay 2 night at apasari krabi because the way hotel design their room is very style and contemporary looking people call it boutique style hotel. location from beach is a little big far approximately 15 minute walking and i choose going by rental scooter motorbike for just 280THB per day and i feel free to move anywhere. for muslim traveler like us, travelling in krabi is not difficultto find halal food because Krabi actually a majority muslim population. on my second day stay in apasari i ask hotel to arrange my trip to island hoping. we enjoy stay in this hotel and may be next time want to stay again.

Really Compact facilities ”

We were in high season but enjoyed good room on 5th floor overlooking pool. That's actually deluxe room - I insisted cos another reviewer said 3rd floor room mushy. Pool has only 3 lanes, about 3 spaced deck chairs and is 50 m long only. V good n strong jacuzzi streams at one end though. Rusty multi-purpose machine as 'gym' is a sight for sore eyes but across the road is another small hotel with real gym - a club. Free wifi works well on 5th floor facing pool cos near reception. Reception/lounge is tiny and like my hall at home, may be a little bigger..So evening don't expect to do much in-house. Dinner area is respectable though. Flat screen TV, safe and all amenities in room except no toothbrush. Breakfast: eggs any style, fruits,toast, juice, cereal, yoghurt, bacon, ham and sausages, pancakes and waffles. They make good pancakes with banana or pineapple. Also 4 thai hot food dishes that was yummy. For other meals, suggest eat at the many restaurants and road side stalls. Can get pad thai for 25B in small stall or in restaurant value 150B. Near by buffet Fish restaurant costs 359B while in town you get a better buffet at 250B every night Nearby hotels on same road of same standard except for Mecure (300m from Apasari further in - dark to walk at night ) and the large ones like Holiday Inn. Go to the beach facing hotels strip inner road for massage - 30 beach huts in a row there competing at the Last Cafe section of beach. Many monkeys there fed by tourists. Massage all priced clearly but you can bargain - 300B one hour oil massage can come down to 200B. From 11pm to 2pm some beach hotels have happy hour for massage at half price! So go for thai massage at 100B! Very satisfied with hotel service - 600B hotel transfer to airport at 4.30am was really good. Did not expect them to be able to do that

Ao Nang is one of my favourite places. I spent $ per night to stay in Apasari resort in January 2012 for 10 days and than $ per night (thanks Agoda) in the rainy season for 1 night in June 2012. Not sure how many stars but feels like a 4 star hotel. Great value for money. I think it's the cheapest at this quality with a swimming pool. However, for a more authentic experience stay out of town and hire a motorbike or car. I was very happy with the service and the hotel. The breakfast was also great - hot and cold buffet breakfast was included for both my husband and I when we stayed in January. I have no complaints about this hotel.

Good location, great service with friendly staff”

Checking in was a breeze. The hotel transfer was also good. The staff will assist in carrying the luggage out of the vehicle and into your respective rooms. The hotel is situated nearer to nopparattara beach than to ao nang beach. The road that the hotel is situated consists of many other hotels. Thus side hawkers such as the famous krabi pancake can be seen. Also tuk tuk and provision shops can be found directly beside the hotel. At night, the surrounding is quiet which makes sleeping peaceful. All in all, it is a pleasant hotel and I will not hesitate to stay there should I visit Krabi again.

Nice location with nice hotel”

This is one of the best hotel located in Krabi Ao Nang Beach. The hotel is very convenience for travelers with families, honeymoon makers and holiday tours. Walking distance to all shoppers, restaurants and all sorts of souvenirs shops. If you stay in this hotel once, you will definitely come back again. Hotel staff are very friendly and breakfasts are also well prepared.

My cousin and I booking the hotel for a night because we plan to stay in diffirent beach in Krabi but at the end we decided to stay here for the next night as hotel provided comfortable bed and easy to walk around between ao nang beach and nopparat beach. Hotel's staff are very helpful and informative. After we had boat trip, it is cozy to stay at quiet hotel and find something to eat nearby.

Friendly staff and comfortable room”

It was a great stay at Apasari Krabi Hotel. The staff is friendly and offers reasonably priced tours at the same time. The check in process is fast and the room is as seen in the pictures provided. Ample space for a couple to stay! Bathroom looks brand new and hot, strong showers are available at anytime of the day. Room is cleaned up daily and fast. The swimming pool is a favourite spot for many guests and there is a children pool next to the main pool. The buffet breakfast has an acceptable variety daily and they try to serve slight variation of food daily during breakfast.The hotel is quite a walk from the main street where macdonalds and starbucks are, about 15mins. However, streetfood are nicer and things are sold cheaper one street before the main street. The minimarts situated on the lane where the hotel is are about 20-35% more expensive so do purchase the daily necessities one street down.

Hello there, im on my honeymoon that i booked Apasari Hotel last minute (1 day before travelling) The hotel welcome us with cold juice, thank you we are exhausted at the time we arrive. Step inside the room, and its the same as in the picture. Comfort enough for our 5 days stay. They make up our room daily & change towel & provide drinking water everyday. The wifi is FREE only at the lobby however they give me free wifi access inside the rooms for 72hrs. The breakfast was okay for me. Not really good but just okay to start my day with. There's a lot of restaurant across the road. Massage centre as well (they GOOD), and theres also quite amount of travels agency along the road nearby the hotel. Theres also motorcycle for rent nearby the hotel! The staff was really helpful and overall i will stay here again if i have chance to come here again!

Staff greeted with a smile upon check in. Very nice and new hotel. Location is excellent, quiet and serene, just a 5 mins walk from the bustling Ao Nang Beach area. There are 2 lovely pools to swim from. Beach towels and local adaptors available for rent at 100 baht each, but fully refundable upon return. Room is big and comfortable, with bathtub and shower area to choose from. Balcony is spacious and nice. Free wifi in room. Television abit small though. Bed is soft and very comfortable! Did not have breakfast so no comments. Staff is all friendly and nice. Overall, very good hotel and i would recommend to all. in fact, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely consider to return again!

Staying at the Apasari Krabi Hotel is never a gamble. The location is not so bad even though it is located at the end of the street. Clean rooms and toilets. Air-con working well. Friendly staffs. My friends and i are very satisfied with this hotel.

Our stay in Apasari was simply amazing. After doing much research and reading the hundreds agoda hotel reviews pre-trip, I'm glad that we actually decided on this hotel! We had a late check in due to an afternoon flight, and upon arrival we received complimentary drinks from the friendly staff. We also had a free room upgrade from superior to deluxe! Our room was on a high floor, overlooking the pool.

Great location, clean and tidy”

I booked 3 rooms in Apasari and requested for inter-connected room and extra bed. They really gave me inter-connected room, althought I book via Agoda with promotion price. The room is really comfortable and clean. Staffs in Apasari are nice, polite and helpful. Definately will choose Apasari again.
