Lovely hotel and service with a smile”
this is my second time visiting aonang krabi and this is my second time staying at ben's house as well.i'll always recommend this hotel to some friends if they'd like to stay in ao-nang. i always got more expectation when i stay here. we were very surprise when we got 2 rooms of superior sea view while our booking were only standard hot deal and superior hot deal from agoda.if you book superior seaview, just take your time to sunbath around 4-5 pm at the balcony of this hotel,because the sun is quite warm at that time.the staff is quite friendly and helpful. to get to ao-nang beach, you need about 10 minutes walking.

Ben's House, Nice n Easy Stay”
Ben's House was a nice surprise. It was in a great location, 5 minutes walk to the main Ao Nang beach strip. The rooms were spacious, clean and simply decorated. The breakfast was ala carte but delicious. The pool was lovely, not too deep so everyone can enjoy a dip. Overall it is a great simple no fuss place to stay close to the main strip.

We found a great deal on Agoda, which made this stay very cheap. Without deal the prices are also better than most other places. The standard 2 personroom is very spacious and with a big, comfortable bed! Ben's house is walking distance from the street with all the restaurants and shops. The staff is very helpful! Highly reccommeded to stay here!

Exceptional”
Ben's House is worth the price. It close to the beach (around 10 minutes by walk). There is a 7eleven about 5 minutes. Staff is kind, the room was really big. In our first room the aircondition didn't work, When we said that, mechanics came in 5 minutes, and finally got a new room. I can recommend this place.

Great Experience !!!”
We have a great experience at Ben's House. We stayed for nights and specially request for honeymoon which got us a rose decoration on bed. The staff is friendly while the cleanliness of hotel and the room is very good.I guess this is a quite new hotel perhaps. The superior room is huge while wifi connection is fast. Breakfast is great for a budget hotel.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Ben's House, from the 1st moment the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable especially for the price I paid. The swimming pool was a touch cold due to being tucked away in between 2 buildings but it was still a lovely location to relax in.

Centrally Located in a Quiet Alley ”
Bens House in located a little off the main street in Ao Nang, which was great for us. It was a quiet alley with a cute little garden outside. The pool connects in the middle of two buildings which I had never seen before but it was clean and refreshing! The staff were always happy to help you and spoke very good english. The air-conditioning worked great, but the wifi in the rooms was sometimes poor but it always worked well on the main floor. There was a good buffet breakfast with a ton of fresh fruit. The rooms are good in size. Overall we had a good experience here and would go back. Cheap accommodation in a great location.

We stayed 4 nights at Ben's House. eventhough location is a 10 minutes walk from the eateries and beach, it is usually a good walk. Helpful staff at the counter. The air cond was abit noisy but other than that, it was a great 4 nights stay. Was upgraded to a superior room too Will definitely come back to Ben's House if i should return to Krabi

Ben’s house is a very good place if u are visiting krabi for the 1st time. Its near to Ao nang beach and various shop. Plus u can rent a motorcycle from a shop nearby for a reasonable price too. Highly recommended

excellent value, large room, best breakfast”
Even though location wasn't so close to the main street, the walking distance wasnt too bad...It only took us about 10 min to walk to the beach. Besides that, everything was perfect about Ben's house. After all, walking is not too bad, it is good for your health. Do yourself a favor and book this hotel.

The staff at Bens House was pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Their pleasant smiles and warm greeting every time we came into the hotel made us feel like family. The hotel was clean, bright and had large rooms. The breakfasts were ample and varied. This was a very pleasant place to stay in Ao Nang. I would highly recommend it.

It was amazing !”
We went to Ao Nang and stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Luckily Ben's House has airport transfer. That's easy for us upon arrival and return to Malaysia. The driver was punctual and drove smooth. While, the condition and cleanliness of the room and the hotel was superb. No kidding. But, the staff seen unfriendly and unable to speak english fluently. Breakfast was good and served well. Swimming pool were nice and unique. The hotel not that far from the beach. 7 minutes of walking. and you could passed through stalls and shop lots. You won't bored if you take a walk. We did too take a tuk-tuk transport and only charged us 20 baht per person. But all in all, everything is walking distance. I really recommend you this hotel despite the unfriendly staff issue.

Comfortable guesthouse with affordable price”
I choose superior seaview room for two nights.Good location to see sunset from my room. Eventough the location is a bit far from Ao-Nang beach, but it's still reachable to go there by foot. The room is very clean and large. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The facilities I got are more than i expected. They provide standard breakfast menu like bread,noodle,cereal scrammble egg, sausage, smoke beef,milk, orange juice.We should put off our shoes when get in to the hotel. and it makes me feels like home.

spent 2 nights in Ben's house with my colleague. The guest house has a good location with 10 minutes walk to the town and beach. The staffs are friendly and helpful where they provide us with information and maps when we reach, providing towels when we are going to the swimming pool and giving us freedom by not making any noise or call to our room. Overall it is a lovely guest house. Good for relaxation purposes.

Clean and affordable hotel”
We were allowed to leave our luggage there before check-in time so we could go out exploring ao-nang town. Staff were friendly and helpful to arrange taxi and island trips which at the same rate you would get outside. There are also bikes for rental, buffet breakfast was ok with adequate variety. However, wifi is not available in my room (level 3)

quaint little spot of quiet”
As my first time to Krabi, I had initially wanted to put up a night at Ben's; leaving my options open. But I discovered that Ben's location was very central to most of Ao Nang's eateries and hot spots, so I decided to stay on for my entire trip to Krabi. Probably due to the low season, Ben's was worth the price I paid. Would recommend it to anyone looking to base themselves from to explore all Krabi has to offer; with less than attentive service notwithstanding.

While here in Ao Nang, I had a medical emergency. The owners and staff of the hotel went above and beyond to help and care for me- it was amazing. For value, and its location between two beaches, this place offers a very pleasant escape. The pool was perfect to chill out in, and one of the cleanest I've seen in thailand

Worth to stay if you budget travel.”
Location is good, not too far from ao nang beach but not to close. You must walk around 10-15 minutes to ao nang beach. The staff are nice, but the food is too expensive. We found some food ada 7-11 near here and see the food same like this cafe, but the price was so high. Double price from 7-11 food. I think they serve some food from 7-11. But the room are clean and nice and their staff are nice and very helpful too. The location so cozy. I think i will recommend this to anyone who had budget travel. Everything are good except the food. Hehehehe

Cute little hotel”
Ben's a cute little hotel built on a split level but no lift. The rooms are really big, lots of space. Air con was good. Lots of power points. Bath a bit basic and hot water is kinda hot/cold sensitive to adjust as it goes slow/fast...need fix. It shares a common small pool with the neighbour hotel. Very clean (you need to take off your shoes at the door before you enter), provides ordered breakfast daily but the same stuff daily. Can be better if provide a wide choice of menu especially for those who stay more days. Owner needs to pay more attention to the front desk staff. Service is very poor. Most of the time they are doing their own things or makeup (seems to be doing makeup most of the time), even when customers are talking to them seems like talking to a wall! This is the weakest point of Ben's and having talked to a few people who stay regularly there, it seems to be the same problem with the front desk staff. Needs fix desperately. We hope to see this fix ...would make Ben's a great cosy hotel. The kitchen staff are ok, though they don't understand much English, but they try to do their best. A bit tight space for car park outside as they share the commom car park. But can park along the road outside. Other than this it's a great little cosy hotel if you don't mind the staircase.
