Value for money”

The desk officer can communicate in simple English & very helpful. He up grade my Deluxe room to Deluxe suite. Thanks.(maybe he see that I brought along my 4years old son). The hotel interior & exterior very beautiful, unfortunately, lack of maintenance. Maybe because of Narathiwat is not a tourist center, so most of the customers are local. For me, paying at RM120++ is really value for money. (include 2 person breakfast). Can't complaint much. The pool size is average. They have LIFE SAVING training there. So, my husband & my son only can swim at certain area. But, is fine as I enjoying looking at the children learning the lesson. The room come with bathtub. My son enjoying himself very much. The room size also comfortable. Only thing that the curtain a bit dusty & old. They should replace a new one. I feel very safe in this hotel. The restaurant in the town name MANKORNTONG superb. Food taste good, good environment & price very reasonable.

Imperial Narathiwat Hotel review”

A warm shower didn't work. For TV, there is only one channel because of TV could not change the channel. Anyway, it is acceptable to stay in Narathiwat.

The room rate and overall of a facility is suitable to stay in the heart of Narathiwat city.

Excellent Location”

The hotel is positioned absolutely in the centre of the city set back from the main thoroughfare with excellent parking facilities. Nearby are some very good restaurants, the local market and a lively shopping area. However, the hotel is set back from the main bustling street area ensuring that you are not disturbed by noise from traffic or people. The rooms are of a modern, western standard (though a little fadid) with (in my room) a very nice, deep bath tub to relax in (as well as a shower) with a full range of shampoos and bath oils etc. The room rates are in line with other hotels meeting the same standard off the tourist main routes with me paying only $30 per night including a buffet breakfast. Friendly staff, a good sized swimming pool and centrally located for business meetings I can recommend the hotel as a good place to stay in the city.

Old and smelly room. But the pool and the price was great!”

This classic hotel is old and the rooms are quite smelly. The breakfast buffet was average with both Thai and Western dishes. Wifi was strong, but only allowed one device per room. But the nice pool, very service-minded staff the great low price including breakfast made it all up for it.

I'd wish we could stay longer”

The good things: the personal is genuinely nice and polite. The building is located on a quiet street and close to few cafes and restaurants. You'll never stay hungry. The rooms are bright! Not new, but somehow, personally, I've found them cozy and charming. The overall atmosphere feels very relaxing and good. The major problem for us (sadly) was that the hot water flow in the shower was very weak and during the second night the air conditioner was noisy. We wish to the hotel management to solve the hot water supply problem successfully. Smaller things: the vegetarian options for the breakfast were somewhat limited. The Wi-Fi was disconnecting, but when we've asked for help - it was fixed in no time.

Room is spacious, good location and have swimming pool. Will definitely come again. But not suggest to take their buffet breakfast package. There's a lot of other choices outside of hotel. Just need to walk 5 - 10mins.

Excellent”

The hotel is looks luxury from outside and interior but the stuff was a bit old in term of furniture, toilet items, and room arrangement. Generally treatment and surrounding are very good. I can say its the best in town!

Hotel is a bit run down with stained carpet, stained old bed cover n old towels. Surprising the 4 stars rated hotel was not providing coffee maker in the room. The good points the staffs at reception n in cafe were very helpful n friendly.

friendly and helpful staffs, good buffet breakfast, excellent facilities. my kids would have love our stay there, but their swimming pool is for adults only. have a kiddie pool and this place is perfect for childrens.

Nice hotel very friendly staff”

This is a very friendly hotel and very heplful staff creating a good atmosphere, but the hotel needs renovation. swimmingpool needs new tiles and furniture and is therefor not usable. next to that staff needs languagetraining. but this is rich compensated by the friendliness you meet. very good stay.

Imperial Hotel, the gem of Narathiwat”

An old hotel (about 20 years I was told). Nevertheless, the room & bed are clean & comfortable. Hotel is near the morning wet market, a place where tourists should not miss. One can savour local delicasies here at reasonable prices

Good location ”

The hotel is in a good location. Many coffee shops and restaurants are in walking distance. The room I stayed was clean but the bathroom, especially the shower curtain need to be changed.

The reception is welcoming, spacious and clean. Nice restaurant and cafe with quiet surrounding. Staff is friendly and courteous. However, the room and hallway leading to guest rooms looks old and need maintenance.

Place is quiet run down regardless what price of a room you choose. As usual of carpet smell if AC is not on. Pool bathroom can be improved and breakfast can keep it warm for guest till 10am minimum. Should consider English training - English language is an convenient language to communicate for any hotel.

Very good”

opposite the morning market. easy to find food. the room is not too bad but the toilet has a lot of stains; bath tub, sink the pillow is very flat.
