Great location!”

Sukkee beach resort probably has the best location in Koh Larn. The beach is literally right off the doorstep of the front of the hotel. There are lots of little shops around where you can buy things, and as the food at the hotel is pretty expensive, there are lots of other little places where you can get a good meal for a lot cheaper. But it seems to be, at least the season we went, the only hotel serving dinner. The dinner is very good, though, and you eat on the beach with your feet in the sand. The water is beautiful there, but the tourists literally by the boatload from Pattaya about every five seconds during the day. At about 3 PM in the afternoon though, they all head back to Pattaya, and the beach is very tranquil and fun to swim in again. There is, however, some trash in the water, but, honestly that's kind of common at a lot of beaches in the area. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

Great location by the beach ”

Great hospitality! My friend and I were told by local motorbike taxis that we can call the resort to send a car to pick us up from the pier. For breakfast, we were served a full american breakfast set, the usual eggs and toast set with choice of coffee/tea. Comforting! The staffs were friendly and helpful. Despite already checked out, we were allowed to use the lockers at the reception. However, be prepared to travel if you wanna grab dinner at night. The shops along Sukkee beach close as early as 4pm. Overall, great place to stay for the ultimate beach vacation.

Nice location. Friendly staff”

Location is perfect. Beach is just in front of the resort. Saves you the trouble to walk or ride, especially under the hot sun. Although there is no sea view, each room comes with a small veranda outside where you can sit down, chill and have afew drinks with friends in the evening when the island quiets down. Take note: There's only ONE 7-11 on the entire koh larn island which is located near Naban Pier. Try to buy whatever you need there as the area around the resort is rather dead after 7pm. Although there is 1 or 2 convenience stores around 100m away, expect things to be slightly more expensive than 7-11 and these stores don't open 24hours

Short Stay”

We spent 2 nights at Sukkee Beach. The purpose of our stay was to chill out, unwind and get away from the hurley burley of Pattaya. The Hotel sent their mini bus to pick us up from the jetty and then their driver carried our bag to the hotel. The hotel is right on the beach, it's not luxurious but is clean & friendly. The only down fall is that the beach directly in front of the hotel is where the tourist speed boats unload, so it was very busy & not overly safe. However there are two sectioned safe bathing areas on either side. The resort is very quiet after 4pm but we knew this and was one of the reasons we booked. We would stay again.

Best location, nice service and restaurant.”

Best location with one of the most beautiful beach in pattaya, Tah-Wan beach, in front of the resort. There will be many shops open and many traveller in daytime that you can enjoy shopping and walking along the beach but when it's evening and morning, you'll have the peacful and private beach, since there's not many hotels at this beach, with free-seats service from the resort. The resort service is very nice, caring and polite. The resort restaurant is also good with delicious food and drinks and reasonable price.

A good place in Koh Larn Island”

The resort was a bit disappointing when I first came because it is not the same like other resorts I have stayed. It has no swimming pool, few rooms and staffs are not in uniform. However, I found their staffs are very friendly and considerate. The room is large and decorated with shells. The resort is very close to the beach. All my family members were enjoying. The hotel also offers free taxi to the port to Pattaya.

Great Place and beutifull room”

Love the room. It was very lovely, more beutifull than on the pictures. the hotel was right at the beach, so when woke up, we ran straight to it. the staff was friendly and helpfull too. for our next stay, i do like to come back to Sukkee again.

Nice and clean place to stay”

I took almost last boat to get to Koh Larn the staffs from the hotel waiting to pick up us at the pier and took us to the hotel, The hotel is nice white-blue color construction the room is clean and good facilities all staffs gave us a very good services. Such a great place to spend time for weekend and value for money as well. Thank you for a good memory there.

Nice beach, no nightlife”

We enjoyed our stay in Sukkee, the room was nice and the staff friendly and also it was just next to the beach. In the morning you could hear some noise from the beach as the motorboats and waterjets started to drive around. The street where all the hotels, restaurants and shops are was very busy during the day but in the evening the whole place was empty and all restaurants and shops closed already around 5 p.m. Only our hotel and one other had restaurant open in the evening. We had some problems to get vegetarian food. So not much nightlife in this location. If you enjoy quiet evenings this is your place! The beach was wonderful and there were many water activities to choose from.

Cozy beach resort”

The room is nicely furnished in beach style and was cleaned daily. The whole resort has a very friendly atmosphere. It's a short walk from Tawaen ferry port or from the car park. They have their own sunbeds on the beach, although not at the swimming area. The beach is very noisy during the day because of the constant motorboat traffic. After around 3 pm, however, everything becomes quiet and deserted, only a few tourists stay overnight. The staff was helpful but rarely ever could see them smile. It felt like they don't want to be there. The food in the restaurant was quite delicious and fairly priced.

Perfect place to stay on Koh Larn ”

Lovely beach shack style room directly on Tawean beach. Sukkee beach offers the only dinner service on this side of the island and free deck chairs and umbrellas for guests. Staff were happy and friendly

Relaxing at Koh Larn”

We had a 2 nights stay at the Sukee resort. We enjoyed the perfect location, especially in the morning and late afternoon. In the daytime it was very crowded with day tourist, especially Saturday and Sunday. The breakfast was very average and the menu only had thai food. Overall we had a very nice stay at Koh Larn. On a scale from 1 to 10 where 10is the best, we'll give it an 8. Hans Denmark

Delightful & nicely decorated”

Located on the far left side of Ta Waen beach, this place does not look so attractive at first. However, when you get into the restaurant to get to the reception desk, you notice that it is simply but tastefully decorated. The rooms are in the back in lovely two-storied wooden bungalows. Our room was very simple but absolutely charming decorated with shells and pastel colors with a personal touch. We had a big private verandah next to our room. The bathroom was in the thai style but was fine with all the needed amenities. Breakfast is included. The choice is limited: either Thai soup or American breakfast, which was good. The real plus is that the orange juice is made with real fruits and is not simply colored water. The restaurant provides a good choice with rather reasonable prices, although the cost is higher on the island than on the mainland. In the evening, they set a few tables right on the beach. This is the only place doing this and it is great! The white sandy beach is right in front of the hotel. Too many day visitors come from Pattaya from early morning till about 2:00PM. It is noisy and there are far too many speedboats and jet skis with no visible regulation. However, everything becomes more quiet in the afternoon and there aren't too many visitors staying overnight on the island at night.

Good place for a couple getaway. Right on the beach and very convenient. The room is too bright during the day if you want to sleep in, but I suppose you wouldn't on a beach getaway. The beach is overrun with Chinese/Indian tourists all morning and afternoon, but after 5pm they are all gone - we had the entire beach to ourselves. At night they set up chairs and tables on the beach and we had a great seafood dinner there. Next morning the breakfast (Thai rice soup) was good. They do have beach chairs and umbrellas during the day which are free for hotel guests, but by 10am they were completely overrun by groups of Chinese and Indian day-trippers which was quite disappointing as I was hoping to take advantage of this feature and it was part of why I booked this place. Maybe we could've gotten chairs if we arrived earlier. Overall a very nice one-night getaway on the beach though.

Nice room decoration with limited water resource”

Reaching the hotel during crowded time in the afternoon made the hotel invisible for us. The hotel itself is nice and the service staff excluding a lady at front is full of hospitality. We couldn't find the beach chair allocated for us though we are the hotel guests since they were occupied by other tourists. The guy at the beach seemed sorry and promised to reserve the best table for dinner and he did a very good job. We forgot ur camera and the staff returned it. To conclude, this is a very nice hotel with clean room, good food, and best dinner place on Ta Waen Beach. Only bad point is when the water is not working and it came out the salt water.

Good Location”

Good location, we stayed at Sukkee Beach for 1 night. We had dinner there, near by the beach with the sound of the wave it's such a nice time. We will be back again.

Nice location, worth checking out for one night”

The beach it fronts is very busy and touristy during the day, but you wouldn't be able to tell from your room. It's quiet and comfortable, with lovely front seating areas and small green areas. However, once you get to the lobby/restaurant area, be prepared for the tourists! After about 4 pm, the beach quiets down and you can enjoy the beautiful view with a dinner from the hotel restaurant. Expensive for those on a travellers budget, but worth checking out for one night!

Great place with nice service ”

The place is directly on the beach and there are ferry stop nearby. The hotel is a cute hotel with spacious and airy room. The decoration is rustic and cute. The breakfast and dinner are good. The service is also good as they respondes to all our request. They have a complimentary pickup and dropoff sevice.

Nice hotel on the beach”

The bed was comfortable, our room came with a nice small balcony, air conditioning and fan. Its nicely decorated in beach theme. The location is perfect as you are basically on the beach. The breakfast was very basic, eggs on white bread with orange juice made from syrup. They could do with less staff on in the restaurant, as they are all hanging around on their phones not paying attention to customers. They did offer free bus service back to the pier to catch the boat back to shore.

Beach just right there in front of hotel”

Worth to pay to stay right there in front of the beach even if the day time has a lot of tourist but surely you won't see crowed after 4pm and it is the perfect time to explore the sun then sunset with beach dinner in front of hotel is nothing more to ask for.
